HO HO Chinese & Thai Takeaway Dream River in North Somerset

The food was dry, tasteless and very, very expensive. The chips were re-fries and not good. Certainly won't be ordering from here again.

We had a takeaway from this place a few days ago. When it finally arrived (an hour later than stated on the phone), the disappointment was great. Not a single dish was good. The salt and pepper squid consisted of a lot of soggy batter with tiny chewy bits in between. The meat in the chow mein was slimy and inedible (see picture below), the tears of angel was a normal sweet and sour chicken, and a bad one at that (grey chicken?) with an almost solid 'sauce‘. Upon calling to inquire if they got the order wrong I was assured it was the right dish. I cannot understand the good reviews of this place, this food was sub standard, and I would like this place to be inspected in regards to the meat they use. Absolutely awful.

This is a great Chinese takeaway! Hot and delicious! The portion size is not bad either! Personally recommend Crispy Shredded Beef in Chilli Sauce

Great food good portions and always hot when I orde. I love their Crispy Shredded Chicken in Chilli Sauce, SKewered Chicken in Satay Sauce. Amazing

Absolutely amazing food, always comes on time and is fresh and hot .The prices are great and it’s the best Chinese around ,you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful fresh food and loads of but killed by way too much oyster sauce and fish oil sadly spiolt the chicken chow mien and the sweet and sour sauce totally ruinedby pineapple juice
