Rude customer service like the other reviews say ordered a bubble waffle got a normal one delivered I called to tell them and was told the machine was broken but could hear a guy in the background just telling the guy I was speaking to say that appalling and ridiculous food was dry and used the smallest amount of chocolate they could and cheap tasting ice cream was not worth the price

Really pathetic!!! Theyre extremely low when it comes to service they answered me very rudely and i found it quite offensive and i cancelled my order!

Completely wasted man enters , asks for menu . Staff completely professionally and competently advise . Subbed ice-cream to make amazing milkshake , very happy drunk man , good end to evening .

Went here as a treat with my boyfriend. We both got a slice of cake each and a can of pop each and a milkshake. Kinder bueno milkshake was the only good thing we had. Cruncy milkshake didnt taste like it had crunchy at all. Alot of the drinks were out of date and the Ferrero Roche cake was so disappointing, it was so stale and did not taste good it was awful and for the price even worse i would expect fresh.. especially from a place that specialises in desserts. Wont be back

Good place to get doughnuts from. Staff were lovely and offered a cookie dough on the house!! Just what I needed before breaking my fast in Ramadan ❤️

I had the cornflake tart and it was sooooo delicious!! Also got recommended the rose and lychee latte from the server Michelle and I was not disappointed. Great service and really nice atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back again!!

I ordered a collection for my birthday today and not only was the collection ready earlier but the donuts were honestly the best I've ever had. The dough was really soft and tasty along with the ingredients used. The presentation was 10/10. I will definitely buy them again (very soon!!).

Great opening times, great staff, great service, and most importantly, great food. Doughnuts was was yummy, warm and tasty, and milkshake was the best I have had in Newcastle. Will be returning pronto

Awesome Donuts... I had the ferrero rochet and it was freshly baked... Super soft... I felt bad touching it as it was a work of art...

Doughnuts are unreal, still fresh & warm when we got them home. Lotus cheesecake was full of flavour! 😍The staff are lovely & even hoyed in a freebie 😉 thanks!!

Came here othe day desserts great but ignorant member of staff here the big white blonde girl who works there sitting on the shop floor stupid as it’s bad health and safety very unprofessional but the other white girl who served me was very help full and great customer service

My kids love this place so much tango blasts cheapest around will be back!! Staff super friendly xx

Called in for a milkshake and two frozen drinks, then got told by staff I need to learn how to speak properly before I make an order. It’s not my fault he was being two rude and ignorant to listen. Absolutely disgraceful! Don’t go here.
