Really lovely store and cafe, the customer service is always excellent also. Tasting events are well worth visiting also but they book up fast.

I had the Billionaire's ice cream Sundae which including a 10% VIP card discount cost £4.45. The ice cream was already extremely runny as I started eating and within a couple of minutes my pot looked more like milk shake than ice cream. As for the flavour nothing at all special & much better quality ice cream available at a smaller cost for a larger quantity. I Will not even bother with the hot chocolate in the winter as I feel this will also be a disappointment.

Hotel chocolat is know for its lovely chocolate but bury st Edmunds is also lucky enough to have one of its cafe offerings. Real chocolate hot chocolates! You could easy go get a bucket of warm sugary chocolate flavoured milk around the corner but those for who want a real taste of cocoa should come here.

I go here regularly and thier jot chocolate's are to die for, so much choice of chocolate's....the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and very happy to help you out when choosing a flavour. Their cafe is small but they do have a few tables outside so it's great to sit and people watch in the Arc. Great service and great product.

We enjoyed lovely sweet potato soup, hot drinks and mars bar cakes to take home. The portions of soup were very big and delicious. The total cost was around £20 which we thought was excellent. The staff working at Clay Bakery were so friendly and welcoming too.
