Incredible! Real authentic Turkish food bursting with flavour and melt in your mouth meat. Service outstanding, Monica and Nina were both really welcoming and attentive. The restaurant itself has a beautiful ambience, I will 100 percent be coming back !

What an absolutely lovely place. The food is so tasty, the atmosphere is calm and refreshing and the staff are so attentive and caring. The small plate is perfect when teamed with a starter and the complementary bread. Well worth a visit and I will certainly be back.

I would highly recommend Historia Meze Grill for a wonderful meal served, especially if you're a fan of their delicious lentil soup served with a smile by Monica.

Went for the lunchtime deal, ending up having a gorgeous starter of liver, then onto lunchtime special for my main. Portions were great size, food quality superb and the service and cleanliness was excellent. Deffo one to try and come back in the evening time when I’m sure you’ll probably have to book. 🇹🇷

We love Turkish food and were so excited to try somewhere in high Wycombe after having alot of great experiences in other areas and honestly it's a decision we are regretting having just spent £75 on some food which was in all honesty rubbish the platter is mainly made up of cheap meat on bones, the bread is disgusting and the sauce options rubbish, sadly we will never be ordering from here again!

Was in Wycombe for the evening and came across this gem! Lovely atmosphere, staff are friendly and welcoming and food had great flavours! Definitely recommend!

Came here last night with my wife and we loved it. To start we had the calamari and halloumi dishes and for the main we had a sharing platter of different kebabs with rice and salad. Can’t wait to go again…. Really great.

I've come with my children this evening. Also we came here a couple of times before. The foods are delicious. All staff are friendly. Our waitress(Burcu) was very sympathetic. The decoration of place was very nice. But the toilets must be overhauled.

Delicious food with a great atmosphere on a Saturday evening. I visited with my family, 8 of us for my mum's birthday. The staff were very friendly and there was even entertainment. Highly recommend - all the positive reviews are spot on! 😊

Would not recommend this place. The service was awful! I kept asking my son to call the waitress, so unattentive! The other one didn't know how to speak English, what is the point of serving customers when you can't speak English. The food was below average, if you like a bit of spice this place is not for you. Aso very overpriced, I definitely will not be going back! Oh and it's on the roundabout so parking is an issue, especially if you want meal out with an elderly relative who can't walk far!

Food was excellent, Service was good too, the restaurant was cold but because the food was so good it wasn't as big as an issue.

Myself and 4 workmates needed a delicious Turkish meal. So where better than the Historia Meze Grill. We all had Efes Draught and Lamb Shish with Adana. We were also served complimentary breads and sauces. The meat was delicious and succulent. Cooked to perfection on the grill which you can see from the dining area. All came with rice & bulgar wheat with salad which was also fresh and tasty. Will visit again when we work in the area again.

Was just passing thru on way home to Manchester and decided to eat here from the reviews. The reviews were absolutely right, the food is outstanding, they Beyti kebabs were so full of flavour would deffo make a trip down here again to eat this amazing food.

First time eating here. Ordered a mixed platter and the hummus etc starter platter. Food was great no complaints. Service was good, they forgot our water and we did ask for an extra naan, which they didn’t bring. But actually we didn’t need it. Would def go back.

Great food! Great services! Went for my daughter birthday dinner. All together we were 20 people. The staff was friendly and served food with great manner. The taste was super delicious and very well presented.

My fiancé bought me here for my 50th birthday and I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so attentive and lovely I can’t wait to come back.

I used to really enjoy this place but after the refurb prices went up quite a bit but at least portions used to be fairly generous. Now though we’re looking at over £20 with fees for a lamb beyti that looks like it’s made from a tiny skewer of lamb. I’m all for paying for quality but this is becoming quite cheeky - for comparison, a kebab from a comparable mediterranean restaurant in up-market Marlow is around £14. The irregular pricing aside, the food itself is tasty and well prepared so at least standards are being maintained.

Absolutely shocking service.. food was below par and not worth half of the amount charged! The waiting staff for the starters wrong and offered no apology instead charged for the wrong order! I will never ever re commend this place . Not would I ever want to go there again !

We've visited before and this place did not disappoint. Really lovely food and friendly service. We were lunching with our grandsons so ordered a couple of starters which we shared, and then a large plate with four different kebabs which we also shared and it was great for the kids to be able to try the different versions of grilled kebab. So the bill was very reasonable for our lunch, but it was delicious in every way. Sadly there were only a couple of other tables occupied which is a pity, this place deserves more customers.

I booked this restaurant for 5 adults and 2 children on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy and service was generally good. The food is overpriced for what you get unfortunately. The quality of the meat is very nice but portion sizes are not reflective of what you pay. I ordered the baba ghanough for starters and it was the worst I have ever tasted. It had no flavour, no seasoning, looked like regurgitated food. Please avoid this dish. The liver and prawns were very nice. The baklava was awful, it was not fresh and had just been hearted up in the microwave. After we had ordered our desserts, a short man who had just started his shift came over to us and said the card machine was not working and that we would have to pay cash. I said we were happy to wait until the machine started working again as we were still going to have coffees and he said it was unlikely to start working again today and that there was a cash machine around the corner. I did not believe this for a minute. Purely because they left it until the last minute to tell us the card machine was not working and also because they were not mentioning it to other customers that were walking through the door and ordering food. This left a very uncomfortable taste for me and because of this I would not be back. The quality of the meat is very good but I think they are avoiding paying their taxes by telling customers at the last minute that they have to pay cash. I would avoid this restaurant and only get a takeaway.

The service was great, the food came really quick and there are so many nice options to choose from. I'm vegetarian and I still had loads of great options.

I had mixed grill and I didn’t like it

Dirty. Tasteless hummus which was thick and claggy. Cold flatbread. Rice tasted stale. Salad is wilted and not fresh. "Chili sauce" is Nando's sauce and "garlic mayo" is out of a plastic bottle. Will not return.

Great food, liver starter was phenomenal and I will return just for that. My whole family enjoyed the food and experience. A little more attractive and it would be 5 stars across the board.

What an absolutely incredible restaurant. It was our first time eating at a Turkish restaurant and it certainly won’t be our last. The food was amazing, the whole area was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. The restaurant is nicely situated in the centre of High Wycombe and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great tasting meal out.

5 stars for food, service and restaurant in general. Everything we ordered was delicious and came very quickly. The meat was so tender and juicy, unlike some other Turkish restaurants I've been to recently. A good choice for eating out and even if you're going in with a big group as they have plenty of space and tables are not crammed in.

The food is very good and is freshly prepared. The ambience is very nice, the service is fine. This is a lovely place to unwind.

Went in with friends today, hearing good reviews about the restaurant however we did not have a good experience which resulted in us leaving. We had just arrived and the waiter was constantly asking if we were ready, the 3rd time he came over in the space of 5 mins we said we was not ready he rolled his eyes and sighed! Unbelievably rude!! And the prices are ridiculous!

Delicious food. I had the lunch special (aubergine) and it came with a generous amount of rice and salad, we even received fresh Turkish style bread and dip. Service was friendly, you could tell the food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious!
