Had a lovely afternoon tea with my daughter. It was my father's day present from last year. It's a pity it's closing because we certainly would go there again and recommend it to others.

Really disappointed in Holm House. Received a gift voucher for the Spa and tried to book it in for 4 different days and was told there was no availability. The Spa closed for refurbishment, but gift voucher holders were not informed. I was advised my gift voucher expiry would be extended to allow for the Spa closure, but now the hotel is closing this is of no use. I have been advised that a refund will not be given. Very disappointing, as a student training in the NHS with 2 young children I was looking forward to a day of pampering!

First and unhappily probably our only visit. Lovely dinning room with good views. Extremely pleasant, helpful staff and an excellent lunch...the bread was wonderful. Good luck to all staff in the future.

Although it is very sad when a business has to close. I was very disappointed with the Spa. Due to Covid and a bereavment my £100 gift voucher had expired and they Wouldn’t honour it !!!! So unsympathetic……..

Afternoon tea and overnight stay were a lovely treat for my birthday. Afternoon tea was nice but very beige in colour. The scone were the standout of the offer, very nice indeed. The experience was slightly tempered by the condescending nature of the female restaurant host when ordering hot beverages. Lovely odern looking restaurant with views of the carden and saa except for the rather old and sticky table we were sat at. We were going to stay for dinner too but on reading the menu we decided to go elsewhere due to the price point of the menu which seemed over priced when having to pay separately for side dishes to complete the dish. Dessert at £10 for a fruit crumble tart was again very expensive in my opinion. Our room however was very comfortable especially the bed. The TV however did not work. £11.50 for a 1 glass bottle of prosecco from the mini bar and £2.30 for a soft drink again is excessive in the extreme. All in all a very nice experience but hotels in general let themselves down with the charges for the extras...considering there is overhead charges for some of these it leaves a slightly disapointing impression of the stay.

Visited the spa this afternoon for a massage - Katie on reception was pleasant and professional, whilst my therapist Anita was friendly, skilled and very strong! I’ve had many treatments over the years in spas and hotels all over the world, and this was by far the best! Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Wow! Sunday lunch in The Nest for a special birthday (70th) party. Twelve in the party and we all had a brilliant time. The fabulous sunny weather meant that we sat out in the garden before and after our meal. The venue is great, with moden decor, and traditional panelling in the reception, Views over the Bristol Channel are lovely, especially on a sunny day. The staff were really good, being quietly efficient, and friendly. The private room was set up with our playlist (via spotify). The food was truly lovely: Cod cheeks as a starter are a must, as good as the best I have ever tasted (in Reykjarvik, fresh off the boat). Lamb was pink and succulent, beef sirloin great. Bass and the potato gnocci were top drawer. The house wine is really very good indeed. Our bill was as expected, and for such an event was good value. We shall be returning for Sunday lunches, without doubt. Afternoon tea looks rather tempting as well.

‘Dinner’ Sunday at 7.30 1 st oct 2023 was dreadful had to return beef was chewy full of fat and fridge cold also full of blood they replaced our 2 dinners but awful beef , have eaten their before and all perfect but Wouldn't recommend now

Did not feel like cooking or a take-away, so decided to drop into Holm House for an autumnal treat. Our waitress, Karina, looked after us most kindly. She has been there for a few months, now, and is always a joy to see again as she has a very bright and cheerful manner with all customers. I confess that I was a bit apprehensive when she mentioned that tonight, a new chef was cooking but no need, the food was very enjoyable and beautifully presented, so big thumbs up to the new member of staff. Wishing them all the best for their new job!

We had the pleasure of joining family members for dinner in the Nest private dining room for a special birthday. The whole experience from arrival to departure was truly memorable. The staff at Holm House are to be applauded for their friendliness, efficiency and distinct attention to detail. I would like to make special mention of Gwillam (spelling?) our waiter and sommelier, who was exceptional. We had pre ordered the courses, but all the meals were perfectly delivered, correctly to each individual, which also included correct wine pairings for each dish. Gwillam gave excellent descriptions of each wine with charm and flair. His politeness, efficiency and friendliness throughout the evening was exceptional! The staff worked so smoothly, unobtrusively but with great charm and friendliness. A clockwork operation. As importantly, the food was delicious, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. A joy from start to finish. I cannot thank HolmHouse and the staff enough for making my uncle's 90th birthday such a special occasion. Superb!

Holm House is our go-to treat place whenever we go out for something special. I don't bother to always review but last night, we went there for a celebration and it was just lovely. Gorgeous weather to underline the pretty setting - would recommend going here always anyway but it's extra special on a nice day. Super friendly, kind and helpful staff who really went out of their way: For example, I ordered my favourite cocktail from the very late 90s, so an off-menu drink but they made it perfectly! I enjoyed that throwback to my student years! Well done to the bartender!! The food was, as always, wonderful. My husband had the steak and I a fish starter and the tasty risotto with pine nuts. Food was very nicely presented as usual. Thank you for the extra glass of Prosecco - this was so very kind! Shall definitely be back soon! Special thank you to the manager on duty that night and our lovely waitress - both really stood out.

We'd recently come back from a holiday in Cornwall, and had eaten at a very well known restaurant there, and were disappointed. So, we booked Holm House for a Wedding Anniversary meal. We ordered Prosecco to toast us, and Holm House gave it for free due to our long marriage celebration! The menu was varied, but we chose Holm House because of the seafood options for my wife. The food was delicious, very tasty, well presented and flavourful, I chose a starter which I hadn't seen before, and it was so lovely. I managed a dessert, and the bill was clearly less than that in Cornwall, but much better value for money. The setting - although evening - was lovely too, with a full sized window looking out onto the illuminated garden, and trees with lights. Very romantic, we felt. The Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful. Altogether, a great meal, and one to repeat. We've also been to Holm House for Lunch and Afternoon Tea, and they're well recommended too. The daytime view over the Channel, Islands and beyond is well worth a visit.

Despite my misgivings about the hotel and the spa, the food was good. I had booked an inclusive spa deal which included a one course lunch - you could choose a course from the starters, mains or dessert. I chose the butternut squash gnocchi from the mains, this arrived with a large slice of Camembert melting on top and was quite tasty. I was seated quickly and the waiter was very attentive, the deal included a glass of Prosecco which arrived promptly, and a jug of tap water was also placed on the table without having to ask for it. The waiter recognised that I was staying there and had a dinner reservation and discussed which table I would like that evening, which I thought was a nice touch. I had friends joining me for dinner as it was my birthday, we were allocated a table by the window. The waiter who was there for both lunch and dinner was the most helpful member of staff I encountered during my stay and spa. We had a lovely table, he kept our glasses filled and our order was taken when we were ready with the food arriving in a timely fashion. None of us had starters but we did have bread and olives, the bread was obviously very fresh. I had the pan-fried whole plaice, and my friends had the linguine with crab and prawns. We all really enjoyed our food. The plaice was quite small but just the right size for me for dinner, and the capers and butter sauce was excellent. It was cooked to perfection, not over or under cooked, falling onto the fork. The three of us shared two desserts, and again both were very good, a chocolate marquise and an almond panacotta. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out in the area.

We are originally from this area, so know it well. Stayed in a top floor room with balcony overlooking the clifftops and Channel. The view was beautiful. Easy to get to the clifftop walk and downto the promenade. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The evening meal was excellent, as was the service. Breakfast also very good.

Found this lovely restaurant last minute while visiting the area. Had some cocktails in the garden to enjoy the last of the beautiful sunshine- the service was a little slow for drinks ( and we appreciate cocktails take longer) but very friendly waiter. Garden beautiful! Then we headed inside to eat and had a table with a lovely view. Ordered sparkling water which we had to ask for a second time along with the wine. This was served by Harrison who poured so very professionally and again very friendly and polite. We had the scallops and black bomber cheese balls - both of which were presented beautifully and cooked to perfection with amazing flavours. All staff were helpful and friendly throughout but Harrison’s personality and professionalism shone though and we really enjoyed having a chat with him - lucky to have such a great team member! Would definitely return should we be in the area again.

Beautiful location, with restaurant views into the garden and across the channel. Adriana welcomed us and looked after us throughout our stay. I can't recommend her highly enough, she was very attentive without being intrusive - perfect table service! The afternoon tea was served with unlimited hot drinks. The food was delicious: 4 finger sandwiches, soft with delicious fillings, a jam & cream scone and a selection of cakes (which sadly did not seem baked in-house). We were not rushed as the restaurant was not busy mid-week, however there is usually a time limit on tables for afternoon tea. There is plenty of space to sit in the adjacent lounge area afterwards.

The dining room at Holm house is stunning and atmosphere was warm and staff welcoming. Starters were good chicken roulade and battered squid rings. When food for table next to ours arrived the dish of chips smelt and looked delicious so we were looking forward to the arrival of our main course and the chips. Sadly the chips for us were buried underneath our cod tail and sirloin steak and really should have been returned to the kitchen. They were white and scalding hot as if they had been microwaved a and so disappointing. They had certainly not been fried. As it was a special occasion evening for us we didn't want to spoil it by having to complain but when you are paying these sort of prices, you would expect the most basic of accompaniments to a meal to be perfect. An email to voice our disappointment with our meal went unanswered.

The Hotel is very nice , beautiful setting with Spacious Outside Space . I attended a Birthday Party . The Food was very good . But it was let down by the service . We waited a long time for drink orders and every time had to chase them up after ordering .

A beautiful hotel, with gorgeous views of the sea front in Penarth. This was my second time visiting Holm House and I am pleased to say we had a wonderful experience. The afternoon tea was delightful! The spa package is great, one of the nicest back, neck and shoulder massages I’ve ever had, and the facilities were perfect. Ruby the receptionist at the spa was excellent, her customer service and attention to detail was one of the many reasons why I returned so quickly, she even remembered me from visiting back in June. Thank you for the great customer service Ruby I’m sure I will see you again very soon.

This is the best place to eat in the Cardiff-Penarth area - and it’s good value too. The food is marvellous and the staff are superb from the moment you walk in. Lunch in the garden overlooking the Bristol Channel. Amazing.

Stayed over night a Holm House for a special treat whilst dining at James Sommerin restaurant just down the road. Fab hotel and spa , delicious breakfast and lovely setting Will definitely go back .

Following a previous disastrous dining experience at this restaurant, we were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and booked into an afternoon tea. Huge mistake as this was even more expensive and worst than the first ! Given the competition for afternoon teas available locally, we were regretting fully that we chose this one. Unprofessional, non interested staff, limited choice of sandwiches and stale, run of the mill cakes. Table booked at 3 pm, we were still asking to be sat at 3.30 pm, although the restaurant was three quarters empty . We requested a window table 3 weeks before, but were sat at a table near the kitchen which was more of a thoroughfare than anything else. We requested to move and were met by a waiter shrugging his shoulders, who said " better luck next time " !! As we live just down the road, we are sad that our experience was so poor as this could have been a regular haunt for us.

We ordered 2 steak meals, which came in good time and were cooked to perfection. Not the best selection of desserts at around £8.50. Waiter service and bar service both first class.

How to get something so simple, so wrong. Almost everything was undercooked and cold. I've had better breakfasts at a weatherspoons and it costs a LOT less.

What a wonderful experience, we had an excellent day. The Christmas meal could not be faulted in any way. Food was divine, staff friendly and attentive, atmosphere just perfect. We enjoyed every minute. BIG Thank you Holm House, take a bow! We returned home, well fed and happy. Will definitely consider booking again for next year, as it took all the stress out of slaving in the kitchen!

Had afternoon tea and coffee here and it was lovely. Superb building with lovely views over the water. Will definitely return and use the spa one day.

Today, 28th November 2018, I had the BEST massage I’ve had in years from Keeley in The Holm House Hotel Spa! She is wonderful and I highly recommend you visit her for a treatment - there are so many to choose from. It would make a fabulous Birthday or Christmas present! The evening couldn’t have been hosted better! From the magician during pre-drinks, a beautiful singer whilst dining and a fun casino after dinner followed by lots of dancing with a DJ playing great music! The food was amazing... everything presented so well and tasted absolutely wonderful. In addition to such a well hosted evening, it wasn’t overcrowded, they hadn’t tried to put as many people as possible for the evening to maximise takings, they had a maximum capacity that provided space and sufficient waiting staff to be one step ahead of our requests! All of the guests were friendly and sociable, I know Holm House didn’t have control of this but the evening had attracted a great bunch of people. It was like spending the evening with friends! Thank you to Holm House for the most wonderful New Years Eve Highly recommend for New Year and any other time of the year!

We went there for afternoon tea. Our party was booked in for afternoon tea & it was pre-paid however when we arrived they seemed confused. We had a trainee serving us who handed us a menu and wanted to take our order. We then explained again that we had a booking for afternoon tea. Eventually someone trained arrived to serve us and we had our food (we had been waiting 30 mins already). Drinks arrived about 10 mins after food was served. They failed to tell us that we could have a refill until we had finished our food. Afternoon tea was disappointing, cakes were lovely however sandwiches were small and very original. I did not expect to be served only 4 tiny finger sized sandwiches per person with 4 small cakes. Very disappointing - was not worth the price (at £18.50 each) i was very disappointed. I would personally not go there again.

The food is always impressive here from the freshly baked bread to the succulent steaks to the delicious mushroom risotto! The spa is lovely and private as it has quite an intimate boutique feeling. Abbie gives the best deep tissue massage if that’s your thing.

What a delight ... from the moment we walked into the restaurant the greeting was immediate and friendly ... at the table with the lovely view over the gardens and then onwards the Bristol Channel and Somerset ... food was a delight to the eyes as well as the palate ... superb ... looked good and tasted even better ... I had scallops and my partner lobster and crab as starters ... really lovely and high quality ... boring me had a sirloin steak to follow ... but it was cooked as requested and to perfection ... my partner had the sea bass ... she adored it ... came with a risotto that included chorizo and prawns ... after the disappointments of a meal earlier in the week at a purported Michelin style restaurant in Cardiff ... Holm House restaurant can clearly show them a thing or two ... great service ... great food ... and a wonderful ambience ... having been berated for being critical of that other restaurant ... they need to come here to see how things should be done ... thank you all at Holm House restaurant ... you really do deserve the praise for such a wonderful evening

We came here on 2 occasions. The most recent one was my daughters christening party. I cannot put into words how perfect my day has been and how impressed my family and friends were. The food and the service were top class. We cannot wait to be back. Thank you

Having sampled the Spa & seen the restaurant & had a wonderful afternoon tea, when looking for somewhere to celebrate our grandson's graduation we decided on lunch at Holm House & we weren't disappointed, far from it. Excellent food, beautifully presented & served by the very best ,attentive staff. What a wonderful find the day we discovered this gem. Have used the Spa facilities s everlasting times now & in fact due to return again next week!

From the gorgeous rooms, beautiful feature baths, welcoming staff, fantastic dinner, Holm House was an absolutely delightful stay and supplied the perfect little romantic weekend away with my partner, I could not recommend this spa enough. Will be a tough one to beat on my next venture.

Starters were fine (scallops and foie gras parfait) but Chateaubriand ordered medium-rare was seriously overcooked. Accompanying chips, veg and sauces good but chef should have known not to place customer in position of having to decide whether to send back steak which was not what we ordered and cost us £55. Staff friendly and pleasant but after 20 min wait for dessert order gave up.

Would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could.

The restaurant has a good location overlooking the channel. We had a choice of outside or in. We chose inside as there were very few tables with parasols. The service was attentive and good. The food was reasonably tasty. My fishcake was a bit overdone. The mains good. My risotto flavoursome, the fish tasty.

Took my mother & step-father to dinner for Father's Day. This was not a place I had heard of, but my mother had been once previously, for afternoon tea. What a wonderful surprise!! Everything was simply outstanding, from the quality and quantity of food, to the service, to the room and décor. The only slight negative is the limited menu, but this is a hotel restaurant, after all. And I found the wine list quite extensive, in spite of reading some negative reviews about this aspect. I would definitely go back there in a heartbeat. And if there is any reason I can't stay at my Mother's house in Penarth, I would definitely fancy a stay at this place. One other positive compared to so many other establishments in Penarth, is that it has a private parking area directly outside the hotel.

Lovely location for Birthday lunch with my wife, the food was delicious only planned to have two courses but the food was so nice we just had to have dessert as well.

My girlfriend and I visisted Holm House over the bank hoiday. The hotel itself is in a great location, with gardens looking out over the sea, we were lucky the weather was great, so enjoyed a few drinks in the garden area, chilled out atmosphere and the staff were brilliant.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war eher klein aber schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad fand ich sehr schön. Die Schallisolierung könnte besser sein. Hier merkt man doch dass es ein historisches Haus ist. Wasserflaschen gab es kostenlos. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man konnte a la Carte Eiergerichte bestellen, die frisch zubereitet wurden und lecker waren. Die Auswahl an Früchten und Müslis war allerdings begrenzt. Der Kaffee und Cappuccino war sehr gut.

Holm house has been the venue of a brilliant 21st birthday celebration this year but this occasion felt like it was in a completely different place!

My wife and I had dinner one evening and it was outstanding.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and went into the comfortable lounge for pre-lunch drinks. Then we were shown to our table which had spectacular views over the garden towards Somerset coastline. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and most attentive. As it was my 70th birthday lunch it is a wonderful memory that I will cherish. Thank you for looking after us.

Went there with friends for an evening meal. Fairly quiet in the dining room but lovely outlook.

A lovely setting but let down by the worst wine list I have seen outside a pub. I and my partner tried all of the wines by the glass, red and white, some were oxidized, all were poor and all were vastly over priced, some I tried were £11 for a small galss, at this price I would expect something pretty nice but all were left unfinished. I did mention to the bar manager that one of the wines was oxidised, he shrugged, opened another bottle but this was the same. All the wines were so bad in fact I had a pint and then cocktails. The cocktails were far too sweet so I asked for aless sugar syrup in the next one but again it was like drinking sugary coffee.

If you are in the Cardiff area but find the city centre a bit too lively especially on a weekend evening, the more genteel environment of Penarth nearby is a great alternative. It’s easily reached by bus or train if you don’t fancy the taxi fare. Holm House is a boutique hotel with a stunning sea facing location. If the weather is kind, you can enjoy a bracing walk on the sea front before entering the hotel via is charming garden (great for drinks/coffee in summer) at the rear.

The food was very average, I would not say it was fine dining or anything special. I had really high hopes and unfortunately it let me down the food was bland and after saying my sister was vegan they lacked to give her a decent choice of food or flavour.

Will not be returning here any time soon. We booked a table for 8 for a friend's birthday treat. As we walked into the reception, first impressions were amazing. After a 10 minute wait for food menu, we eventually got some. When we ordered our food, we were told that there were no sirloin steaks left. So I opted for a fillet steak instead. After waiting 40 minutes the food finally arrived. My fillet steak looked very well done (I asked for a medium) but I didn't want to say anything as it was a special occasion and I didn't want to complain. As the prices of the steaks were expensive, I thought i should say something. So we had to wait a other 10 minutes for the steak sauces to arrive and an extra bowl of chips. I tell the waitress that my steak isn't the way I'd like it to be cooked. She looked at me and asked me what was wrong with it. I said, I know my steaks and that is a well done, not a medium. Then the waitress asked me very rudely to cut my steak down the middle as she obviously didn't believe me. So I did cut my steak down the middle as requested by the waitress. It was not very easy to cut at all, everyone could see that it was obviously not easy to cut. After struggling to cut through it and no pink in the middle. She asks me if I'd like a fresh one. I said yes please. The waitress then told me that it would be another 20 minute wait for my food. I then questioned 20 minutes to cook a steak? I clearly said that I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes to have my food and have everyone else at the table finish their food and then I eat on my own. This waitress was not understanding and she was starting to stress me out because she was so rude to me. I asked for the manager and the manager was obviously rushed off his feet on his own by the bar (standing there with no customers around him and looking over.) The waitress comes back and offers me a discount if I eat my food. So I asked how much of a discount? She responded with 'it depends how much you eat, if you finish all of it....you pay.' I was so shocked at this point that it had put me off my food completely. Then I asked her clearly that I just wanted to see the manager. He finally comes over and he offers the discount again of 20% and he said that the kitchen would put the order through straight away. 20 minutes later....as promised, the steak finally comes out. Yes it was a good steak. When the manager comes back over to ask how it was all going with my new plate of food, I did tell him that I eat in a lot of restaurants and I have never been spoken to like that as a customer in my life. That waitress ruined my night because of the way she was to me. I clearly said I wouldn't be returning to Holm House. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere in penarth. Dreadful customer service. I forgot to mention the horrible cocktail that was put in front of me as a sorry for the waitress being rude. Instead of asking or offering a drink of my choice. Do I think that I should've paid 20% off the full price? Not at all. You go out to eat with your friends, to eat at the same time as your friends and enjoy the food and the atmosphere. I didn't experience this. I will be contacting Holm House shortly to express my disappointment. If you're thinking of going for the first time. Make sure you eat before going.

My wife is recovering from surgery so after her most recent doctors appointment we fancied a treat that wouldn't require her to walk much. Holm House is about the only place in Penarth easily accessible by car and we'd heard good things so checked out the website. Nice deal on scones and tea from ten o'clock

A great evening spent. Fabulous food! My husband has special dietary requirements and this was dealt with easily and without fuss. Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff were super. Welcoming and friendly. Really enjoy coming here, one of Penarth best restaurants set in lovely gardens.

It certainly was a treat for both of us. Fabulous venue, great room with a fan that was great in the beautiful weather and a stunning massage, the best so far. Staff very attentive, food good. Great small spa with good facilities.

Visitamos Holm House en un sábado para el almuerzo y nos quedamos impresionados con el servicio. Me he comprado un bono de gif con el pasado noviembre Holm House 3 comida de nuestros chefs para dos como un gif de cumpleaños a mis padres en bajas. Y es muy frustrados a oír de ellos que Holm House no respetaron el bono (Mayo 2017) fecha vencida como comida de 3 platos, y sólo se permite que un plato cada uno. Como por ley debe honrar cualquier bono dentro de su fecha vencida. Me han cobrado un precio completo de 2 cupones para comida de 3 platos, y sólo uno de cada campo. Esto es muy frustrante y no es lo que cabe esperar de un lugar de reputación como el Holm House. Nunca recomendaría usted de nuevo a familiares y amigos o siquiera consideraría volver para una comida de nuevo. Afternoon tea with a group of friends was overpriced and scones were served with a bowl of whipped cream not clotted cream. This is a school boy error in my eyes and very dissapointing. Will not be recommending or revisiting anytime soon.

Cuatro de nosotros comimos aquí en blustery febrero viernes por la tarde. No tenían constancia de mi reserva, que afortunadamente no fue un problema, ya que el lugar era de ninguna manera completa. Teníamos entrantes, platos principales y postres compartimos una. La comida era de buena o muy buena calidad, bien preparada y presentada. El servicio fue muy atento y amable. El vino era razonable. Rather bland insufficiently seasoned food. Mainly white decorated with pea shoots. Lovely view and spacious lovely restaurant but the food was disappointing. Balanced against that it wasn't too expensive. No choice for vegetarians and the vegetables were uninteresting.

My wife and I have been frequent visitors to Holm House and have taken some close friends and we all have been impressed with it. Selection of wines is excellent as is the quality and choice of menu. The service is also excellent.

We visited Holm House for a light lunch on this occasion, opting for the bar menu. A limited choice. I chose the fish pie with tender stem broccoli and my companion chose the burger. I asked the very pleasant waitress whether the pie was good, and she answered that it was new on menu and she hadn't tried it. When it arrived - it was cooked freshly so took a little time - it was served in a little pot, a bit bigger than a ramekin, but remember, this was the bar menu. It looked lovely, with a golden potato topping over salmon and white fish in white sauce. Unfortunately, the chef had neglected to use any seasoning, and food is just not the same when you add your own table salt, therefore the pie was bland. The tender stem broccoli was dipped in a spiced batter and deep fried. The excess had not been shaken off, so was trapped in the florets, and not cooked - very doughy. My friend's burger was home made, but she wasn't asked how she would like it cooked. It arrived well done, and very dry. The bun was dry with no sauce or relish, just a few salad leaves, and a few more leaves on the plate. No chips, coleslaw or indeed anything that would have made this meal appetizing. At £10 it was an expensive disappointment. It's such a shame, as Holm House is an excellent venue for varied occasions. The staff are excellent, and the outlook is second to none, but if you can't get your food right then potential customers will choose elsewhere. I do hope that they can get their act together, and return to the high standards experienced on previous occasions, but for this time, it's a thumbs down from me.
