Holiday Inn Liverpool - City Centre, an IHG Hotel in Liverpool

Nice room, very clean and quiet. Would prefer a separate shower but the shower itself was great. The highlight for me was a very good cooked breakfast, with a panoramic view and served by friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to them.

Great hotel, restaurant and bar. Accommodated for a big group and had no issues at all.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for my birthday as we were going to Anfield stadium for their tour, the staff are exceptional, every single one we encountered was lovely, I even got a birthday card and a slice of cake on the house at breakfast on our last day, speaking of which, the inclusive breakfast is amazing, food cooked perfectly, plenty of options, the hotel is very central, everything you could need is on your doorstep, shops, restaurants, easy walk to the train station that's a stones throw away, room was very nice with a king bed, only minor niggle is the TV, not the best picture quality but that's neither here nor there. Id definitely stay here again should I return to Liverpool.

Debbie at reception is great! She's lovely.... And not the fake lovely you get as some places.... location is amazing for the theatre and local bars etc.... Really can't complain here. All good. (If I want to be really picky and be an asshole is that the plugs in the room were daft.... In the wrong places etc)

This was our second visit to this hotel and had a free upgrade this time as a thank you for being an IHG member. On both occasions staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms are clean and well thought out with all the essentials available. The particular thing I love about this hotel is the panoramic view that you get of some of the most beautiful buildings in Liverpool whilst eating your ample breakfast.

Located perfectly in the middle of the city. Perfect if you want to watch football at Anfield as there is a shuttle to the stadium a few hundred meters from the hotel. Good English breakfast. Clean and nice

Just opposite the train station couldn't be more convenient. Everyone helpful and full of good advice and recommendations. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Very convenient just a little bit walk from the train station. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is good with a 180-degree view. Staffs was great with a fast native English accent.

When taking a shower, it was very difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. I had to wait for a long time. Later, the hot water became too hot and could no longer be adjusted. It was so hot that I couldn't take a shower. The room was very small and the lock was difficult to use. Very poor accommodation experience

The staff were very welcoming. I Have stayed here previously and the experience was great as usual. In addition I mistakenly left my bag of belongings in the room and did my check out. After realising I left my bag I went back several hours later and I was happy to be provided with my bag with all my belongings

Excellent accessibility as it is right in front of the station. There is a supermarket and convenience store right next to it. Both the room and bathroom were large and clean, and the staff was friendly.

Great stay, superb location, room was basic but clean, breakfast was good and staff helpful. Other bonus is access to secure car park which is next door, 2.min walk and you get discount from hotel.

Perfect location 2 minutes from lime station and customer service absolutely amazing ♥️ especially Molly . I have stayed in almost every big city DUBAI berlin sydney to ams but this hotel is the best . One thing i realised is a small act can win a customer heart . I was here ans resturant was closed and receptionist made coffee for me and i needed coffee badly that time

I stayed for one night while attending a concert at the Olympia. The hotel is in the middle of the city centre and within walking distance of everything. The staff were very friendly. The room was exactly what you what you would expect for a hotel in this price bracket. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. I parked in the St Johns car park next door in order to take advantage of the discounted parking for Holiday Inn customers. You hear so many horror stories about car parks so I asked at check in if I needed to take any action to get the discounted rate and the receptionist said my registration was in the system and the discount would be applied when I paid for my parking. However, when I paid for my parking, I was charged the full amount. I emailed the hotel and explained what had happened. A member of staff called me to discuss the matter. He said that I had not written my registration down when I checked in. I explained that no one asked me to write down my registration and the receptionist had told me it was the system when I asked about the parking. I emailed the car park and did get a refund. I just wish the hotel had put their hands up and said "there was a mix up and we made a mistake by not asking for your registration and then telling you it was in the system". I was made to feel like I had done something wrong when I did everything I could to avoid what happened.

Great place to stay, nice room, very central, and just across the road from Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station, so really handy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

If you're looking for a hotel that combines prime location with comfortable accommodations, then this place is it. There are even bus stops nearby that take you the anfield and royal albert dock.

Genuinely friendly staff throughout the hotel and in a prime location opposite Lime Street station in the centre of Liverpool. Rooms are spacious with the usual amenities you would expect such as tea/coffee and air conditioning. Breakfast was a good selection including made to order eggs. It is also very reasonably priced for add ons if you choose to pay on the day. Very good hotel.
