Huckleberry Chicken in Enfield

Good was late was assured it won't be cold was freezing replaced my coleslaw with a pot of chilli sauce which I didn't want.. Would avoid them at all costs I'm now on way to macdonalds to get some food that I should of eaten at 8.20pm

No stars! Order delayed, then late on delivery time confirmed. Then stone cold when delivered. Then blood in chicken, then told even told even though they cook & it’s their delivery driver it is Just Eats problem. Still waiting for Just Eat to resolve! Used up order from Huckleberry all the time, must have changed hands as food & service used to be amazing. Never ordering from here again!!!

Delivery was late and when I rang the restaurant they put the phone down informing me the driver is on his way. No apology nothing. Food was luke warm when arrived

Do not eat here. When booking, JustEat advised a waiting time of approx 50-60 mins. Once the order was placed, the restaurant confirmed that the food would actually take 90 mins. As this was too long for us, I called the restaurant to ask if it would actually take that long, with the intention of cancelling our order if it couldn’t be delivered more quickly. The restaurant answered the call and advised that although they were very busy, it would be delivered around the hour mark. The food arrived nearly 2 hours after that phone call. I called 18 times to cancel the order but couldn’t get through - I feel the phone may have been taken of the hook as it didn’t ring once after the initial call. The food that arrived was far colder than could ever be deemed acceptable and the restaurant even managed to make an error on our order. Had I got through when calling, I would have cancelled and asked for a refund. Atrocious service, lateness and food temperature. We’ve eaten here in the past and it was OK, but obviously wont be going back again. I hope the restaurant treats customers a lot better than it treated my family, in the future. Completely ruined our night.

The wraps were very chewy and chicken was dry

Chicken burger meal which include burger, side and can of drink cost £6.60.When you buy all items separately you pay £6.20 Food arrived 100 minutes after I placed the order and was lukewarm.

Food too an hour and 35 minutes to arrive. When I called the Restraunt they couldn’t care less. Poor customer service. They said the food would be fresh that’s why it was taking so long, a £50 order came squashed in one bag and cold. Terrible service! 2 of the children food was ordered for fell asleep before it arrived as it took so long! Would not recommend!

Happy as usual with my peri peri double thigh burger. I would like to suggest to the restaurant to try adding hash brown, double cheese and onion rings on this burger. It tastes great as it is already but would be a BEAST if you stacked it like that and I would buy it over and over and over again. thanks for a great meal!

The experience was terrible. The food arrived an hour and 40 mins late. The restaurant blatantly lied when I contacted them as they told me my food would arrive within 10 mins when in reality I had to wait another hour. The food of course arrived cold after I had to give the driver instructions on where to deliver the food as apparently he was given the wrong information. And on top of all of that there was stuff missing from my order. I wonder if trying to get a refund would be such a painful process?

The chicken was great, chips and coleslaw could be better

Onion rings were over cooked. Dark brown, soggy and chewy. No dipping sauce which is odd. Fries not salted. No condiments given at all. Unsure if comdiments are to be requested? Delivery time initially changed to add an extra 20minutes due to restaurant being busy. Fair enough but then the food was delivered 20minutes later than the second estimated time of delivery. Overall satisfied.

Food was amazing and reasonably priced, when phoned the person we spoke too was amazing and helped us change our order without any fuss. However the delivery was estimated at 50 which in my opinion is slow any way but the delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes to come. But overall amazing!

The only good thing about Just Eat, Huckleberry Chicken Was the delivery it was on time. The food was under lukewarm the fries were leathery and onion rings dry, not sure if I will order again

Just simply the worst quality huckelberry chicken I've ever had

considering we were only 0.5 miles away we would have preferred the meat to be a bit hotter. However, the fries were hot and fresh so I guess it was just slightly off in timing. the food here was great! would definitely order again!

Sadly the food arrived like warm/ cold. The wings were skinny and tasted weird. Food quality was poor. Contacted just eat and they contacted the restaurant however the restaurant did not refund me so just eat stepped in and helped me.

To be a week day and take nearly an hour n half to deliver food is pretty appauling. Not only that to call the restaurant when late and they tell you delivery man is doing multiple drops but left 5 mins ago. Food by time it got to us 25 mins after phone call was cold and stodgy 😩

Such a shame because when the food arrived it was nice but took over an hour longer than promised delivery time and the restaurant were very unhelpful when calling and said the food was sitting there but they didn’t have a driver to bring it. Service let the food down wouldn’t order again.

Great chicken (wings were amazing), bad chips (cardboard) and OK onion rings. Sort the chips out and we'll keep coming back!

NO STARS ***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** Food was ordered at 2131hrs and it is now 2339hrs and my food is still not here... I am calling the restaurant but having no answer as the store has closed at 2300hrs. I called them on 3 different occasions and was given 3 different stories. I have paid for a service that has not arrived and seems like i have to chase for a refund as Just eat cannot verify is the order has been sent even though they have called the store and the owner. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Our food arrived more than two hours after we ordered. Unfortunately we paid by card so we couldn’t cancel, particularly because by the time they told us how late it would be it would’ve been too late to order elsewhere. Chicken was not fresh. It had either been laying in heater for hours or had been re-fried before delivery. Coating was unpleasant. Will not order again

Got told food would be here at 19.05 didn’t get it until 20.05 then had to wait around for it to heat up again in the oven.. there was no point whatsoever ordering from them we still had to sort it out when it arrived since it was cold.. they also had no record of our order from just eat even though they told us on the phone two times before it was en route

Delicious! Prefer it to Nando's and much cheaper. Would definitely buy again.

We really liked this place but it has gone down hill. we waited over an hour for our food and then were told that it had been taken to the wrong house, who had then also been delivered their order,. the food was then finally delivered and we were told we’d get extra chicken to compensate, which we weren’t, only some extra onion rings. the food was obviously rushed and I had barely any salad in my burger. won’t be ordering again.

as for speedy delivery i was happy but when i opened our boneless filet bucket i though i will throw up.. it was soggy the crumbs on fillets were wet and peeling off (shame i cant upload picture here ) it looked like they sent us scraps of old food but because we been so hungry we had some chicken from other bucket which looked more palatable but not tasty as was hoping for.. we ended up trowing all in rubbish and wasted nearly 30£ on non eatable food.... wont order again ...i don’t know where all those glowing reviews came from i was beyond disappointed i should have contacted the restaurant but i don’t see how this could have been corrected

Food was tasty (1/2 chicken, 2 breasts and spicy rice) but the portion sizes for the pitta and hummus and the coleslaw side were very small and poor value for money.

Got the order wrong, I asked for a burger but got butterfly breasts, the lemon and herb chicken was too spicy for the child eating it. Rice tasted disgusting as if cooked in plastic. Chips are soggy Positives: decent onion rings and butterfly chicken

Both times I've ordered from this place they have been early and the drivers are very friendly.

Avoid. we ordered the Lemon and Herb Chicken and it was too spicy. Kids couldn't eat it and we had to throw it away. there was no way to contact the restaurant for them to put it right.

The baguette meal was nice needed more salad in it, the chips weren’t the best very hard, the chicken was really nice not kfc but deffo a second choice ! Was missing a portion of chips but it’s ok would order again.

Brought from here once before but this was the last time! The food was absolutely disgusting!! Sorry to have to say that but it’s true,when I brought firm you before it was amazing was told others about it then tried to treat them and was sooo bad waste of money! I’m so upset about it! My money was wasted on this horrid food!!

Peri Peri half chicken was sooo tasty. Moist, tender chicken and marinade was amazing. Hot wings were crispy, not too greasy and meaty! Early delivery too which a hungover group of people were so thankful for!

i never leave bad review but I just don’t people to waste there time waiting for food from this place. the food is just disgusting there’s nothing on the meal accept the hagen daz ice cream that was nice an the drinks. the chicken was so oily and it tasted like an old chicken, covered in loads of spices.

first of all my delivery was late by 20 mins, no apology no phone call, when it finally arrived the driver had forgotten 3 of my drinks! again no apology just a blank stare?! I suggested he give me money back as he didn’t have to common sense to offer a refund. The foods nice here but every time I order there’s a problem and a lack of customer service. It really lets itself down. very disappointing.

Our first order was over an hour late with half the order missing which was a shame as the food when it did arrive was tasty. I called the restaurant and was told the missing items would be sent out. I waited until.midnight and they did not arrive. I requested a refund through just eat on 26th march. I was told it was processes but it is still not in my account. Shocking service from both the restaurant and just eat!

Have ordered from here few times before and no problems, last takeaway I had which was today was cold. not impressed!

The meal was supposed to come at 20:50, didn’t end up here until 30min after. I called the restaurant at 21:15 to ask what’s happening, their response “he left the restaurant about 10min ago.” which is already past the time it’s supposed to be here. I have no problem with it being late as I can understand traffic issues or particular requests, but if you’re going to be late, let the customer know, keep the app updated. when the food arrived, the delivery driver didn’t apologise for the delay, and the food was luke warm.

Better than Nando’s I must say, best chickens wings I have ever had from a takeaway shop! Quality! Thank you very much!!!!

Food was good as it always is from Huckleberry. However, after 1 hour and 45 minutes I regretted ordering from there today. Our food was supposed to be here at 14:08, we had a text to advise the restaurant was busier than usual and our food would then be 20 mins late and arrive at 14:30. There was no sign of the food until just gone quarter to. We rang the restaurant to see where our food was and explained we were annoyed. We were offered 10% off our next order (which would be £2 maximum). The delivery driver then made zero attempt to apologise for the fact our food was so late and handed it over without saying a word. I’m just really disappointed as a regular customer.

The phone line has been busy for over an hour. I have been trying to call. My food was due at 12;30??
