The food is very good most of the time but every know and then you get a awful meal

I tried these as Lucky House in West Shore was closed for Chinese NY. The Sweet & Sour Cantonese was fantastic. 10 big plump prawns and a sour sauce. The disappointment was the egg fried time! Brown, dry, no egg and far too salty. Quite inedible. Usually egg fried rice is white, shining from oil and parts off fried egg. I did try again with boiled as main so amazing, but I prefer fried rice. I've gone back to Lucky House just for better rice. Can Hong Kong improve as will be right back.

So disappointed, awful food , had a spicy box , everything was rock solid. Cost £30 . I'll add a photo now . I always give good tips , anywhere where I have good food , sometimes ring back take aways and thank them , but never done this . Disgusting food 😒 really upset

So disappointed. Previously sung praises but this is now the 2nd time that we've had lousy food. Crispy beef just thrown on top of sauce and tasteless. Prawn toast shrunk in size. Kung po beef flavourless. King prawn balls in batter cooked outside but soggy in middle. What's happened? £38.50 thrown in bin !!

First time using this takeaway. Staff were very friendly. Ordered special chow mein and spring rolls and waited for food. Even when leaving all the staff behind the counter said goodbye. Perfect service and gorgeous food you could tell it was freshly made. Definitely going back next time we visit Llandudno.

This is my favourite Chinese take away by a mile. Order by phone, pick up around 10/15 mins later, always friendly staff on the phone & at the counter, food always piping hot & excellent taste & quality. I use here at least once a month & would recommend to anyone 👍

Ordered stir fry chicken and vegetables together with stir fry beef with ginger and spring onions. Portions were big, price reasonable and food was delicious.

Ordered a takeaway,decided to give Hong Kong a go & try some were new...wish we hadnt!!! Myself & partner have massive standards & this food as soon as we opened it,went straight in the bin. Even my dog turned its nose up at the chewy rubbery ribs. Honestly sweet & sour it should be colourful not every single piece of the food should be tinted brown even the pineapple was in disguise. I would rather have starved than eat this brown food even the rice was dark brown. Utterly disappointed as this was the 1st ever order we had from Hong Kong & it will be the last. Sorry to offend you but it was awful.

It advertises as closing at 10pm. At 10 mins to 10 walking towards the place I saw a woman locking the door. I'm hungry and they've lost money.

Decent-sized fish, bubbly batter, crisp chips. Recommended. (Also, better value for money than some of the fast food outlets nearer the seafront.)

Thought I’d come here for my evening tea (for the first time) as it was conveniently placed just opposite the station and had a top rating. Wanted to try something different (instead of pies, fish or chips, the usual things I have closer to home) for a change, so went with a mushroom special and it was super nice, and the person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful too. Definitely will be back again next time I’m in the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting Llandudno got a delivery from New Hong Kong takeaway, had sharing platter for 2 and chicken sweetcorn soup food was delicious, delivery was quick will definitely order again when in Llandudno

Staff were really friendly! Be aware its cash only. Portion was very generous and food was hot and tasty. They threw in prawn crackers too! If I were local id go again.

This is a great family run take a way. Staff are lovely and the food is not only fantastic but great value. You have to try it if you’re in Llandudno. It’s opposite the railway station.

Friendly helpful service from lovely staff!! Yet another delicious, tasty meal (Sunday evening 29/1/23). It’s worth coming to Llandudno just for this takeaway! The speciality Hong Kong starter is just amazing…. All dishes provide generous portions at very reasonable prices and all are prepared with quality produce. Had enough left over for tea following day. Highly recommend this place - thank you 😊

Visiting Llandudno and not knowing the quality of local takeaways I went online and read reviews. I couldn't have picked a better Chinese food takeaway. Really good price and food really tasty. This was one of my best ever takeaways for friendliness of staff. Well recommended. Ignore bad reviews of others. Visiting again in July/August and this will be my "go to" place.

Just moved to the area recently, so it was a try. Will definitely be using it again. It was really reasonably priced and very tasty.

We are on holiday in Llandudno and fancied some good chipper food. This is not good. Cod may be very big, but it’s tasteless and extremely greasy. These guys are ‘t good at making batter. Also, the large battered sausage was also tasteless and over greasy, implying that these guys are using the cheapest of ingredients. The chips were a wierd hybrid of frozen , chinese take away chips, so your fish and chips is a wierd mix. Avoid avoid avoid and go somewhere else.

Super menu, great service, fair price and the fish & chips were superb. We had tried to get fish n chips in the town at three places before here, places closing at 7:45pm on a Friday evening, have you heard of anything so mad? Tribbles were so, so rude to us so we walked around to find another and happened upon this place, what a cracking find. Brilliant.

We have been coming to Hong Kong for years. The Chinese food is amazing, & you always get such good portions for a reasonable price. And the chippy side is absolutely delicious too!!! Delivery usually takes about an hour, but just depends how busy they are, which we accept! Collection is always an option, so if you want your food quicker, I'd suggest you go pick it up! Both the counter & delivery staff are super friendly, & we wouldn't go anywhere else!!

We were on holiday in Llandudno and ordered the two person banquet for delivery to our B&B as we were staying the other end of town and don't have a car. They did say that delivery would be over an hour and it was longer than that, but the food when it came was piping hot, delicious and in such great quantities that we had it again the next night and were full both times. We would definitely order again!

Food is good. Don't rely on delivery as you don't get any. Their leaflet says if ordered by 9.30pm they will deliver it. I called 9.24pm they hang up. Another try at 9.26pm managed to get through. They told me it's already 9.30pm and they don't deliver any more. Don't trust them!

Normally it’s good from there but today I ordered a quarter of duck and there was specs of mould on it

The meal was delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who likes fish and chips or a Chinese takeaway.

We were staying in Llandudno recently and our hosts suggested this takeaway. Glad they did. Delivery took about an hour but we were on holiday so no hurry! Food delivered with a smile (and chat!) and hot and plentiful. Not overpriced either. We both said it was so delicious, almost as good as our takeaway at home!

They never let me down, the chinese dishes are amazing & the fish and chips are also probably the best in town. Lovely people, nothing is too much trouble (amending dishes dietary requirements ect) cant say enough good things about the place

Excellent value, great service, beautiful food! I drive coaches all over the UK, and I have never been able to order a takeaway that actually delivers to my hotel room door! I Always go downstairs and meet the driver, but these guys called me when they arrived and came up in the lift to deliver my meal to my door. After a long day, I couldn’t have been more greatfull. Most of their mains include rice or chips, or you can pay 50p extra for noodles, making them excellent value for money. The food was hot, fresh, generous portions and very tasty. Next time I visit, I shall definitely order from here again 😊👍

Fantastic takeaway best one in Llandudno

The best fish 'n' chips I have eaten in llandudno, was from this establishment, an opinion backed up by many locals. Fish cooked to order, and even the small chips that came with it, was too much for me.

and brilliant prices. Generous portions. Very busy place with queues. Food was good especially roast duck. We tried dishes on four evenings and they were yummy. Extremely kind as we were given free crackers every time.

Had takeaway from here 2 nights whilst staying in Llandudno. Both times the food was piping hot and very tasty. Ordered over the phone for pick up and it was ready within the 15 minutes promised.

Awful…chips were hard and cold, rice was also cold, curry sauce had a strange chemical taste. The children enjoyed their sausages and the pie was okay but can’t really wrong with them..never waste my money here again

Actually, you know what, it's not bad at all! Please don't take that last remark as a surprise that I expected it to be bad, but I have been a returning customer for 2 yrs now, and they have consistently given a me decent takeaway, and when I order, it's usually for the whole family of 5+ meals, with side dishes etc, I always phone in my order as this place is popular, and always many people waiting, so would advise this, otherwise you could be in for a wait. My Mrs is a bit more adventurous than me trying lots of different dishes and she rarely has any points to say in criticism about them, so yes I'd say worth a try

Excellent tofu dishes. Beautiful vegan tofu curry. Outstanding vegan tofu with red chilli and bpiled rice. Friendly staff. Place is opposite rail station. They sell vegan pukkka pies and these are excellent. All in all, a particularly great takeaway.

Very disappointed. Beware the bbq sauce-tastes much more like curry sauce, I did call to say how poor the food was, in particular the seaweed which was more like a spoonful of salt and the bbq sauce which was dire but the person I spoke...

Not bad, chips were not the best, but Chinese menu good.

Im very disappointed. We are long standing customers but tonight we had an unpleasant surprise. The entire order was thrown away. Prawn toast..over cooked. Orange and lemon ribs....full of fat rather than meat. Special satay...full of chewy meat and undercooked veg and pools of grease....
