The food was incredible... Brilliant selection. Managed to accommodate a table of 12 with all types of food ordered. The waffle chicken was a brilliant concoction. The bar has a great selection of beers and at very good prices !

Excellent takeaway Sunday carvery

Booked two dinners with Hungry Harry's for Sunday 14th February 2021 this is the first Sunday we've been able to have dinner with each other in the afternoon since early November. Usually it's after ten at night on a Sunday, we really enjoyed it, thanks again Rachel and Paul.

We have been coming here,every week for a few years. The food is all home made and great quality, and big portions! The staff are all lovely, including the bar staff. They have particularly worked hard over lockdown and adjusted to the challenges, doing take out and deliveries. Keep up the great work

We ordered 2 Chinese banquets and picked them up - Rachel even text me to say they were ready. I can only say everything was absolutely delicious. Spring rolls, bbq ribs, salt&pepper chicken, sweet&sour chicken, fried &boiled rice& chips. Not morsel left. I’ve had the chicken curry before and that is great too. Best thing about lockdown👍

Amazing food once again, never disappointed. Despite being busy Rachel managed to book us in, last minute. The meats were amazing and portions were spectacular. (Honey roast ham was to die for) loads of fresh veg, potatoes and Yorkshire puds and the gravy has to be the best in town. Thanks 100% recommended.

We came here on the recommendation of lots of others - and were not disappointed! Lovely, friendly, welcoming staff, from the minute I rung to book, nothing was too much trouble! We came here fid our daughters 11th Birthday lunch last Sunday, 19th Jan, the smell as we walking in the door was unreal! Was like walking in my nannas kitchen for Sunday lunch! The choice of meats were pork, turkey, or beef - which was in plentiful supply! Then you chose yourself from THE NICEST home made roasties and yorkie puds, and stuffing, then a lovely selection of fresh veg, and as for the gravy! Oh my! Thick and tasty like I said just like your mam or your nanna would make! For the price you pay, I wouldn't hesitate to try Hungry Harry's, but do book, as you'll be gutted if you don't get a table! An excellent place to eat always a good choice of food to eat on a Friday or Saturday plenty of parking very competitive prices and guarantee you won't be disappointed

I took my dad who is 93 for lunch today 29/09/19 as it had been recommender by a friend. We were not disappointed, the staff are very helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. The food is high quality and the portion size excellent! We were full after eating our main course but they made sure we had our pud to take home. If you enjoy your food then this is the place to go for Sunday lunch we will be going again soon!

We went on sunday and have been many times before! Lovely roast dinner! And lovely puddings! Would recommend the apple pie and trifle 😋😋

We visit here often and everytime the carvery has been beautiful. The best roast potatoes and massive Yorkshire puddings with a great selection of fresh veg, the gravy is so good.

Every Thurs at nine o'clock in the morning, Mobile RSPCA Van run by top Vet and a great, friendly team! Great people who I and many others can't thank enough!!

We went for father's day Sunday lunch at the carvery. Honey ham, beef and turkey carved, served and help yourself to all the veg and extras. Lovely food and big portions at a reasonable price. The desserts were good too. If you want a good traditional Sunday lunch with friendly staff, you must try this place. We ll definitely go back and try the Friday night food as well. Best to book at busy times though.

Went for the Sunday Carvery for Father’s Day .. what can I say Excellent food, big portions, Staff were so so Friendly felt like I had been many times .... which we will be doing no faults a must place to go very reasonably priced too

Heard good things about the carvery they do on Sundays so I thought I'd give it a go and to say I was pleased is an understatement. They are not shy with the portions.

Sunday dinner by Paul and Rachel is fantastic. Keep up the good work guys. The price is way to cheap for the quality and amount you get.
