Ice And A Slice in Warrington - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

In the past we have used Ice and a Slice a lot. However in our last order we found an inch wide sharp piece on plastic baked into a calzone (it had to be spat out and we were horrified at how large and sharp it was). Sadly will never use again, completely put off.

I've been ordering with Ice and a Slice for years and there's a reason I come back every time. Amazing food, lovely staff both in the shop and at the door, fantastic range of items, and take care of their customers. They should all be extremely proud of what they've created!

Arrived cold and the cookie dough was like mush. Usually order from here quite often and is alright, but will be looking elsewhere in future for cookie dough.

Cheesy Garlic bread was cold and hard, no taste. Milkshakes was watery so had obviously been sat around.

We got the 'Oh My Daim', 'Caramel Sensation' and 'Minty Madness' Shake Creations. They were really good, thick and creamy. Like a deluxe version of a McFlurry. Great milkshakes for hot and sunny days. Served effectively and efficiently by quite a reserved staff member.

Great waffles very fresh, great quantity of toppings. One slight issue ordered via 3rd party delivery app. This app showed options for various flavours of ice cream to accompany the waffle however vanilla was received and upon viewing actual website it seems vanilla is the only option to be served. Bit confusing and disappointing for the kids who had picked specific flavours however this would not stop us ordering again.

Ordered from here ice blast was basically water, the pick and mix box looked like someone had already had items in their mouth. Called to let the restaurant know and the guy that answered wasn't helpful or even bothered to help.

I had one of your delivery drivers hammering on my door last night saying I had placed an order which I didn’t he was very verbally abusive towards me and the fact he was banging on my door that loud my next door neighbour came out, this was at 9.45 when I’d not long got in from work, I told him we didn’t order anything, he shown me the receipt which didn’t have my name on I told him that it wasn’t my name but he continued to shout, not happy what so ever I’ve never ordered from there and never will

This place is honestly amazing!!!! I can’t believe Iv only just come across it today. I called in earlier today to get ice cream on our way past & the gentlemen gave my 4 year old a small tub for free which honestly made his day!!!! We decided to give their desserts a try tonight as a little treat. Wow…. Exceeded my expectations, it was soooooo good!!!! The kids loved it & so did I!!! I don’t think we will ever go anywhere else now lol. We’ve tried all the dessert places in Warrington & this place came up top, all 3 children said it was the best they have had!! Not only are the staff, kind & helpful but the food is also amazing. Highly recommend, Thankyou x

DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company. They charged me twice for two orders, point blank refused to make amends and said it was my fault.

Great customer service and great food

Ordered a take away, they delivered to the wrong address. After an hour and a half I contacted them to find out what happened. They told me they had given it to the house 3 doors down, who accepted delivery. So…..they knew what had happened and they didn’t do a thing about it, no contact, no refund was offered, no replacement was offered Basically THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you want a pizza don't order it from here. I have no idea what the base is made out of but the only way I can describe it is like wanting a Yorkshire pudding and getting a pancake. The milkshakes are really good though.

Rude delivery driver, cookie dough was just about warm. Milkshake and cheesecake and ice blast were good but after nearly an hour and a a half wait it’s quite a let down. 3rd time I’ve ordered always disappointed, won’t bother again.

Barely ordered and received a text saying my order was ready, the guy that served me was very friendly, the kids loved the food and deserts. The variety is great and the prices are reasonable.

The sugary food was very nice. My flatmates heavily enjoyed the scran. I however ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, it was not as good. The base was very floppy and the toppings were warm-ish. Helpful and friendly staff on the phone. 2/10 for pizza.

Avoid like the plauge they took my money didn't deliver it because they said the delivery driver couldn't get near my house cause of floods told just eat they have delivered it now I can't get my money back discusting never again took 15.40 of me vile

We have ordered quite a few time and each time the desserts are amazing! All still warm and tge ice-cream still cold! Can't wait to try the pizza next time!

Have only tried the sundaes, slush and cookie doughs. Even though I live some 17 mins drive away, they deliver to me. The ice cream was still frozen and the cookie dough still warm. Top quality service. Have tried their desserts twice. Will try the food next

soggy pizza. not many toppings and spice on a child's pizza that meant the pizza couldn't be eaten. Not impressed and won't be ordering again.

I've Never been treated so badly from a takeaway. They lost their driver who had my food. He turned up over an hour after leaving the shop, not caring that my food was cold, refusing to take it back, unsure if he was stoned but he was Definitely on something! Very Intimidating experience. I kept the cold food to give to the shop driver who was supposedly delivering hot food and it was a priority...No food arrived and after over 200 calls to the shop, even though we now had lovely hot food from Turkish Delight 😋, I wanted a refund. I ended up disputing it through PayPal and getting a refund that way. I won't be ordering again as they only appear care about your custom if you order through JustEat. Ordered before that way. No problem. UberEats customers can't matter them if my experience is anything to go by. Customers count. I'll simply take my custom where it does count.

Cookie dough was beautiful!!!! Fresh pizza, fresh burger and a lovely tasty side salad. Will definitely be ordering again very soon, delivery driver was a really lovely bloke too, thankyou ice and a slice :)

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from here. The 1st time was for desserts and they were amazing. The 2nd time didn't go as smoothly, as we were given calzones even though we had ordered pizza's, the staff were really friendly on the phone and apologised, despite being a Saturday and no doubt rushed off their feet, they replaced the pizza's and had them to us within half an hour. I haven't dropped a star as the food was lovely and also piping hot and the customer service was great!!!

Really good desserts, deserves loads of praise. Should have an Instagram for showing off products and allow people to share your page!

Rude staff and no food. Tried to order through deliveroo and it never showed up. First phone call we were told its on its way then it changed to there is a problem with deliveroo and then they immediately ended the call.
