Mal servicio, el personal tenía que recordar el orden y la comida en espera, etc. no la más limpia. La comida era de muy baja calidad. Aseo una caminata arriba. .

. . . . Primera visita. Buena visita. Muy buena comida. Las ofertas y las comidas son muy buenas y el ambiente relajado. Este es un pequeño y encantador remanso de calma en la esquina más alejada mientras te diriges hacia o desde la puerta X en Braehead. Entró en The Projectionist cambiando una parada de inodoro y jugo rápido después del cine, y decidió quedarse. Nos sentimos cómodos. Y resulta que las pintas son buenas. Nosotros (siendo 3 adultos y un adolescente) terminamos teniendo comidas completas y entrantes. Una ventaja adicional para nosotros fue que nos pasó aquí un domingo y sus almuerzos asados (servido tarde, ya que no salimos de Wicked hasta casi 4 . 00 pm) son increíbles. Totalmente recomendable.

Tuve el placer de ser servida por Valerie durante mi reciente visita a la proyeccionista, y no podría estar más impresionada por su excepcional servicio. Desde el momento en que nos sentamos, nos recibió con una sonrisa cálida y genuina y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Estuvo atenta sin ser exagerada y registrarse la cantidad de veces correcta. Su conocimiento del menú era impresionante, y ella hizo excelentes recomendaciones que realmente mejoraron nuestra experiencia gastronómica. La comida era rápida, eficiente, lo que hizo que la excelente comida fuera aún más agradable. Es raro encontrarse en un lugar que no solo satisfaga sino que supere las expectativas en un entorno tan ocupado. Gran experiencia y tan memorable, y espero volver debido al gran servicio y la comida que se ofrece.

Pedí bebidas en la aplicación, tomó una eternidad. Luego pedí comida y bebidas en la aplicación, esperé y esperé, fuimos al bar para que nos dijeran que no había pedido recibido (correo electrónico de confirmación recibido) así que pedí nuevamente en el bar y lo que queríamos ya no estaba disponible. Alternativas pedidas, chips de sal y pimienta sabían como un paquete de curry de fideos instantáneos y chile era como cerdo tirado y parecía vómito. Absolutamente se desmorona y no volverá.

Esperé más de una hora para la comida, entonces cuando llegó estaba frío, ni siquiera apenas caliente y tuvo que enviar de vuelta. Faltaba servicio al cliente y no parecía particularmente molesto porque tenía un servicio tan pobre. Al menos me devolvieron la comida, ya que no esperaba otra hora para un reemplazo

Enjoyed freshly cooked Fish and chips and mushy peas and cold drinks. We had our coffees there rather than going to a crowded coffee shop.

Visited pub few days ago. Food was absolutely amazing and arrived very fast. I had a medium steak and was cooked to perfection, my partner enjoyed fish and chips. Staff as always friendly, specially one who was very attentive and made our visit special, her name was Agata. Will definitely come back for more.

Regularly visit hungry horse restaurants and always impressed and plenty to eat. Went for the Sunday roast and wasn’t impressed. 1 small piece of beef and hard potatoes. Left the place still hungry and disappointed. Definitely never have the roast again. Great staff though.

Our servers today were Josh and Cat. They were both very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They gave us excellent customer service. The food was good and very reasonable priced, as were the drinks. We will definitely be back here again. Thanks.

Absolute muck!!! Walk past this place and keep going on further into the centre where there is TGI’s, Frank & Bennys & Five Guys. Food was all beige, minging, dripping in grease, and chicken wings arrived with no sauce on them!! The food looks anemic. And we had sore stomachs after.

Another great experience last night at the Projectionist. Served by Greg who is always very pleasant and courteous. Never forgets to ask about food allergies. Food lovely and plentiful as always. Servers all attentive, asking if we need anything as they pass. These are the reasons for our frequent visits and will make us continue to come back. Thank you guys.

The food was really tasty, cooked to perfection and a good portion size which is often not the case elsewhere and the staff were pleasant. The meal was a great deal as I got 2 from the pub classic section for £12.49. I will come back again 😉

Shocking, we decided to go the projectionist for lunch. What a mistake. The vegan burger should have been smothered in sauce and it wasn't. 2 bits of onion and 1 piece of lettuce. Terrible. Then we asked for bbq sauce for the burger and we were given Korean sauce. The chips you could have counted . This was not appetizing at all. I get emails from The Hungry Horses advertising there deals ,this experience has put me off.

Really disappointed ordered steak pie when it came the meat inside was freezing, they brought out another one 20 minutes later had to saw the pastry open with my knife it was so hard and inside was so burnt it was black and there was about 5 tiny bits of burnt meat inside. After another 15 mins wait ended up with something else off the menu.

A big shout out to Danielle and Cat for what was outstanding customer care today towards my Autistic daughter. Their foresight and subsequent action, when an unforseen issue occured within the pub, prevented what would have been traumatising for her. They are to be commended.
