Conference long booked in advance cancelled at last moment too late for people travelling to cancel including those visiters staying at Hotel itself leaving an unhappy experience for such guests and a direct breach of customary contract law

Planned to attend a conference on 11 Nov. Cancelled with two days notice. Am now out of pocket for two return rail fares from Ipswich to Liverpool along with kennel fees for two dogs. A total of around £400.00. The management and Franchise holders should hang their heads in shame. It is they, not the conference organisers, who are politicising. I hope they are sued into bankruptcy.

Terrible place, avoid at all costs. They cancelled an event with 2 days notice - no integrity, no care for all the hard work put in. These people are not to be trusted.

Excelente servicio. Una bienvenida muy cálida en el registro. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. Desayuno de excelente calidad con personal amable y profesional. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles y desafiaría a recomendar Holiday Inn Liverpool por su servicio, amabilidad, profesionalidad y limpieza.

El hotel es bueno. Tuvimos una estancia agradable. Nos dieron una habitación cómoda, bastante limpia. El pasillo y la habitación adyacente eran un poco ruidosos, pero podíamos dormir bien. La recepción fue amable y servicial. El baño estaba limpio (aunque el panel de la bañera estaba roto). La ubicación es muy buena.

Good value for money. Catered for all dietary needs too. We had a party of 12. Best table is by the window which over looks Lime Street

El almuerzo proporcionado a la? 100? los asistentes a una conferencia en su hotel el sábado fue bastante deficiente: una selección de sándwiches de huevo blanco sin sabor, 1/2 envolturas de atún rellenas, un tazón de lechuga crocante y los patéticos restos de un plato de papas fritas - aparentemente no había recambios disponibles a pesar de 25 Más personas en la cola del almuerzo. Incluso un hotel de 2 estrellas podría hacer mejor que esto.

A one night stay, helpful reception staff, large very comfortable and clean room, great views of city, super breakfast, and overnight parking adjacent for £6. What's not to like? Well done holiday Inn.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the city. The room was ample and clean. The bed was comfortable and check in out was easy. Restaurant/bar was great the service was great even later on at night we could get a drink. Will be returning again

We had a steak meal here for my 50th birthday, we were staying here. The steak was done to my liking, only thing that let it down was the fries( not chips) we soaking up the juice from the steak. Still ate though.

a great place to get something to eat. mainly European style menu, drinks are a little on the steep side but it is in the centre.

I went for the 2 course fixed price meal £16 and for a hotel restaurant right in the city centre this was very reasonable. Good service and pleasant staff. Thanks holiday Inn.

I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. I had an evening meal at the restaurant which was very good. Handy location for all city centre attractions.

We visited the Holiday Inn for a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday we were given a room on the 8th floor and having contacted the hotel prior to arriving we were given a room by the lift as I am disabled and have difficultly in walking

Having travelled by train it was nice to have a very short walk from Lime Street station to the hotel. All areas of central Liverpool are in walking distance of the hotel. Our stay was enjoyed and the hotel was clean with very helpful reception staff.
