Restaurant looks very nice inside. Very clean. Unfortunately staff does not know anything and font even care. We went with a voucher from “buy a gift” First time staff tried, scan tbe code and work but wasnt sure how to do it so we left. A month after we went back snd staff female didnt even try to scan code or do it manually. Staff just answere that she never saw that and is not doing it. In between that month I spoke with some other staff snd told me… everybody kniws how to do it and I should jot be worry. Awful service by latest fenale staff who fidnt care and move her shoulders up snd down. Sorry but not recommended

Great time as always, although there was a little wait Hannah and Ema provided outstanding service as usual. This is our Favourite Honest Burgers at this point. It feels so homey

Mediocre. Luke warm food. Incredibly salty fries, patty a lot smaller than it used to be. Won't eat from here again unfortunately.

I decided to go Honest Burger on Dalston to order 2 Smashed burger and chips. I was very disappointed. When I ordered they said they had no chips and can ordered either Coleslaw or salad. I ordered one of each. They said my order would be 15 minutes. Give them there due my order was ready in 15 minute but when I got home I was far from impressed. The salad was dry and the coleslaw look like they scrapped it from the bottom of the jar. They said they had been busy and ran out of chips and other ingredients. They food fell well short of what it be. I was looking forward to have a smashed burger. The service was ok and they were very apologetic. Can’t fault the staff.

Me and my family visit this place very often mostly at the weekends. I didnt wrote a review before but i feel like i have to share this with others. If you wanna eat some delicious burgers and have a great time visit this place immediatley. Weekends are pretty busy there and maybe the waiting time is small bit longer but it worth to wait. The staff is very nice and polite keep they calmness in this busy enviroment and satisfie every needs of the customers. Family friendly enviroment great food and the atmosphere of the place very immersive. I realy recommend the rib man burger its the best thing ever.

Me and my friends visit this place very often. The place is very friendly and the prices are great. I nearly tried all of the burgers and HONESTLY ,all of them are perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. But not the great food is the only thing why we visit this place nearly every weekend. The peoples who working there is very nice and friendly. The waiting staff are very polite and taking care of the customers needs. Realy recommend it if you want great service and delicious food.

Myself, my wife and my 5 year old son went for some burgers at this branch of Honest Burger. I felt compelled to arrive home and leave a review containing the great experience we had. A gentleman and a young lady that offered excellent service and always attentive but never invasive at all. A smile on their faces at all times even when it began to get busy whilst maintaining the same quality of service. Add the constant pinging of the Deliveroo tablet and the team of two continued as they had done from the start. The burgers were magnificent, some of the best that I’ve had and cooked perfectly. So compliments to all that worked at Honest Burger in Dalston today and gave us a wonderful evening. Thanks!

I ordered takeaway kids meal, which states the burger is well done (meaning cooked fully, brown). I also requested no pickles, lettuce or cheese. I was given a pink burger, with pickles, lettuce and cheese. Couldn’t even scrape it off cos it was wrapped in paper so it’s all shmushed together. This has happened TWICE at this place now, I ordered again cos I thought a one off is whatever. But twice man why?! My kid couldn’t eat it, And whilst I submitted the issues again and photos to Uber eats, they refunded me (in 3-10) business days. But what am I meant to do now? No dinner for the kid and with what money and am I meant to buy a second meal seeing as I wasted it on this rubbish. I just don’t understand what is so hard about following super simple order instructions, it’s not just this place like if you think about it it happens globally, aaaall the time! Why is that?! Erghh anyway yeah don’t waste ya time if you have specific instructions cos apparently no one can follow a single one

The team at Dalston are absolutely lovely! I collected my burger in person last night and they were so friendly and took great trouble to provide excellent service even in the current situation. The first time I had an honest, it wasn’t quite cooked enough for my liking so I specified well done this time and it came out perfectly - not too dark on the outside and just a hint of pink on the inside. We also tried the plant burger and thought it was the best non-meat burger we’ve tried! Wouldn’t even know it was vegan to be honest. Love that you can add/takeaway elements if you don’t links pickles etc. even has this functionality on Deliveroo. Overall, would recommend! Thanks for a great Saturday night takeaway!

Took my son to enjoy some burguers what a horrible idea to choose honest. We were just one table and us and had to ask 3 times for my drink and once I place an order took about 30 min for one burger and it was the wrong order, I was so hungry that I asked to leave it but wanted what I ordered to take away, in the mean time my lager was warm and It had like milky foam which put me off so I requested other kind no problem whit this one but they took away the other one and charged me even though I had 2 sips, suddenly 2 more burgers came to the table I said I didn’t order 2, They apologies for the confusion and charged me in total for 3 burgers and 2 pints... I leave around the corner and used to place Deliveroo orders at least 6 times a month which is nothing, I know but I won’t go no more. Patty n bun much better option

This is simply the worse honest ever. What a shame because it’s a very good restaurant but this branch just doesn’t have it. Asked for a medium rare and I got a well done instead. Not the first time it happens. Food is just not up to standard. Wings were disgusting and very cold also. DO NOT COME HERE.

Brilliant, quick service supremo burger beef and chicken can’t fault service food, top notch, local beer served bonus, would have eaten 2 burgers as so tasty but very filling

So was at a comedy show and felt the hunger call me. Walking down kingsland rd and found Honest Burger on Bradley Road. What a find. Burger is a burger but the chilli burger had the heat that others only talk about! And the red wine (that we didn’t order but our host made us try) was superb. The rosemary chips were cooked to perfection. Thank you guys for a fantastic meal.

i have tried different items from the menu over the years, and i must say that all is pretty much delicious.Rosemary fries are yummy and burgers are great too. Lovely meat and flavours. My favorite ones are the stilton burger and the chicken one.
