I uses Ibis when I just need a basic clean comfortable 1-2 night stay in a city. But in this hotel, at least in my room, that standard has fallen. Shower was leaking, toilet seat was loose, curtains were dirty with stains, so was the kettle. It is just lack of care and attention.

I had low expectations of this 2 star Hotel. They were greatly exceeded! I'd give it 4 stars! Very clean, great service. They even cooked us an excellent pizza to eat inoir room when we arrived back after 11pm! The buffet breakfast was great quality and piping hot, just the way it needs to be! The bacon and sausages were decent quality, not the usual bulk catering mush! They only put a small amount out at a time, meaning it's all very freshly cooked. There's a reasonably priced 24-hour car park over the road. Strangely, no 24 hour tickets, so you need to book twice, once early the next morning. You can pay for parking by phone from anywhere. A bit of a 'chew' to do, but easier second time around.

I've stayed at this beautiful hotel a good few times, the bar staff Tom very helpful and always smiling ☺ the 2 lovely girls in the kitchen couldn't do enough for you, the food amazing, can't name all the beautiful staff the day/night staff are brilliant, just like to say thank all the staff, hope to be back soon. A Special Thank you for Keeley the Manager for everything, ill be back over soon .Thank you so much ❤

55 Wakefield RoadGreeted by a Pink haired princess who rudely shouted at my kids for quietly playing next to me. I was shocked the way he spoke and was ready to confront him and leave then but already ordered my food, so thought I’d let it slide. After an hour wait, no exaggeration the worst food I have ever eaten in a pub arrived ever. Even the kids food was ruined, all burnt. I had steak flatbread which was such a disappointment, steak wasn’t even slightly cooked I had to leave it. Complete waste of money. I remember when this place used to be lovely. Unfortunately cannot see me returning now anytime soon. How potential to be a great pub with location and layout. But don’t waste your time at the moment.

There was also a delivery guy waiting to pick up food, they made the poor lad wait for so long and were being really hash with him, when he asked why made me wait 10 mins if it wasn’t ready their response was unprofessional, they said cancel the delivery and leave. Why open a business if you can’t handle it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely poor behaviour.

123 The HeadrowAmo este lugar. La selección de bebidas es una locura si no puedes encontrar algo que te guste, entonces dejaría de beber, no es para ti. La comida es barata, barata, pero la calidad es excelente. Una de las mejores estacas de 10 onzas que jamás haya tenido la lasaña es irreal. Recomiendo ambas cosas. Además, sin olvidar el personal, son realmente amables, el bar una vez (La señora del bar) era un verdadero gruñón. y sin olvidar el happy hour, es genial para las bebidas baratas un viernes antes de llegar a Leeds. Uno de los mejores lugares que he encontrado en Leeds hasta ahora.
