Hungrilla Gourmet Grill in Mansfield

Food NEVER ARRIVED. App stated delivered even though it hadn't. Been told via customer service that the delivery driver contacted serveral times, which they did not, and that they left it at the front door, which they also did not do. Very unhappy as now out of pocket and left without food. Very poor customer service.

Perfect chips and burgers every time. Onion rings are hut and miss but when they're the homemade battered type ones (fresh) they're excellent!

Just on time for the given delivery window, 50 mins on a Saturday night is not too bad. Although must have had a few drops along way as food was barely lukewarm. Also, ordered two lots of two different burgers but no markings/labels on boxes and for some reason they had mix-matched burger buns (sesame/brioche) between the two different orders so had to dissect burgers to figure out actually whose was whose. Despite food temp the burgers themselves were top notch! 👌

forgot my extras on burger + 2x sauces what I payed for. think this place started off nice but now it's like eating a slipper

The best burger and loaded fries I’ve ever had 100% hands down going back there!! Take the wife and kids next time. Incredible food!!

We were visiting from New Zealand and had recently been tasting burgers in L.A. We were blown away. Definitely the best burgers we have tasted hands down. Great staff and if you are in Mansfield you need to check it out. It's the food of the gods. Thanks guys

We’ve always loved hungrilla but the last few times we’ve ordered there has been many issues. Food arrives cold, chips aren’t cooked enough, items forgotten, incorrect toppings on the burgers. The quality of the food just isn’t the same as before. Really sad that we won’t be ordering again.

Just had food delivered by Uber eats and the food was cold, delivery driver admitted dont blame me, it was sat in the counter fur 20 mins before he left..

Order was not complete. For some strange reason, I did not get the free canned soft drink attached to my order. I don't know why that happened. Just noticed this.

the delivery time kept changing and was over a hour late n i got the wrong burger thought i would give them another try but this is the second time my order was missing/wrong

Absolutely shocking delivery service! Not only was the delivery very late, but the driver was exceptionally brusque and unpleasant with it! I was so annoyed I had tipped him. We should only be able to tip at the end of delivery and not before. The food was also quite cold, considering it came such a short distance.

I don’t talk much in here anymore. I’m often too busy, or I just forget to do it. But this place…? Yeah, I’m gonna write about this place!!! First of all, the staff are quite skilled in the art of friendly smiles. There’s something that just appeals to me when you step into a room and the first thing you see is a friendly face. I got treated with at least three smiles plus a bright and unmistakable “welcome” thrown at us with genuine pleasure. We took our seats and started to browse through the menu. My wife made a DIY burger creation with crispy chicken. I had… the Silverback Special Burger. A superb brioche bun, filled to the brim with perfectly grilled chicken breast and a beef burger patty to die for. The meat was slightly charred just the right amount to get that “omgthisissof#ckinggood” kind of excellence and taste you don’t see that often anymore. Paired together with some fresh and tasty veggies, the burger went down my mouth with a euphoric sound. My wife laughed at me, but I knew why… she must have been jealous of my taste buds. It was like a grand firework show went off in my mind, only the fireworks were neurons, triggered by tastes of divine heavenly goodness and colorful positivity. The fries, spiced to perfection, made me giggle with childish joy... And yes, I’m man enough to admit that. Hungrilla, you made our day. Thank you very much and see you again soon. Peace.

Delivered bang on time (to the minute!). Loaded skin on fries were massive and delicious. Burger was a bit smaller/less filling than expected (came with plenty of fries though): will be trying the double patty burger next time

Normally good from here but this time the beef on the burgers was really dry and even slightly burnt, will give benefit of the doubt

Orders online due to 10% discounts but went to collect after acknowledging my order claimed they couldn’t see it. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay full price and started taking orders around me not helpful at all. Unfortunately will be not a returning customer due to unhelpful staff !!!

My brother ordered food and the milkshake was delivered in a plastic bag and had spilled everywhere inside the bag. The driver didn’t knock on the door and left the food on the doorstep for 15 minutes before anybody noticed

excellent taste, however the portion of chips is far to much. would like an option of 1 chips between 2 or option of small chips

If I'm ever needing to celebrate or a pick-me-up. Hungrilla is always my first choice.....even before Chinese 🤯 their blend of seasoned chips are just amazing with burger thickness that puts shop-bought patties to shame. Cannot recommend enough. Never had a bad meal from them.

Slow roast burger was like rubber and tough to bite and chips was cold very overpriced for what it was was way better when first opened will not order again

Even though our food was lovely and portions was massive loads of chips, we ordered extra cheese and sauce and didnt get any. Also the beef was really chewy. But other then that i was really nice.

Ordered for collection last night and the fries and milkshake was absolutely amazing. When it came to our burgers they were both overcooked and dry, one of the pattys was burnt to a crisp. I expected more from a gourmet burger place as the one thing that should be perfect wasn’t. Waste of money as we spent £40.

Our accommodation in Mansfield recommended Hungrilla to the 4 of us. Called on Saturday, 22nd June, on the way back from SVF. Great burgers had by all. Just one problem 😢It's not on our doorstep back home. 😢😢😢😢

PARKING TICKET… Went for food got a parking ticket outside by a private parking company in the car park for £60. Which is stupid when you’ve gone to eat at a company…

Food is brilliant but whenever ordered they never read the notes when I request no cheese on my burgers as i'm lactose intolerant.

usually the food is spot on. this time the burgers weren't the best. where very dry and didn't seem that fresh. such a shame as this is one of our favourite places. saying that tho, it's not put us off as always had great food before. Will order again.

Food tastes great. The burger was huge and the serving of fries in enormous. It made my farts smell foul, my mum was nearly sick from the smell of them.

Delivery driver walked up to the door and because he couldn’t get in he just drove off, didn’t try to contact me on my mobile phone which is just common sense when delivering to a place of work

just eat drivers had no idea where to go. they rang and we gave very simple instructions its not a hard house to find... they rang me 3 times in all talking in a different language i couldnt understand a word they was saying. in the end i had to stand at the end of my street in the rain and when they finally saw me he basically threw my order into my chest. very dissapointed

Didn’t deliver my food I had to go and pick it up. They said they had tried to deliver it to my house but they went to the wrong address, I would like a refund on the delivery please. I shall not be using your services again as a result of this stupid mistake.

Great fresh tasting burgers. Portions are more than enough. The crispy chicken and halloumi fries are spot on. Friendly staff also.

Ordered from here a week or so ago, was lovely and have order in the past, and been really nice. Ordered again last night. The burger was nothing to rave about, the bun was wet and soggy, and the fries were rubbery and just warm, like they had been sat for hours. Was very disappointed after looking forward to having it after it being amazing on previous occasions. The guy in the shop looking miserable and only spoke to us to tell us to get our own pop from the fridge, didnt acknowledge us when we said thank you or goodbye. Also note that fries come with the burgers as standard, last time I ordered online, it wasnt obvious that fries were included, ended up with 5 huge portions of fries for two of us, most of which went straight in the bin 😭!

Ordered 2 burgers with chips. The burgers were nice, but the chicken was a little dry on the edges, the chips were cold and dry too. It was OK but would of been way better if it was warm/hot. Big up the delivery man though, he was lovely!

first time that have been disappointed from hungrilla. missed off an order of fries and one of the buttermilk chicken bites were missing which unfortunately were both one persons order so their meal ended up being 5 small chicken bites and everyone else had to split their food to make an extra meal . shame as the food as always way nice but was a long wait for a wrong order

Burgers are amazing. Learnt the lesson to not order via Uber as more than once meal hasn’t arrived, but collect to enjoy the best food.
