First time order from there, thank you very much lovely lady recommended dishes what we like especially Singapore vermicelli, all food tasty but only portion small & tiny.

Lady was rude when I returned a dish, I tried telling her I'd lived in Edenbridge 27 year and the dish was not right at which point she laughed at me and said I hadn't as she hadn't seen me before, disgusting service and food, will never return again

Walked in at 9pm and the woman at the counter asked if I was ordering or collecting. I said ordering, just a portion of sweet and sour chicken balls. She looked annoyed. I said jokingly "If you don't want me to order I'll just leave" and she said ok 🤣 can't say I'll ever return.

Looked on their website for a takeaway saw the options for payment they take debit cards apple pay when arriving at restaurant went to pay by card and he says they don't take card I said on your website it does then he had to check and he said he knows nothing about it it strange what could that will be about out good food anyway

OK Chinese, cash only which is a bit outdated nowadays. Food was ok, service a little below par, had to repeat my order 4 times not helped by the plastic screens screwed to the counter.

Have used this Chinese takeaway for many years - others in Edenbridge are fine, but I enjoy the food from here more and have never had a sub-standard meal. Quick service, tasty food and helpful staff, all at a reasonable price. Was overjoyed when it re-opened after lockdowns and I could indulge in my favourites again!

Reviews are always relative ... by my standards this is not a good Chinese take away, I'm sorry to say. The service has been good the 2 times I've ordered, but the food is incredibly bland and the portion sizes are small. There are 2 other Chinese take aways in Edenbridge which are much better, so how this place is still in business I do not know.

Ignore the star rating wouldnt let me post with out it. Deserves no star. Absolutely disgusting attitude of the woman serving very rude and gives dirty looks to people. Husband was looking at menu for next time got told they were closing and then told to sit down, when he sat down then got asked to turn the open/closed sign around with out a please or thank you.

Well cooked food promptly delivered. All the dishes were hot and freshly prepared. The noodles were slightly stodgy but otherwise very good meal.

Hong Kong diner always serves piping hot food and has a huge menu to choose from. My favourites are sweet and sour chicken balls, crispy chilli beef and Chinese roast pork.

Swapped from Magic Wok as my mum said food was wasn't very warm.We've been coming here for the last year and we come from South Wales and this is by far the best Chinese in Edenbridge.Hot, tasty food with really friendly and very efficient staff.Would recommend.

Collected a take away having read the reviews. Salt & Chilli dry ribs, lemon chicken, prawn satay and chicken balls with noodles and some banana fritters in syrup to finish off.Great meal and better than our local offering..... will be returning. Meal for 4 under £50

Brilliant takeaway Chinese food

I have to say I have eaten at a few Chinese take aways this place tops them all I love the food here every thing tastes great although it is popular and you have to get in quick otherwise you will be in a line waiting

We have had many takeaways from this Chinese takeaway shop. Service is always polite and efficient. The food is great quality - it never disappoints. Probably one of the best Chinese takeaways we have eaten ever. Can thoroughly recommend.

Customer service very good. The order was large but didn't mind waiting. Overall it was ok. It wasn't piping hot and some of the dishes like Shredded Chilli Beef wasn't crispy it was soggy. I'd like to give them one more chance on a much smaller order and see what it's like.

Ordered and picked up in 10 minutes on a Saturday. Food continues to be top quality. Staff are super efficient. Best Chinese in Edenbridge. Would recommend.

My family used to go to Magic Wok for nearly 35 years but standards dropped with food coming out less than expected so managed to convince them to try another in town.Hong Kong Diner has a great position at the top of the town with some parking outside.The woman on the phone is always pleasant and business like.Food is always ready in 10 to 15 minutes and piping hot. Very tasty and they do follow the wife's instructions of no pepper or onions in her curry so that means less moaning at meal times which is a bonus.Would recommend as the best Chinese in town.

Very tasty food, fast service and polite staff :) Their crispy duck and prawn chow mein are simply delicious! This place reminds me of my trip to China. Never had a bad meal from here. The staff are always lovely and you usually get free crackers and fortune cookies which the kids love. Fast and friendly service and BIG portions. Highly recommended!

This is a take-away only without a delivery option. Forgetting that, there is a comprehensive menu and service is normally within 15 minutes. Food is very good ,very hot and extremely tasty.

Mejor comida china para llevar en Edenbridge. Siempre ir a Hong Kong el wok en vez de cena de magia. La comida siempre es fresca y bien preparada. Recientemente ordenados huevo frito con arroz, carne, cebollas y jengibre Primavera Llanura Chow Mein, Champiñón chop suey" al platillo y también tuvimos un aperitivo de pollo con Chile el uso de sal (mi nuevo plato favorito). Toda la comida era deliciosa, como siempre lo es. También tienen una alta valoración de la Salud Ambiental, que es un buen indicador de un establecimiento.

Probably the best Chinese in Edenbridge. Don't get me wrong the others are great too. But this one just has the edge except that it is ONLY a takeaway not a sit in restaurant. The quality of the food was great. The crispy chilli beef reminds me of time on Asia. The noodles are fresh and unctuous, and the rice fluffy and well seasoned. The spicy foods are great and hot like they should be. The generic western tastes of sweet and sour and so on are also very good. Why travel to Soho in London when this is available in your neighbourhood. This will become a regular haunt for those lazy nights. Quick service too even on Chinese new year!

Fuimos una noche y me pareció muy bueno. Nos fuimos desde la U. S. y la comida era comparable a la comida china en la U. S. excepto que nunca había tenido el poco arroz crujiente hojaldre de cosas (realmente no sé cuáles son dichas llamado) pero nos encantó! La comida era muy fresco, caliente, y se sirve en porciones grandes. Nos encantó que nos podría llevar a nuestra habitación y comer mientras nos relajamos después de un largo día. Sin duda volvería a comer allí de nuevo si alguna vez en la zona.

Largo de clientes a largo plazo, pero no más. Se negó a llevar tarjetas de débito o crédito para pasar por debajo de 10 libras. La práctica es ilegal como debería ser la publicidad este cargo como un porcentaje. Cuando nos ofrecieron el pago de la tarifa también rechazó! Cómo miope. Será forzado regreso al wok de magia que no tienen una política de una tontería.

He utilizado este sitio dos veces y en ambas ocasiones no eran buenas. La primera vez que se olvidaron un elemento, lo que significaba que tenía que volver y la segunda vez dos de los platos fríos. Cómo es posible que incluso te sentirás como el envase frío cuando entregarlas. No he vuelto como el wok de magia justo en la carretera es mucho mejor

Really good quality food. Food was right on time and the staff were friendly. The only negative was a language problem with the lady taking the orders. Once we got past that all was perfect.

Went there for my birthday and even tho it was on a busy saturday, the service was pretty quick. The food was cheap in comparison to the other takeaways and the quality exellent.

Terrible takeaway :( The meat in the crispy shredded chilli beef was so tough that my jaw aches!! The chicken in garlic sauce was uneatable and the rest of the dishes were tasteless :( i feel robbed and sad i didn't go to my normal takeaway my Saturday night in with a good takeaway was ruined!! i would of rather eaten a packet of crisps for dinner.
