Home Of Souvlaki in Wyre Forest

Not from the area and saw this place online, so called in for evening meal with family as staying near by. Food was great, portions were huge, lovely decor. We were given beautiful desserts. Shame we don't live locally otherwise I'd definitely be a return customer.

we have been calling in most weeks for a lovely Greek meal. i adore the moussaka, and generally have it with salad..hubby prefers chips he has tried lots from the menu and never been disappointed. a free dessert the last time we went in which was a nice touch x hidden gem which isnt really known as its in the quiet area of the town, ie opposite the back of the swan centre/car park i know they do a lot of online order deliveries as seems to be popular..but unfortunately we are just out of the area for delivery

This should be really successful as its a little bit different and the decor is nice but they really need to work on the service. Food was good, some maybe a little expensive for what you got. We went for my Nieces 16th Birthday and had given in a cake to be brought out with candles for her. It started ok and our drinks and food orders were taken reasonably quickly. The food took a while to come but it was acceptable. We Struggled to get anyones attention for second drinks but did get them eventually. Noone asked if the food was ok and as noone came to clear the tables after we had eaten we couldnt ask about the cake being brought out. In the end we just asked for the cake back when we left, still in its box. Bit disappointing for my niece as she had chosen here specially. With a little attention to service and the overall experience for diners it could be a great place to go but it did feel they were concentrating on takeaway orders more than the diners in the restaurant.

My wife and I called in “on spec” for a spot of lunch. Friendly staff and the food was hot, tasty and authentic. The pitta bread was outstanding! Good luck to the team running the place, we will return

A fantastic find .Once inside the restaurant you really feel the Greek ambiance. Fantastic authentic food cooked in front of you in a spotless kitchen. Extremely good value. Amazing homemade desserts. We will be back thankyou.

Wow!! Just had lunch, mixed grill for 2. So tasty, a mixed of meats that all tasted different and very filling. £28.99 for 2 including soft drink, Greek cherry drink is great and to finish it off the ambiance was very Greek and really gave you an authentic feel. We will be back very soon.

We decided to give this place a try and so glad we did! The food is top notch. There's a good choice of food, very good portion sizes and really well cooked. It really has a Greek feel inside, along with the staff being attentive and friendly. Well recommended!

I was out on a bike ride while working away in the area and thought I’d give this spot a try. Im really glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious. The places is decorated fantastically too in a Greek theme. Really clean. Lovely staff polite staff. On writing this I have recently been on holiday to Greece/Crete and I didn’t eat anything as good as the food from here while I was away.

Amazing food, staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Best greek resteraunt we’ve been to!!! And we have done many trips to Greece! We also had complimentary dessert and gave our son some juice. You will not be disappointed visiting here😀

This was the first time we visited Home of Souvlaki and I have got to say the night couldn't have gone any better. The staff were friendly and the food was incredible! Easily the best food we have had in Kidderminster and probably the Wyre Forest (We go out for food regularly)

Food very good, spotlessly clean, and smartly decorated. This place is a real asset for Kidderminster and deserves to be supported. Will return soon

Wonderful, the restaurant has the feel of a Greek tavern, and with Greek music playing in the background, feels like your on holiday. Food was amazing and everything was cooked to order, we only had the light bites,and the portion sizes were large, the Gyros burger was packed with meat, as was the lamb pitta. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Second time here and was expecting good things. Unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. I had a lamb wrap and the chips in it had clearly been warmed up. They were chewy and Luke warm. It's a shame as it started off great a few months ago. If you can't get fresh chips on a Friday night, when are they going to be fresh?

What a great place, friendly staff, excellent food kebabs, pitta meals, skewers, halal meat if you want it, beer and wine served, such a shame not more people are using it, hope for the management sake it picks up.

Visiting Kidderminster and found this place for for four. We liked it for the mixed platter and excellent service. Very nice people and food and good value

Had a lovely meal a Mixed Platter for two. The staff are very friendly, we were also took our own wine which was a bonus! So having just a main we were completely stuffed and when we come to pay our bill (£26.5 for 2)...

First time here and we were blown away , lovely atmosphere traditional music and interior which was spotless and authentic . Great welcome with very attentive staff who were friendly and warm. We chose the mixed platter for two which was cooked fresh to order...

Best Greek food I have eaten outside of Greece, would definitely recommend the sharing mix platter but all fresh and very tasty, staff attentive - would 100% recommend!!

Lovely visit with our family this evening. We had the sharing platter, while kids had chicken kebabs & then we all had desserts. Friendly staff (though could have done with another member of waiting staff) Would thoroughly recommend
