Had the Angus burgers and 20 inch pizza and it was very nice and tasted fresh, ordered the same again the next couple of days and they gave me a free soft drink as well, spot on

High quality food, low prices, friendly staff - everything you want. We had four different meals, all really tasty and hot. Penny's is our new favourite!

WOW! This food is so delicious. I ordered a Korma and a vindaloo last night and I am lost for words. The curry was to die for! So fresh, so tasty and so authentic. The wife and I travel to India every year we love the culture and food and last night it was like we were sat in a restaurant in India eating fresh traditional dishes. I cannot get enough of this food and the value for money! We ordered the onion baji and samosas for starters which were scrumptious and my wife had a Rogan josh. This is definitely going to be our local! The staff are so friendly and helpful and they always serve with a smile. The wife and I are so pleased to have finally found a place that cook the freshest and tastiest food. Compliments to the chefs and staff!

As a local to nottingham and the area I can say this is hands down the best indian food you will get and the best quality food in nottingham. The lamb chops come fresh and juicy and not to mention the succulent chicken tikka fresh from the tandoor oven. The pizzas are piping hot and full of taste and the burgers are amazing. You can tell the chefs are very skilled and experienced, they cook some of the best traditional dishes. The pizzas and kebabs are out of this world and this fish masala is rich in flavour! I would recommend this food to anyone this is restaurant quality food!

Delivered after hour & half, food was cold disgusting, was not worth the money, Currys had hardly any meat in them & was runny. Onion baji’s were burnt , burgers burnt bread rolls burnt and chicken strips inedible will never order again.

Food arrived nearly cold, but did taste nice

First visit since these guys have opened up, and living just across the road it was something we had eagerly awaited! The staff in the shop were really friendly, and gave us a clear explanation of the menu and plenty of time to choose what we wanted, without being pushy whatsoever, its not often you have so many different types of food under 1 roof, so we were spoilt for choice! The signage on the outside is bright and clear, yet subtle enough for you to take note of it and actually read it, as opposed to another generic fast food places. On the inside, its super clean, with bright lights and contrasting tiles and stainless everywhere, really impressive. Their menu is extensive, yet clearly segmented, the black backdrop and coloured text make it easy to read, and thankfully the menu isn’t plastered in pictures of food, its simple & well thought out. The Madras i ordered was really well spiced, and full of flavour, i had the opportunity to try the base sauce, and the chef increased the spice levels according to my taste, great portion size, buttery soft chicken pieces and a flavourful Naan, cannot fault an takeaway curry with rice and a flavoured Naan for less than £10. My better half ordered a Doner Kebab with chips and loved how thin it was sliced, she had a great combination of crisp flavour pieces, and the juicy doner meat you come to expect. Cannot fault the service, prices, taste or experience we’ve had here tonight and definitely will be returning.
