Great food and value great staff including Jow and Crystal. Really lovely service thanks it was really fresh tasting fish.

Don't usually go on Friday but my partner likes the giant burger deal with his son.. it was very busy, was told food would be approx 30-45 mins which was fine with us as we had drinks..but food arrived about 15-20mins! Staff always work hard keeping customers happy& checking all's ok.. great atmosphere 👍 oh& yes I had the sea bass once again! & Once again delish! 😋 Keep up the fantastic work guys!! 👍👍 see you soon! x

Popped in as had a spare hour was hungry and not tried the place before. Ordered the Gravy One Burger. food was awful, over cooked batter, no gravy on burger and "dipping gravy" served in a sauce pot, less than 20ml of gravy! Dont get me started on the Salt and Pepper Fries!!! Blurgh.

This is the first time I have been to the Hungry Horse in Bromsgrove, upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by the lovely staff that worked here and accompanied to my table. Which was clear to see how clean and tidy my table was. Ordering my drinks was quick and with no hesitation I was asked to go wait at my table and it will be brought to me which I thought was very good considering how busy it was when I arrived. Finally when I ordered my food it came very hot and cooked to how exactly how I wanted it. I shall be coming back and will be looking forward to it.

I came in for dinner and there was a lovely young lady called Ellesse she gave me excellent service and was very helpful and polite

food was excellent staff was amazing and overall they were very friendly great location even love making friends with the staff

This place used to be great, but we haven't been for a while and will NEVER go again, The outside is shabby. I am disabled and used the ramp and rail to enter. At the top of the rail some of the wood was broken with 2 very long, rusty nails sticking up. . There were very few staff or diners, but the tables were dirty. At least it hid how shabby they are. The lady who served us started by trying to fuss our Assistance dog which is a big NO as you should never distract them when working, Then she tried to separate her from us and put her in a corner. She led us to a table near a very rowdy and large group who were playing football in the aisles. Let's discuss what they class as food, The Macaroni cheese came on a dish no bigger than a saucer with 1/2 a slice of burnt, dried toast. The roast dinner was inedible. Pre cooked, chewy beef, 3 Yorkshires taken from the freezer and heated in the microwave until soggy, a dollop of cold, instant mash, roast potatoes taken from the freezer and left out all day, the vegetables had been kept warm all day, the peas were shrivelled and dry. Topped off with gravy granuals that were not fully fully mixed, but were coagulated from standing for a long time . The whole thing was cold. We took the meat home for the dogs and left the rest. Add 3 small drinks and the whole lot was over £30.00 IT WASN'T WORTH £3.00 do not torture yourselves by going here. DISGUSTING.

The staff were lovely polite and friendly but the food was disappointing.. The mixed grill came out cold and the chicken was raw.. Couldn't even be bothered to send it back.. I just left

Great experience!! Phoned up to book my self, partner and two children in for a meal as a treat after school. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and asked if there was anywhere in particular we would like to sit and if we needed high chairs. When arriving for our family meal out, the staff greated and showed us to our table straight away. The place was very clean and tidy and I couldn't of asked for more friendly staff. The meals arrived well presented and tasted lovely. We will be definitely visiting again!

Popped in for a quick bite with other half had the ultimate combo and chocolate fudge cake couldn't fault food service and atmosphere

1 bar man serving and looking very stressed but got to us quickly which was good. However that's were it all went down hill quickly. Table was filthy to say the least, ordered food and drinks and paid. Beer was flat and undrinkable the other were pop. Was told 45 mins wait which was OK as it was a Saturday afternoon but it arrived in bits and drabs so out of 3 of us only one was eating (and I say that lightly) I had a sizzler steak which was cold so I sent it back only to wait 15 mins longer to get another one which was stone cold (sizzler) it was that cold the pepers and onions on the skillet were still actually frozen. Decided to go to KFC but was only offered the money back for my steak even though the rest of the food was either missing or horrible. Please avoid unless you like being fobed off with the old "lack of staff" routine.

grest drink selection, freindly staff and loveley food, been here many times and is ver reliable, food served till 9 and theres a big menu to choose from

Came down on Saturday to see family and thought we'd give it a try. Arrived around 11.40 for lunch and all 4 of us went for one of the deals, £8.50 for a selection of some of the main meals plus some garlic cheese bread. All meals were massive and tasty, still cannot believe the VFM, unbelievable. One downside was the sausages and chicken on the mixed grill were a bit dry. Shared a pud, warm chocolate cake with chocolate sauce with my daughter, 1 portion does 2 easily and again top notch. The girl behind the bar was hilarious, can't remember her name, possibly Emilia, big black puffa coat, so funny. Would definitely go again next time I'm down that way

Ordered food. With nachos to come with mains. Apparently the system doesn’t show the kitchen that. Like that’s my problem? It’s a shame the waitressing staff were very kind they should be support better. The female manager was extremely rude and expected us just to put up with their glitch in their system. The so called sunshine rice on the kids menu I wouldn’t feed to a dog. It’s rice with veg but also has a nasty thick source. None of the kids would eat it and tbh we wouldn’t eat it either.
