Surprisingly very quiet hotel, even on the motorway side we heard no traffic noise. In room air conditioning was an unexpected bonus too. And the staff were so welcoming to our two little dogs. Karen, Diana and Sam in the breakfast room were exceptionally friendly.

Excellent location Good rooms Fantastic service especially from Alex on the desk as nothing was too much trouble . Have stayed many times but the service this time was exceptional. Easy free parking and a pub next door. Glad to see a marked improvement in the breakfast as well

Nice room, great bed, lovely shower and cleverest wc door I've ever seen. But couldn't get much heat into very cool room (in Feb). Very good VFM.

Conveniently located hotel to m5. Staff always friendly and place is clean. Slightly no frills but just as you would expect or better for the price. Parking can sometimes pretty full and getting into the hotel at peak times for the mcdonald queue which shares the same entrance can be awkward. Although close to koto3ay the rooms are quiet enough. In winter the rooms can be cold as the heating/air com only seems to blow out luke warm air even on the highest setting. Maybe this is something that needs to be looked into.

Handy for motorway. Inexpensive and includes breakfast. Nice room and friendly staff. Also Harvester, Macdonalds and Indian restaurant seconds away.

Have to say stayed here many a time but after this current stay, never again. All you here through the night is BANGING DOORS! Never get any sleep. Need to invest in some soft close doors. Might stop the bedroom rattling from the BANGING DOORS 🤬

Last time a stayed here there was no hot water In the shower. This time my room type was changed to a twin room despite paying more for a double. "Nothing we can do, we're fully booked." How about don't sell me rooms that you don't have.

Hotel is clean, but it's bad guests that make the visit when they gave children not let them run around when their are rooms below it's bad trying to sleep, then propke that have been our or arriving late need to be more considerate for other guests slamming doird we know they are self closing but yu can still close them yourself, then the final straw was their must be workers that go out about 5am again slamming doors and talking loud along the corridors so not had a good night's sleep, we did make the comments at reception and she did apoligise, but thats not helping for a good night's sleep,when yu have to travel another 150 miles.

Functional hotel in a good location for motorway

Ridiculously loud rooms - could hear kids screaming and shouting all night, air conditioning even though ours was off and a strange tapping noise. Breakfast was nice though.

Friendly staff clean rooms. Easy to get back onto the M5.

Very very friendly staff, rooms lovely and clean. The only reason a star was dropped was because the shower head riser/bracket was broken and the toilet kept filling until the button was manipulated out 😬 All great aside from that 🙂

Decent sized room a little bit nosy at certain times due to McDonald's next door. Helpfull staff, bathroom was a bit dated but does the job.

We stayed only one night after a wedding. The room was very clean and the beds comfy. We arrived late but there was someone on the reception desk. We chose to have breakfast but it was very poor and no choice .There is a lovely garden centre close by so went and got something to eat after. Overall we would stay again but not have breakfast.

A tidy, no-nonsense stay-over hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Everything was perfectly adequate without any bells and whistles. The members of staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Five stars for doing what it should, well and not because it's a glorious luxury experience.

Stayed for two nights, room was clean but air conditioning wasn't working. Diana was amazing dealing with it. She was always smiling, polite and attentive. Breakfast was simple but good. The highlight of our stay was the great customer service, Thank you Diana.

Great location right.on the M5 junction. A Mcdonalds and Harvester restaurant close by. Staff friendly and great breakfast.

This is the best hotel we stayed in, Holiday Inn Express Droitwich. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable. Excellent high standard customer services from both managers Alex and Josh at the reception, also the staffs. Alex and Josh are very professional, friendly, polite, helpful, great personality and a good sense of humour. We were booked for one night and end up staying for two nights instead. Excellent breakfast, near to the reception area is tea, coffee, water facilities and fruits, with a microwave I will be definitely staying at this hotel again.

Housekeeping and maids need training on privacy. First of all the do not disturb signs are a 2 way card on the other side says ready for housekeeping and they do not stay in place to show you don't want housekeeping. They really need 2 seperate signs like a lot of other hotels. Housekeeping came in without even knocking which is rude and i had a sign on door not to disturb, it's possible it might have been in the middle as the sign tends to flips but coming out of shower and no knock on the door even though tv fully on and loud.This really is unacceptable no care for customers privacy whatsoever. They should be knocking if in doubt and waiting for a reply. Turned me off staying here again and i tend to be in the area once a month so now booked another hotel. Just to point out the housekeeping woman never seemed to view it as a problem bursting in it looked like it's a regular occurance. There was no embarrassment. The hotel and room itself was ok though.
