Fries & sauce lovely, sadly the beef burger was extremely overcooked making the burger quite dry, hard and chewy. Was only just warm on arrival. Second time ordering, and not as good as the first time

Tasty as always, never had a bad meal!

Really disappointed with our meal after we spent £37 with delivery for two meals, we have order from here in the past and it’s been great however my crispy chicken burger was rock hard/dry and cold, my husband’s burger was dry as a bone and cold and the chicken wings was freezing. We won’t be ordering from here for a while :-(

Drink didn’t come with the kids meal. The burger for £14.50 was not worth it. Won’t be going back there again!

food was lovely as always but unfortunately the driver required me to stand outside waving instead of getting out to look for the door number, my can of coke had clearly been dropped and couldn't be enjoyed with also it tasted very much like the scent of the drivers after shave so I assume he sprayed himself and it got all over my drink so 5⭐️ for food unfortunately 3⭐️ for delivery which is not the restaurants fault but it did negatively impact my meal so worth noting

Ordered for the first time on Saturday night for delivery, big mistake, my food was cold had to be re-heated, my husband had ordered me a milkshake, which I thought at £6.50 was far too expensive, but anyway, he ordered one. Uber did the delivery but when he had left we realised there was no milkshake in the bag, my husband tried ringing the driver, he didn't answer, so rang Hungrilla who couldn't be less interested, said there was nothing they could do, take it up with Uber, customer service was absolute zero, having tried to get a refund from Uber its totally impossible as everything is automated so you just go round in circles. We are £6.50 down and nobody gives a stuff, first and last time we order from you!!!!!

Order didn’t even arrive!! Driver came and sat outside in his car and never got out and drove away. Very disappointed. Driver also arrived after estimated time.

Would highly recommend collection rather than delivery. Uber Eats delivered our order which was wrong. Ran the branch to be told because we ordered through Uber Eats there's nothing they could do! Seriously?! Epic faff trying to get a refund via Uber Eats. Unsure if we'll see the refund. All a real shame as the food was good, a little cold, but tasty. Surprised by the level of customer service. You'd have thought in this day and age companies would be trying their hardest especially with new customers. Really wanted to give 2 stars but felt harsh so settled with the 3.

This is usually our go to place when we decide to order out , always fantastic food at a great price but tonight the burgers did not meet our expectation. Crispy chicken burger was overcooked and hard not crispy and the chicken on the other burger was very dry . Sorry but won’t be ordering again for a while .

Ordered and noted for no spring onions but still got them... not a massive gripe tho still lovely

Paid out £35+ and only received half my order … not very happy when they charge £1.50 per can of pop and I didn’t even get them but still charge for it !!!

Radically overrated! Most definitely not Mansfield’s best burger place - Hungrilla feels like an Ohanne’s knock-off. Spent £50 for three meals which is quite expected in today’s economic climate, but for the quality you get, it’s not on. The burgers itself are mediocre - too much cheap BBQ sauce masking the overall taste and mushrooms weren’t washed so tasted filthy. Chips are okay: no taste. Jalapeño bites: So diabolically inedible. No meals came with their promised aioli sauce, no napkins or condiments provided in takeout bag which is basic. Service was incredibly slow, waiting times for takeout was equal to restaurant times - which I should’ve went to instead. So, a big NO for ‘something quick’. Premise itself, not pleasant to sit in - very sticky and distracting. No takeout waiting area, so random people were dotted everywhere looking equally impatient.

Fully loaded fries are great. Gourmet burgers are gourmet burgers and price is wild.

Completely ignores the work of Deliveroo drivers. Does not respect the work of drivers. Even after 10 minutes of waiting, they just say to prepare the order, even though it should be ready after a while.

At £17 for a burger and fries I thought it might of been something special. Burger was of good quality however did not impress for price point. Chips were good crispy on outside, soft on inside and seasoned. Service was friendly and fast. Being packaged in a box was a nice touch. Only problem here is it’s overpriced, bring the price down or make the burger more impressive. Also 60p for a tiny dip pot come on now.

Awesome grill. Flavours came through the burgers amazingly. We did not eat in but, they do have seating.

The food on both of my visits was nothing short of fresh and tasty! On the first visit, I had a Mexican (smash burger). This came with fries, but the drink was not included. The total was £11 but totally worth it. The portion sizes of the seasoned fries are good, and the chips were also very fresh with plenty of seasoning. The second visit, again, I tried peri peri burger with fries, this was also made to perfection, and they do not hesitate to give you sauces! The staff are friendly and always smiling and great at making recommendations and also gave me extra sauces to try! Overall, for the price, they are definitely worth it and I would recommend! Great presentation too!

Food NEVER ARRIVED. App stated delivered even though it hadn't. Been told via customer service that the delivery driver contacted serveral times, which they did not, and that they left it at the front door, which they also did not do. Very unhappy as now out of pocket and left without food. Very poor customer service.

Just on time for the given delivery window, 50 mins on a Saturday night is not too bad. Although must have had a few drops along way as food was barely lukewarm. Also, ordered two lots of two different burgers but no markings/labels on boxes and for some reason they had mix-matched burger buns (sesame/brioche) between the two different orders so had to dissect burgers to figure out actually whose was whose. Despite food temp the burgers themselves were top notch! 👌

forgot my extras on burger + 2x sauces what I payed for. think this place started off nice but now it's like eating a slipper

We were visiting from New Zealand and had recently been tasting burgers in L.A. We were blown away. Definitely the best burgers we have tasted hands down. Great staff and if you are in Mansfield you need to check it out. It's the food of the gods. Thanks guys

We’ve always loved hungrilla but the last few times we’ve ordered there has been many issues. Food arrives cold, chips aren’t cooked enough, items forgotten, incorrect toppings on the burgers. The quality of the food just isn’t the same as before. Really sad that we won’t be ordering again.

Order was not complete. For some strange reason, I did not get the free canned soft drink attached to my order. I don't know why that happened. Just noticed this.

Absolutely shocking delivery service! Not only was the delivery very late, but the driver was exceptionally brusque and unpleasant with it! I was so annoyed I had tipped him. We should only be able to tip at the end of delivery and not before. The food was also quite cold, considering it came such a short distance.

I don’t talk much in here anymore. I’m often too busy, or I just forget to do it. But this place…? Yeah, I’m gonna write about this place!!! First of all, the staff are quite skilled in the art of friendly smiles. There’s something that just appeals to me when you step into a room and the first thing you see is a friendly face. I got treated with at least three smiles plus a bright and unmistakable “welcome” thrown at us with genuine pleasure. We took our seats and started to browse through the menu. My wife made a DIY burger creation with crispy chicken. I had… the Silverback Special Burger. A superb brioche bun, filled to the brim with perfectly grilled chicken breast and a beef burger patty to die for. The meat was slightly charred just the right amount to get that “omgthisissof#ckinggood” kind of excellence and taste you don’t see that often anymore. Paired together with some fresh and tasty veggies, the burger went down my mouth with a euphoric sound. My wife laughed at me, but I knew why… she must have been jealous of my taste buds. It was like a grand firework show went off in my mind, only the fireworks were neurons, triggered by tastes of divine heavenly goodness and colorful positivity. The fries, spiced to perfection, made me giggle with childish joy... And yes, I’m man enough to admit that. Hungrilla, you made our day. Thank you very much and see you again soon. Peace.

Delivered bang on time (to the minute!). Loaded skin on fries were massive and delicious. Burger was a bit smaller/less filling than expected (came with plenty of fries though): will be trying the double patty burger next time

My brother ordered food and the milkshake was delivered in a plastic bag and had spilled everywhere inside the bag. The driver didn’t knock on the door and left the food on the doorstep for 15 minutes before anybody noticed

If I'm ever needing to celebrate or a pick-me-up. Hungrilla is always my first choice.....even before Chinese 🤯 their blend of seasoned chips are just amazing with burger thickness that puts shop-bought patties to shame. Cannot recommend enough. Never had a bad meal from them.

Even though our food was lovely and portions was massive loads of chips, we ordered extra cheese and sauce and didnt get any. Also the beef was really chewy. But other then that i was really nice.

Ordered for collection last night and the fries and milkshake was absolutely amazing. When it came to our burgers they were both overcooked and dry, one of the pattys was burnt to a crisp. I expected more from a gourmet burger place as the one thing that should be perfect wasn’t. Waste of money as we spent £40.

Our accommodation in Mansfield recommended Hungrilla to the 4 of us. Called on Saturday, 22nd June, on the way back from SVF. Great burgers had by all. Just one problem 😢It's not on our doorstep back home. 😢😢😢😢
