Hustle Burger in Oldham

Tried this place for the first time with a friend and we ordered the Hustle Share Box for two. The food was okay, We were quite disappointed with the fried chicken — it definitely seemed frozen and possibly even store-bought. The batter was piping hot, but the chicken inside was cold which wasn’t great. The donner was fine, Overall, it didn’t quite meet our expectations and we probably wouldn’t go back.

The order came 1 hour late. The burger was ordered plain but it came with everything on (sauce, salad, onions). Was unable to eat the burger due to this. It’s a shame because we love this place and they’re usually spot on. It’s annoying when you wait 2 hours and it’s not what you ordered :(

I was really disappointed with the customer service at Hustle Burger Oldham. When I placed my order, the so called ‘manager’ was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me and kept trying to get me to order it online as he didn’t have the time to speak to me due to having customers in the takeway. For one the website isn’t the best and also as a person who has dyslexia I struggle already, which I told him but he proceeded to laugh at me. It felt like my concerns were ignored, and the overall experience was frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future and they take on more staff to deal with the customers in the shop instead of the one person trying to deal with both.

order was 45 mins late but wow! it was worth the wait food is amazing nice big portions and so much flavour will defo order again but maybe collect next time.

food was plain and bland and i specifically asked for sauce and salad and had to ask again for it and after gave me food poisoning due to uncooked food

We got two different box’s with all different things in and I couldn’t fault any of it beautiful will definitely be reordering

First time coming here. Been living in mancheter for a while and didn't even know this place existed. As I love honey sweet chilli stuff, I was pretty psyched to see they had the hot honey box so obviously I had to try it. Inside it you will find chips, donner, chicken toastie and 3 tenders all with the hot honey glaze. Honestly it's fantastic. Go. Now. You won't ve disappointed if this is your flavour. There's even a tub of honey in the middle if you want it more sweet but the flavour as standard is the perfect balance of sweet and hot.

I’d give 0 stars if I could!! Food never came. Shocking customer service. Rude whoever answered the phone, put the phone down on us numerous times. We rang to ask if the order was on the way, they were adamant it was and said “what do you want me to do about it?” Now it says delivered when it never came.

Ordered a few times from here. I find it really tasty, well made and well priced.

Very nice smash burgers the sauce is nicely spicey not hot, the chicken burgers are jucy and the normal sauce on them is nice not shure if they dona plain chicken burger but the non spicey is coated but is a little tingly tastes good, chips crispy

Where do I start with this…it is HUGE! Well worth the money without a doubt.

Gave us the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had still sick 4 days later and can’t keep anything down. The restaurant emailed me asking me to take down my review for a refund and they lied and said they refunded me when they didn’t. They are liars and unhygienic and rude. Accused me of lying when the only thing I ate all day was their food. Begged me to take the review down and tried to lie about a refund.

I’ve had this place before was good last time I remember. However this time I ordered two salt n pepper burger meals it is a good idea to remind or have somewhere that states the burger is dipped in spicy sauce as the other meal was for my wife who does not easy spicy food. For me the burger taste was nice but the chips were also a let down. Not fresh and stale unfortunately. Please be more clear with customers and take more care in the food you serve.

Saw this place being promoted on tiktok about a month ago and made a promise to myself that I'd travel about a hour just to try it and that's what I did and no regrets were made what so ever. Honestly the best mun h box I've had. I love sweet and savoury and this box was the perfect combination of both and the hot honey dip was unreal definitely the one ti get if you have a sweet tooth. Ali made sure we were looked after and was a top man to have a good chat with and the chef even threw in some free cheese bites for our travels which topped it all off. Would recommend to absolutely anyone and everyone and would 100% be going back for more. P.s the hot honey box was shared between two average sized people and was definitely more than enough!

Great food been here few times now updated review. They have loads new stuff box offers etc tried everything would recommend naga stir fry or any box offer. Everytime I needed certain stuff tweaking due to allergy or kids preference management agree and give it exactly how I asked great customer service

The food is ok, just average, I got the special box, stir fry donner wasn't tasty it was normal fried it seemed with a little source and dry-ish. Overall service everything is excellent.

Dead food. Was cold, old fries. Old chicken wings and old batter. Burgers barely warm and entire hustle box was cold and dead. Dead service too. Won’t be going there again. Especially after I rang to complain and they told me ‘it’s alright, just tell us next time and we’ll sort it’. Whatever that means. Which apparently means a free meal but even that would most likely be DEAD. And in response to this place as I can see they’ve responded already. I live exactly 4 minutes away in Middleton so driving home would NOT make the food go cold. Shoddy service, dead food. These guys sold me stale chips, stale chicken, old chicken with a smell that was rank and burgers with peppers in them when I didn’t ask for any. DEAD FOOD DEAD PLACE DO NOT EVER EAT FROM HERE. Oh and DEAD SERVICE TOO

probably the best salt n pepper food I've ever had except rather then having sliced or chopped peppers it was just a whole half a pepper. on the chips AND the burger

burger tasted sensational, wings were cooked to perfection and the red kebab meat was pot on 10/10 would recommend

My go to place when I’m hungry never disappoints their boxes are so worth it for its prices as it’s such a large portions no matter which box you get would feed more than two people . Flavours 100%

Despite the promised collection time of 40 minutes, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. While the food quality was satisfactory, I believe it is important to adhere to the estimated collection times.

Would definitely recommend especially if you love donner! I ordered the Hustle Smash Box which came with a single smashed burger, 3 wings, fries, portion of donner and a drink. Genuinely an awesome deal for how much you get and well worth it. Burger is really juicy and tasty, the fries are crunchy and seasoned well and the donner is easily some of the best I’ve had!

Never really leave a review.. But first time ordering from here and gotta say. the doner and chips was amazing.. Best I've had in a while

Rude staff wrong order diagusting food

The food is amazing as always. The best takeaway around. The same drivers that deliver to my house still end up going to the completely wrong address. This is no fault of the takeaway as they always go above and beyond for taste and quality.

We were genuinely impressed by the Salt n Pepper Chicken and Chips and burger! It’s a different take on your traditional salt and pepper flavours, better even! The chicken patties in the burger were so crispy aswell, definitely recommend trying this. We really enjoyed the philly cheese, it’s not your traditional one with steak but this had chopped up Donner and Angus Beef pieces which was flavoured perfectly and went so well with the cheese sauce, can’t forget to mention how soft the roll was 👌🏽

Got a smash burger. (chewy and rubbery). Delivery bags (which drivers put on street floors) left on customer tables where the public are meant to eat.. Says a lot about their hygiene. Loads of clutter behind the slush machine and also mixing slush with a stick just left on the side! Windows were steamy, no ventilation. Place was hot, sweaty and small inside. Menus are unclear - printed off from someone’s house/garage - poor quality. Need to up their game.

The burger was really peppery and the chips were really soggy as were the chilli cheese bites the doner was really nice though it tasted almost sweet. The wings were standard. Didn’t really finish the meal as there too much pepper in burger

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great burgers, and a wide variety on the menu, offering stuff a lot of others aren't. Highly recommend if you live in Oldham.

Very good food here. Place was clean, limited seating/parking but the guy who served us was great. Philly cheese - not like your typical one, wasn't cut up steak - it was Donner. I didn't really get a cheese taste, but it was really good so well worth getting it Chicken burger Was decent nothing special Smash burger One of the best in Oldham, no doubt. No frills, not overpriced just a decent burger Chicken wings Not sure if they're bought, but they were huge. Tasted decent albeit nothing special Menu needs an update, didn't describe what was in each box, even pictures so we unfortunately ordered the wrong box to what we thought we were getting. All in all, a good shout.

The greatest burger I have ever had anywhere in the world in my life and it’s not even close. The popcorn chicken was incredible and the chips were absolutely perfect. I got a triple patty cheese burger, 16 pieces of popcorn chicken, fries and a drink and it only cost £19.50, insane value for money! The flavours were just out of this world, I cannot get over that burger. This is not a paid endorsement, it’s my first order and I just had to leave a review. These guys are just on another level, it really was that good. I cannot wait to order again.

Ordered the salt n pepper box. It came with plenty of chips and tasted nice. The salt n pepper burger was nice, would have been better if it was a bit more burger. The smash burger was ok, nothing special. Salt n pepper wings were nice. Salt n pepper pop corn chicken were nice, could have done with a few more of them as there were only like 5 pieces. The flavour came through nicely, been to other places and the salt n pepper flavour has been on the weak side. Got the samosa, was okay, prefer the ones from the burger van in town (the one that is next sports direct). Got the new box for 4 for the family. We all liked it, the smashed tacos were nice, they do use soft tacos rather than the hard ones. Everyone liked the burgers and Donner.

Three years later and it’s still exactly the same :) you’ve lost my business so many times because I can’t actually order what I want. Sorry but the Uber and deliveroo pages for this are just abysmal. This place has lost my business dozens of times because I simply cannot order what I want. I’ve mentioned this to the restaurant and they blame Uber, even though it’s just as bad on deliveroo and it’s been like this for YEARS. Half of the options are missing and just to make it more annoying, they don’t allow you to write any special instructions.

Its okay I guess. The burger was nice but the bun was very soggy and flat but tasted good, I had to scrape the caramelised onions off as it was quite hard, the chicken wings just seem like generic frozen wings but again were okay, now the fries were really bad, they were cold and hard they make bad fries look amazing lol, it's a pretty good price but I think I'd rather spend more for better quality food, thanks though

We ordered a take away Saturday night, my teenager like’s spicy food so went for the Naga Burger- Thais was apparently tooooo Spicy for him and burnt his tongue!!! Drama. I had the Donna burger- expecting a standard dinner meat sandwich- this was bright red when I opened the wrapped and my mouth was fire- even with bbq sauce!! So note to anyone that can stand stuff stronger than a vindaloo you can order anything from here xx

Ordered a double cheese burger lastnight . It arrived and looked lovely. After a bite or two I thought I was going to have to run to the fire 🔥 station to put my mouth out. It was full of pepper 🌶 . i mean full of pepper absolutely inedible. no mention of it on the website of pepper being added . I was told a burger would arrive for me but it never did and i was starving. I could have ate my arm. . After a long 12 hour shift I was gutted. Tired and hungry .My poor husband. I was nearly crying and he got the earache. The Pepsi and chips were nice tho .

Placed an order for delivery. Sadly it just was not up to scratch at all. I ordered the burger tacos, which came on tortillas. Soft, plain, not crunchy tortillas. The burger meat was almost fishy, it was cold, and tough. The sauteed onions on it were also terrible. They were SO strong. The chips were chewy, I'm not sure how you achieved that one. Well done on giving chips a bounce. It's a new experience for me. The salt and pepper chicken was hard, dry, and I'm not sure what flavour it was, but it wasn't salt and pepper; the portion was also abysmal. The chilli cheese bites were nice, although small. To top it off, everything was cold. I don't mean takeaway took a while cold. I mean leftovers cold. I won't be returning my custom here, which is a shame. The menu looked banging.

I ordered 2 hustle smash box meals and a Philly cheesesteak. The food was piping hot so definitely freshly made. I asked for salt n pepper wings which were provided however I didn’t really get any salt n pepper flavour. The donner was nicely flavoured, the smash burger was disappointing to say the least no seasoning whatsoever , the fries also had no seasoning. I would advise to season your fries and beef patties as a little salt will go a long way.

No idea why the non spicy burger ended up coming spicy despite selecting no spice on one of the orders. The size of the burgers were far from the £12 price tag. Imagine McDonalds but smaller. Go figure because from the glowing previous reviews it shouldn't have been the case... The chips, which should have had salt and pepper seasoning were absent of it. Four chips exactly had the seasoning. Did they run out? What a disaster of an order. Reply to the owner: The order was an upgrade from the £7.50 meal. I agree that the food did arrive warm but the burger wasn't upto scratch. The meal size was poor. On one of the orders a buttermilk burger was stated, no mention of the sizzler style. Maybe you need to update the information on your Uber eats account? Pretty pathetic reply which completely attacks a customer reply. If you don't like a negative feedback then tough. I've left an account of my order. I wont be returning regardless of the gesture. Have a good new year.

The donner smelt a little funny after me and my brother had a few bites of it alongside some of the messy fries (meat had the same kind of weird smell) we have both puked up! will never be ordering from here again
