Absolutely love love love. The City box is exactly as advertised.. packaging- presentation and lush dips with fresh fruits, mini pancakes & waffle sticks.. Ice creams were soft and sauce was just perfect.. will definitely be coming back for more !

Waffles are absolutely amazing and full with toppings, so helpful and friendly, rung to tell me they had run out of the ice cream I ordered, however I missed the call, they added a little note into my bag explaining they were sorry they had ran out and they sent me other ice cream as a substitute, amazing customer service would definitely order again!

I ordered their very berry waffle with extra toppings of banana and cream cheese frosting. The food was great but the cream cheese frosting was never given. A bit disappointed because eventhough it was just 1.60 but I paid for it.

AMAZING. Honestly probably the best desert place I’ve ordered from, from the warm melt in the mouth cookie dough to the nice cold ice cream. Great combination. To the luxury tasting sundae (I got myself a Terry chocolate orange) everything about this screams luxury. It’s not expensive but for the money you’re paying it’s definitely worth it. It’s honestly like something out of a posh country

This is by far one of the best dessert shops I have been to if not the absolute best not only because they have a single dessert which is really good but they excel in all of their desserts by far to all the other popular places I have tried. If you have a sweet tooth I definitely recommend to come down and try this place i’m sure you will become a regular like myself, 10/10 service always no matter who is serving you and the atmosphere is great always filled with smiles and great energy absolute 10/10.

Travelled from hull for a meal and would genuinely travel here just for this shop. Food was absolutely insane and the lass behind the counter was fab!! Didn’t even get chance to take a picture before I inhaled my strawberries but there was not a single strawberry without chocolate on, it went all the way to the bottom!! 10/10

Definitely the best place in Bradford if you want a waffle. They don’t cheat out on the toppings. The waffles are always fully loaded and never dry. Good place for a nice dessert- it’s always clean and has a good atmosphere.

Really disappointed this evening. Been waiting, as it stands, 1hr 20 mins for my food. Had to call restaurant 3 times for an update before they answered. Apparently Just Eat have just not bothered to deliver. Nobody has been in touch and there was no offer to send out another delivery and to contact Just Eat. It’s all down to me. I know the drivers are from Just Eat, but you choose to work with this company and it shouldn’t be down to me to chase. Now we have no food and with it being quite expensive at Ice City, no money to order a back up. Really terrible service!!!! Editing this based on IC’s feedback - why do you work with a delivery company that you can’t contact as a business? Surely this is part of your customer service, to ensure customers receive food? I’ve had this before from Slap & Pickle, & they contacted Just Eat for me and sorted it out so we didn’t go without food. Again - you choose to work with this company. Just Eat are not contactable via phone, leaving us waiting for a refund and without food for the evening. Of course I contacted them too, but all are responsible here. Also, it was IC that told me the order had been picked up and the driver hadn’t bothered to deliver it - from my side it still says the driver is with you waiting to collect.

the owner is very welcoming and overall it is a well run establishment with the customer service being spot on and the food is always made upto standard and if not it is beyond standards just 10/10 perfection. they always have good hospitality and the food is 10/10 remaining hot no matter how far your travel back home is🔥. overall the shop is in my opinion 100/10

Absolutely amazing! First time here and tried the cookie dough, Waffles and sundae, everything was delightful! Excellent service and hospitality and we got a milkshake on the house which was the Icing on the cake. No doubt this will be our go to dessert place from now on.

Very clean and well prestened shop. Tried the cookie dough, milkshake and ice cream. They do use movenpick ice cream so the flavours and taste is always going to be 10/10. Cookie dough was good but the portion was too small. Apart from the size letting it down it did taste well and was topped quite well. Milkshake was good full of flavour and a decent size. Will defiantly return again. But not sure is i would by the cookie dough due to size.

This place is a hidden gem! Better than the mainstream dessert shops out there! 👌 and its quickly become my go-to place to get desserts. I had the Terry's chocolate orange Waffles, Very Berry Dutch mini pancakes and Kinder Bueno Sundae. It was all so so tasty - 10/10! Not to mention the affordable prices & to top this off, the management Omaar & Saba are really friendly and respectful. This place deserves more recognition. This is by far the best dessert shop on Leeds Road. All staff are polite and friendly but I have to say Saba is extremely attentive, engaging and patient with kids. She's a real credit to the establishment. We now visit Ice City regularly for delicious ice cream/desserts and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

Magic! the best desserts i have ever had! I used to be a regular at heavenly's for waffles but these guys are so special. The best things i have enjoyed are the Brownie Cookie dough with terrys as well as the bueno Waffles. Just soooo yummy i have to say these guys are now my number one! Also great staff very polite and take passion with their amazing taste! P.s the milkshakes are also fab specialy the rainbow one 🤤

The BEST dessert place in Bradford. From the milkshake to the sundae and from the waffles to the cookie dough. Everything is 10/10. What makes it even better is that the owner is such a lovely gentleman and always smiling and looks after his customers very well. Only down side is that it’s so nice I’m struggling to stay on my diet 😅

Cookie dough was amazing, priced according to size taste was 10/10. My only criticism is the Mr whippy ice cream. It was tasteless and had no flavour at all. Cookie dough made up, hence the 5. However, I would definitely try a different brand formula ice-cream as the current one isn't great 😇

These guys have only been open for a couple of months but they have catapulted up the rankings to be one of Bradfords nicest dessert places. I have been here on several occasions and tried multiple different desserts and been impressed each time. Price is very reasonable and the service from the main man on the desk was impeccable.

We had a great experience ordering from here for the first time tonight. The food was delicious and I added a note to ask for whipped cream on the ice cream scoops as my pregnant wife has been craving it - not only did they put some on the ice cream but they also gave us a little pot filled with it and left a note to wish us luck with the pregnancy. Amazing service and great food, we’re definitely going to be regulars here!

We weren't locals and was looking for a dessert shop, after coming across this shop, we went in to look at the menu. We received outstanding customer service and without hesitation placed our orders. The desserts were delicious, waffles were soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the out. Served within minutes of placing our order. I would highly recommend to all. Have visited here 4 times over the last few weeks and won’t go anywhere else now. Their kinder bueno sundaes are to die for and made with whippy soft ice cream. Our new favourite dessert spot would highly recommend. I don’t leave reviews lightly 😋
