Amazing desserts, great value for money! Staff are always polite & courteous. If you haven’t tried Ice City desserts you are missing out🙈 This box is next level, did not disappoint. Mini Dutch pancakes, waffle sticks, strawberries & bananas & a choice of 4 dipping sauces; perfect dessert when you can’t decide what you want. The blue drinks finished the dessert off nicely. My favourite go to dessert stop😍

I’ve tried loads of dessert spots but this one is definitely the best by far in taste and presentation. Great staff members with 10/10 customer service and 10/10 taste. Would recommend, the only dessert spot I go to now. Red velvet sundae/ waffle is a must try :)

Ice City Desserts are a firm favourite in the family. We especially love the City Box with mini pancakes, waffles, fresh strawberries, bananas and a choice of 4 dipping sauces. I have gifted these to others too as they make a great gift! Customer service is always great too. Have previously had their milkshakes and other desserts too, all round great!

Amazing desserts and an incredible service provided by Omar. Greeted us well and served us with some fantastic desserts which the family really enjoyed! Will definitely be coming again when in Bradford!!

Been here a few times now and the service and desserts have been spot on. Strawberry cheescake sundae slaps differently! 12/10! Strawberries, biscuit and other toppings layered throughout which made it delightful from start to finish.

Below average. Travelled from far and thought I’d treat friends to a desert. The bill came to around £26. That was two large rainbow waffles and two milkshakes. Wouldn’t have minded if the quality was on point. However, the waffles were thick and doughy. They didn’t have any bubblegum sauce which we were told about at the start. The marshmallows had a weird oder and taste to them like they were old and stale. And the milkshake were actually thick, however lacked sweetness as NO sauce or sprinkles added like many other places do. I went back and spoke to a young lad called Abid; I requested a few sprinkles to be placed into my milkshake (again as most places do) to which he requested an extra 50p charge. After spending so much, I paid this additional charge on card. I didn’t bother asking for sauce as he would have needed up asking for even more money. At the end I asked him if I could speak to the manager (apparently called Omar) to which Abid said he was not in. I then expressed my disappointment to which Abid was quick to argue back. Very poor customer service. This place does not include some of the normal toppings as expected like others do. DO NOT waste your money, rather go elsewhere and get the same if not better for the price. I ended up leaving my milkshake, and purchasing one from elsewhere to accompany me on my 42mile drive back home.

Hello, I ordered on just eat and the delivery driver was very inappropriate and was asking me all different uncomfortable questions. Such as “do you live alone” “have you got a partner”. He was being very rude and he quite frankly creeped me out.

I got a dessert from this place and they stupidly put ice cream with the mini pancakes. Obviously the pancakes would start to go soggy. Not happy with this, tasted horrible!

The city box is great value with 4 different sauces like Nutella and pistachio with an assortment of strawberries, bananas, stick waffles and dutch pancakes. It's £20 but it easily serves 4-5 people

Waffles are absolutely amazing and full with toppings, so helpful and friendly, rung to tell me they had run out of the ice cream I ordered, however I missed the call, they added a little note into my bag explaining they were sorry they had ran out and they sent me other ice cream as a substitute, amazing customer service would definitely order again!

I ordered their very berry waffle with extra toppings of banana and cream cheese frosting. The food was great but the cream cheese frosting was never given. A bit disappointed because eventhough it was just 1.60 but I paid for it.

AMAZING. Honestly probably the best desert place I’ve ordered from, from the warm melt in the mouth cookie dough to the nice cold ice cream. Great combination. To the luxury tasting sundae (I got myself a Terry chocolate orange) everything about this screams luxury. It’s not expensive but for the money you’re paying it’s definitely worth it. It’s honestly like something out of a posh country

This is by far one of the best dessert shops I have been to if not the absolute best not only because they have a single dessert which is really good but they excel in all of their desserts by far to all the other popular places I have tried. If you have a sweet tooth I definitely recommend to come down and try this place i’m sure you will become a regular like myself, 10/10 service always no matter who is serving you and the atmosphere is great always filled with smiles and great energy absolute 10/10.

Travelled from hull for a meal and would genuinely travel here just for this shop. Food was absolutely insane and the lass behind the counter was fab!! Didn’t even get chance to take a picture before I inhaled my strawberries but there was not a single strawberry without chocolate on, it went all the way to the bottom!! 10/10

Definitely the best place in Bradford if you want a waffle. They don’t cheat out on the toppings. The waffles are always fully loaded and never dry. Good place for a nice dessert- it’s always clean and has a good atmosphere.

Really disappointed this evening. Been waiting, as it stands, 1hr 20 mins for my food. Had to call restaurant 3 times for an update before they answered. Apparently Just Eat have just not bothered to deliver. Nobody has been in touch and there was no offer to send out another delivery and to contact Just Eat. It’s all down to me. I know the drivers are from Just Eat, but you choose to work with this company and it shouldn’t be down to me to chase. Now we have no food and with it being quite expensive at Ice City, no money to order a back up. Really terrible service!!!! Editing this based on IC’s feedback - why do you work with a delivery company that you can’t contact as a business? Surely this is part of your customer service, to ensure customers receive food? I’ve had this before from Slap & Pickle, & they contacted Just Eat for me and sorted it out so we didn’t go without food. Again - you choose to work with this company. Just Eat are not contactable via phone, leaving us waiting for a refund and without food for the evening. Of course I contacted them too, but all are responsible here. Also, it was IC that told me the order had been picked up and the driver hadn’t bothered to deliver it - from my side it still says the driver is with you waiting to collect.

Very clean and well prestened shop. Tried the cookie dough, milkshake and ice cream. They do use movenpick ice cream so the flavours and taste is always going to be 10/10. Cookie dough was good but the portion was too small. Apart from the size letting it down it did taste well and was topped quite well. Milkshake was good full of flavour and a decent size. Will defiantly return again. But not sure is i would by the cookie dough due to size.

This place is a hidden gem! Better than the mainstream dessert shops out there! 👌 and its quickly become my go-to place to get desserts. I had the Terry's chocolate orange Waffles, Very Berry Dutch mini pancakes and Kinder Bueno Sundae. It was all so so tasty - 10/10! Not to mention the affordable prices & to top this off, the management Omaar & Saba are really friendly and respectful. This place deserves more recognition.
