Decent chicken shop but the app service is absolutely terrible. Whenever I pay by card it takes forever to get approved or cancelled and it encourages you to use the app by saying you get 15% off.

The best chicken ever and the best grilled chicken I ever had & perfectly cooked

Ordered through uber eats and food was still piping hot when it arrived. Cheesy naughty bites (jalapeño poppers) were lovely, stuffed to the brim with melted cheese and jalapeños. The chicken was definitely some of the best I've had, skin was crisp and meat was perfect, not greasy and soggy like most places. Sides were all perfect and the salami pizza was lovely too, dough was perfect. The wings had a really nice light season to them (I don't like spice but they were unreal). The chicken poppers looked a little crisp but when you eat them they are lush 😍 Highly recommend, definitley a favourite new place for me 💞💞

Absolutely disgusting service, rude staff, lied repeatedly about order being delivered. Missing items when eventually delivered 1.5 HOURS after it was due, 2 hours after food was ordered.

The best fried chicken I’ve ate always cooked perfectly and love how fast the order came. I’m over the moon with the food I got and it was so cheap too. Just amazing.

Tonight's food was abysmal burnt old chicken that had gone hard and a chicken salad with half the ingredients missing 😫

Food arrived 50 mins late, each time I called I got a blunt food on way. Food did eventually arrive freezing

Well they have open 11am on google and travel 11 mile to come to be told off the little speccy one not open, sort ya cracks out lost my custom anyway had a £170 order for the lads on the footy team unlucky it will be going to kfc now

Ordered food at 7pm to be delivered, was confirmed it would be no later then 7.50pm, rang shop at 8.05pm to be told food would be 5 to 10 mins, 8.30pm drove to shop to complain, food hadn't even gone out the ticket was still up to do at this point I asked for refund which I received with not a word uttered no sorry or anything. Stay well clear.

I'm very happy that Billingham now has its first chicken shop. The food there is always fresh and a fine selection of deserts. The milkshakes are thick and flavour full. They also do grilled chicken for those of us who are 👀 their weight. Can not recommend enough!

The best chicken in the area, always worth a drive from Boro especially because their prices are great. Staff are very lovely too!
