Got food poisoning from the donner

Used to be one of the best. went down hill fast quality wise and tiny portions yet higher prices go figure, profit over quality now one of worst in Peterborough avoid or be disappointed.

Disgusting 🫣 Ordered a special kebab nothing special about. No chicken tikka, no lamb tikka no spices no fried onions £9.50 ... when what we got was a donner kebab which would have been £2.00 cheaper; when we rang them response was " sorry chicken tikka no good " scary in itself I think

Bad food unhygienic made us all sick as we saw them handling raw meat then prepared our meals. Never again . Absolutely disgusting do not buy from here the chicken was still bloody and red. We are all ill from the food our friend ordered for us and will never again order from here. . WORST FOOD EVER. APPARENTLY THIS PLACE ALSO OWNS ORIENTAL EATS and BURGER STOP..same food ...they should try their own food. Its horrid...I'm sure the owners eat at their homes...and it's not the food they serve. 0 out of 10 for all 3 places. How they are allowed to serve the public still remains a mystery.

Me and my cousin went in to buy a 2 piece chicken and chips. We bought it took like a good 10 mins then my mum wanted ot so we went to but another 1. Me and my cousin went again and he said 20 min wait.we come back after like 15 min and he said no now it's another 25 wait so we waited and waited and waited for him to constant say another 10-15 minutes.we got our food like 30-35 mins later and the food was cold.nkt worth the wait.would never go again. Asked for forks and never gave them.DO NOT RECOMEND DO NOT GO. GO CHICKEN PALACE IN LINCON ROAD 10/10 THERE

Totally incompetent staff. Ordered food got home and it was all wrong, go back get them to make all new and yet again could not get the order right. Argued over what I ordered even when the receipt was infront of their face. Also charge more if u go in store it's CHEAPER on just eat. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Cheeseburger an chips £4.80. How bad can it be? Awful boiled burger reheated on hot plate. No ketchup available won't rush back in this lifetime.

Regular customer for over 10 years but after today will never order from there again, order was “left” in drivers car for two hours before restaurant admitted they never delivered it - driver arrived and quite literally threw the order onto the doorstep and ran away. Order was cold and missing items so called to complain once again, where staff were rude and when the second delivery came argued on the doorstep as the driver was told not to give us the fresh order as one of the children had eaten a few chips as they had been waiting 2 hours. Absolutely shocking service & no attempt was made to resolve the issue despite us placing a large order and regular customers. Never again.

Had a donner pizza and cheese chips and honestly tasted so good. It's about what u expect from a cheaper, standard kebab shop but sometimes that's all you fancy and it hit the spot

Ordered from here twice recently , first order missed a whole pizza out and said they would sort me out one next time, apparently when ordering no recollection, ordered tonight and turns up 2 hours after order and numerous times, turns up cold and disgusting, never ordering from here again !!! Avoid the disappointment

Had donner meat and chips from the menu that conveniently has no prices listed for some strange reason. Honestly by far the worst donner meat I've ever had. Good portion size and chips were ok but the donner meat tasted awful. Cash only

Poor service. No one knows the prices and they aren't in the shop, They have no menus in the take away, wrong prices on website, eg Uber but still take order but don't deliver. Complete and utter disorder and an administrative disaster. No trust with this place.

Great place for curly fries. The pizzas are quite alright. Delivery is usually quick. There aren’t a lot of choices for pizza toppings and the menu has changed from before. Their speciality pizza with corn used to really good.

Poor I ordered at 5pm waited till 6.30 nothing so tried ringing shop to get not even a dial tone then I speak to customer service and they first said it been delivered and then they said its running late 2 hours late what a joke by then and I was told I would get something else for nothing and when it finally got here there was no apology or anything just the food I ordered not extra for the 2 and 25 min wait really what a joke

Just throw your money in the bin. Or eat reheated burnt food. Zero stars Food is reheated. Customer service is rubbish. This place used to be the best but the past 3 years it's been rubbish. Please cook food propley....keep the money . Just stop poisoning people.

I went in today as I was attending a event. It was clean in the waiting area, but alas the people colking and serving had NO HAT, or PROTECTIVE CLOTHING on. No gloves and was handling cash and food without washing hands. The ice blast is really expensive at £4:50 for a medium size and £5+ for a large size. Totally waste of money!! The chicken I ordered was nice, but was a little spicy for my liking. Chips weren't that hot. Its ok if you want a quick hot meal. They have a wide range of other foods d cold drinks and water available. Hygiene standards need to be addressed. No hand sanitizer available. Sorry no photos.

Was a regular, even had my work collegues and fsmiy to order from here ,great food at great price, good customer service but today was spoken to very rudely by the guy taking order. Just popped in for burger and chips. Chips were cold but they did change them for me. Once sorted food was very good

Would give zero stars if I could, usually order from here on a regular basis, food was cold upon delivery, phoned restaurant and said food is made to order so shouldn't be cold.. food was then replaced and was even colder than the first lot sent. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

While it's down as opening at 3, they open and then start getting stuff ready. Should either say they open at half 3, or get in before opening to be ready to open.

This place is terrible, I ordered from here tonight for my misses and myself and I ordered and much box and the donner meat wasn't very nice it came as little squares. The chicken pieces were disgusting, my pregnant misses now has food poisoning from them so I am not happy, something needs to be done about this business especially if they are giving people food poisoning. The bbq chicken that they gave wasn't cooked properly it was still pink and they didn't give me my chips for the order. The only good thing out of it was the tango ice blast . The rest was a disgrace, very unhappy customer, I will not be going here again even if if was the last takeaway place on earth. 😤😤😤😤😤😤

Amazing the food was impeccable. The best experience I've ever had from takeaways personally this is an underrated place and deserves attention the food was relishing and the delivery was spot on. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly although I changed my order twice they did not mind and had a nice pleasing tone. My recommendation would be to get the pizzas as I don't think I've had a better one compared to other takeaway's.

We were on a business trip, one of many through the year, staying at the Holiday Inn Thorpe Wood. Rang to make sure they delivered here,yes they do BONUS. All I can say is the food is amazing

Poor customer services. Food took over 1.5hrs to arrive. That was after 2 phone calls to chase order up. Then when order arrived, missing part of order, rang again to be told not in stock on dessert ordered or any desserts. Very disappointed, will not be using Hot Junction again.

Last time I ordered I called them to put extra sauce on the orders and meat as last time we didn’t have a lot and was promised more this time. As soon as we got it, it was worse than last time. Please don’t order here, If I could I would put 0 stars. Since the old manager left they have gone downhill and so bad. I’ve been ordering here for years now and it’s gotten so bad that I will never order here anymore. Fix yourself

Have ordered a couple of times and enjoyed, me and 2 kids always have different meals from eachother. My kids noticed that it tasted different and what they called 'rank', after a while, they are grey round the gills sweating and throwing up. I phonned to tell the manager that he is more than welcome to come eat the food I PAID FOR and stay for a while after as my guest, to prove that the food was to fault. Manager wouldnt speak to me and left his employee to deal with me. Now as I said ive enjoyed a couple of meals before, but NEVER will I order here again. My opinion, dont order here, but choice is yours.

Delivery times just keep getting longer and longer. Over 1 hour 30 mins for the last order. It's almost like they don't want your money. Which is exactly what they will not be getting from me anymore.
