Hythe station cafe in Colchester

My son got stabbed inside the train station ....

Easy to get to, good bus service, also train station round the corner, 5 min walk and your there

Could be better lit at night and more covered seating for rainy days

Hythe shares close proximity with Tesco stores.

Inadequate seating facility; you get wet while waiting for tickets from vending machine.

Be sure to get to the station early,as once the barriers come down you can’t access the platforms

I got a ticket and caught a train

I mean, its your standard train station really. Small but decent bike area thats under cover Has a ticket machine and plenty of benches

A decent commuter station in Colchester, handy for getting the train into Colchester at weekends and also into London at weekends as the superoffpeak fares from this station are quite decently priced

Good parking facilities and cycle racks. Better security for the bikes would be ideal along with some signage re use of CCTV. No ticket office and regular London trains peak times only.
