grilled burger ordered by accident was delicious and chicken wrap the same, the picture doesn't do it justice. food always fresh and piping hot.

Food was cold and I scheduled order but it came 16 mins late

Order from here regularly one of my favourite pizza places… really nice food always delivered on time and always taste freshly prepared.

Never received my delivery, when I checked to see where the delivery was I got a message saying delivered. I would like a refund as the delivery driver probably nicked my food. Useless drivers Just eat hire who can’t even read maps or delivery location.

First time of ordering and disappointed. Delivery took over an hour and pizza on arrival was cold. Delivery was made on a cycle bike so it’s no wonder it turned up cold. Quality of pizza wasn’t as expected either. I don’t understand the good reviews. Won’t be ordering again.

Seems this has inevitably gone downhill. Must have changed owners as when they used to get orders wrong or miss out items, they would redeliver right away with complimentary food to apologise. Now you don't even get an apology over the phone, just hang up on you when you ask them to come out again instead of putting it on a future order. The second delivery driver at least apologised on their behalf.

10/10 everytime I order highly recommend

I literally drive past Ilford Lane to get here now that I have discovered this place. Great chicken burger with juicy, tender chicken that is well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Served on a soft, toasted bun, accompanied by fresh lettuce and mayo. The combination of textures and flavors were balanced and along with the crispy chips and delicious chilli mayo dip it was a satisfying and delicious meal. Am craving more and look forward to visiting again soon. PS: The Pizza is really delicious too.

Usually chicken from here is always really good, but the last order was terrible and disappointed me.

Absolutely disgusting! The food came completely squashed and inedible, when I called the restaurant they blamed the delivery driver and said they cannot send the food out again and I need to collect it despite paying the delivery fee. The man on the phone was obnoxious and condescending like as if he was doing me a favour. To top it off, the food doesn’t even taste good.

The first place that served halal food around this area so I respect that. Also, food is good quality and they always answer our call. Customer service is good, even in busy hours. Keep it up! Just a pointer, new variety on the menu would be nice from time to time. Like BBQ sauce burger, etc.

Although the taste of the food was nice, it was cold by the time it got to me. I tracked the driver on his journey and even though the delivery was technically on time, he took the LONG way round and managed to make a 7 minute journey take 20 minutes. At 2pm on a Tuesday, I can't imagine he had any other drop-offs. Disappointing.

Very tasty chicken! Wings were very juicy and fresh, despite ordering late and night. However pizza wasn’t the best. We ordered 2x 7” pizza’s. One looked like it didn’t even have any cheese on it.

honestly the best chicken in the area! it's always hot, chips are sometimes not the best but still warm. they did forget a portion of chips, but was helpfull upon the next order. order from here atleast once a week just because its soo good

Pizza had broken apart and was crushed. Not one piece had any topping on at all. All the topping was squashed together on the top of the box and the pizza base was separate. So so disappointed

This restaurant has great customer service not only was my food really quick and hot they forgot my chicken strips and called me immediately sending replacement food and the food is great could not recommend enough.

The BEST burgers and fries in Rainham!

Humanity exists!! There was some discrepancies with the uber driver and first order had to get cancelled. However managed to re order only to get a personal call from the restaurant with an extra free pizza! The food was delicious, fresh and plentyful. The wings were the best and chips were those skinny fries (not oily) was the best. Amazing and Thank-you for the generous sauces too! Will definitely be ordering again!

Food wasn't as fresh and hot like it normally is. Some of the chicken had a funny taste. And one of the pieces of fried chicken was a chicken fillet. I am very disappointed.
