Great establishment with really wonderful and helpful staff. Very hip ground floor bar with restaurant, apparently there are other bars in the hotel but there are also food options close by catering for everyone from American visitors to those seeking something more sophisticated. Will definitely consider staying there again.

At the time of booking the bottomless brunch the advertised price was £25pp on top of the cost of your meal. A week before the reservation I was informed that the price was changed to £30pp and that they would not be standing over the original price, which I think they should have. The food was out quite prompt it was fine for what you’re paying for. However the drinks were hard to get from the wait staff. A round of drinks was ordered with 30 minutes left on the bottomless time. After 10 minutes no drinks appeared and we asked again for them. Another 10 minutes passed and the drinks still hadn’t arrived, asked again for them. After 30 minutes the drinks never appeared so we left. Do not recommend, there are better bottomless options in Belfast *in response, I understand the cost of everything increasing, however that should not have been passed on to parties that booked under the original price. Also, you’re correct the drinks did not take 30 minutes to arrive, as they did not arrive at all. If you look again at your cctv footage you will see someone going up to the bar to ask where the drinks are and then asking again when the server was collecting the bill from us.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing decor, great location, clean and tidy, and the most friendly and welcoming staff I've ever had at a hotel.

Poor service. Staff wanting to mess around with each other and have a laugh rather than promptly serving the customers

I wouldn’t recommend. Tried to order food and they said would come over. Didn’t come over for 20mins then said kitchen closed. Manager wasn’t apologetic and quite rude. I would avoid this place.

Great service from staff and a nice bar. Rooms weren't comfortable and has a smell about the place.

Only nipped in for a few drinks and meet friends but this was long enough to be impressed. The interior is well designed, comfortable and staff attentive & friendly. Will definitely pay a proper visit in future.

This is NOT a serious hotel. The rooms are outdated and not clean (paint patches on the wall, mold on the bathroom ceiling). You can't adjust the heating in your room, you have to call the front desk (??) and somehow they only increase 2 degrees at a time (starting from 18 degrees celsius!) we had to speak to the front desk multiple times and it was still cold. Loud noise from the hotel bar even though we were on the second floor, imagine how loud it would be on the first. This place is really a hostel level accommodation, so obviously it's also overpriced

Would not recommend the bottomless brunch! We were evacuated for 45 minutes due to a fire which I understand will have impacted the kitchen, however the food (which you buy separate to the bottomless drink package) was incredibly basic, small portions, and most of it arrived cold. We went for food elsewhere afterwards. Very overpriced compared to some fantastic brunch options on Lisburn road. £12 for what amounts to a nutella toastie is a joke. As for the drinks, the Prosecco is lovely but the cocktails are mainly sugar syrup, nothing like the ones you would actually pay for in House (which are normally excellent). As mentioned, we were evacuated during our booking and there was no compensation to make up for this experience. Venue 5/5, Service 4/5, Food 2/5, Drinks 2/5

Decently situated place within walking distance of main city centre. Set in the Queens Quarter. Rooms are 'okay' but had to change room because of drainage smell in our original-staff sorted it straight away. Rooms could do with some TLC but are boutique modern. Out room had only a window onto the centre of the hotel (small courtyard with a quite disturbing statue) but this probably saves on road noise. Quite expensive for what it is but the bar area is great but, again, expensive (we judged everywhere on the price of a pint of Guinness, which was nearly £7 in here. Cocktails were great and the bar staff are clearly very good and make a mean margarita (£9.50). There are some excellent places to eat around this hotel/bar and some other great bars. I'm not sure we'd stay here again though. Tiegan was a great receptionist and gave us some good tips on where to eat and drink.

About the restaurant, I used to love this restaurant when In the end, after the menu was terrible, and nothing tasty, just a savory soup, those who love drinking just go there for a few drinks that take 20 minutes each to arrive. Absolutely fabulous hotel far better than some name brand hotels I’ve stayed at. The service here is impeccable, the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily sadly something that cannot be said for all hotels nowadays and the bottles of water and earplugs a nice touch. If you are in Belfast I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have always been a fan, this time we were here for the Japan menu. Food was great, staff were great. I feel there might be something shifty going on with the bills though. We had a couple of offers, we highlighted this and when the bill came around the offer was only applied to one person. To rectify this they had to add a component to the bill to allow the offer to take effect. We thanked them and paid, and when we walked out the door we realised the tip amount had been bumped up to offset the saving made on the offer. When we went back in and queried this the manger noticed the error and apparently sorted a refund for the difference on the system. 4 weeks later and I have yet to receive the refund. Stupidly on my part I took this at face value and didn't request the manager print me a new bill to show this, and she held on to the one I had. The food and service here is fantastic, but this is not the first time my partner or myself has picked up on errors and overcharging on tips.
