Food is amazing but staff are rude and have no customer service and don’t know how to talk to people on the phone, real shame staff ain’t the quality of the food

Usually very good but tried the pizza and they had zero tomato sauce/puree on the base so really it was just cheesy bread which was disappointing. Also the wings are usually quite crispy but this time soft/soggy so overall unimpressed on this occasion

plus driver gave me wrong order, had to knock to change food over, and it was cold, due to delay

on 26/1 the chips with the meal was missing but luckily we had another large fries ordered and paid so I could provide for guests so pls be careful when you send again

Won’t be going again, part of order was missing. Called and was told it would be delivered in half hour. Rang back after 45 mins to be told they couldn’t get a driver and did I want to go in and get it tomorrow!

I ordered the offer of 2×15' plus the free 9' pizzas.I requested one with peperoni(×2) and jalapenos and ine with peperoni,sweetcorn and black olives.On arrival all three pizzas been the same with peperoni,black olives,sweetcorn and jalonenos.The order was also 30 min late.Not happy .It is not the first time when I am ordering from Hungry dot,but lately the service is not so good.Very disappointed.

Driver didn’t deliver to our door ,he did rang my door bell and I told him to please come upstairs but he didnt get it so had to go downstairs and showed him the code

They did not listen to the order instructions and only came with 1 chip not the 2 I ordered

This is why young immature little boys should not be working for service jobs, ordered the food 2 hours ago just for them to cancel after making the kids wait that long and then blocked our number. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and would NOT recommend

Ordered from here for the 1st time on Uber Eats. Gotta say the food was excellent. Great taste as was freshly made. The hot wings were brilliant. Will definitely order from her again. Not a criticism but only a suggestion if they also do a spicy version of the chicken burgers.

Stopped here and had a lovely bit of lunch recently. I had the meal deal with burger, chips and wings. Was spot on. The burger was really fresh, fries piping hot, and the wings had just the right amount of spice. The guy serving was really polite and helpful, the service was quick and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My absolute go to chicken shop, we order from here almost every week. The food is always so fresh and tasty and customer service is great, probably the best chicken shop in the area. :)

The food is absolutely banging, however the best thing is the young man’s customer service he’s extremely smart and charming at his age and constantly reassures me my food is coming soon, the service was great and the food was top tier👏👏👏

Order from here regularly one of my favourite pizza places… really nice food always delivered on time and always taste freshly prepared.

Never received my delivery, when I checked to see where the delivery was I got a message saying delivered. I would like a refund as the delivery driver probably nicked my food. Useless drivers Just eat hire who can’t even read maps or delivery location.

First time of ordering and disappointed. Delivery took over an hour and pizza on arrival was cold. Delivery was made on a cycle bike so it’s no wonder it turned up cold. Quality of pizza wasn’t as expected either. I don’t understand the good reviews. Won’t be ordering again.

Seems this has inevitably gone downhill. Must have changed owners as when they used to get orders wrong or miss out items, they would redeliver right away with complimentary food to apologise. Now you don't even get an apology over the phone, just hang up on you when you ask them to come out again instead of putting it on a future order. The second delivery driver at least apologised on their behalf.

10/10 everytime I order highly recommend

I literally drive past Ilford Lane to get here now that I have discovered this place. Great chicken burger with juicy, tender chicken that is well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Served on a soft, toasted bun, accompanied by fresh lettuce and mayo. The combination of textures and flavors were balanced and along with the crispy chips and delicious chilli mayo dip it was a satisfying and delicious meal. Am craving more and look forward to visiting again soon. PS: The Pizza is really delicious too.

awful start to finish! all the pizzas came crushed and toppings not even on the pizza. when calling the restaurant they did not offer to send out the food again and asked us to collect despite me paying a delivery fee. the worker was obnoxious and condescending and spoke like he was doing us a favour. stinking attitude of workers and poor quality food.
