Food took 30 minutes to come. Food was not cooked well. Nice employees but not worth coming here, except a lot better.

Went to order food and a false allegation was thrown towards me. Was automatically accused of not paying for food (Cheesy chips) which I fully find very disrespectful considering I have used them most often in the past. They could not remember the times and dates and said they had no CCTV and obviously got me confused with someone else but continued to throw the accusation and the only food I have ordered from this place is a downer kebab. If I could choose 0 stars, I would but not an option......I will not be using this place again and would recommend that other people go elsewhere where..... Totally unexceptable!!!!!!!

I lived in the town for 20+ years and this place has always been a treat. But after today’s visit, I’m never wasting my money there anymore. The food was tasteless, they had no cutlery, nothing about the place was inviting. Very disappointing

Deliver very fast, grill kebab amazing, spicy chicken hot, can be more spicy, fries hot, everything very tasty! Its my fav kebab :)

Kind staff, very lienient with sauces, packs the container up with food, gave me a free drink today which was very much appreciated. Would recommend 10/10.

Everything fine, just salad can be separately, not on the top of kebab and fries.

I ate chicken breasts with fries. It wasn't fresh meat, it smelled strange. The next day I had food poisoning and diarrhea. I do not recommend

The best chicken shish. Salad (i cant to call it salad, just dry few leaf of letuci, two slices cucumber and one slice tomato) was very poor, but chips very good, crispy and big portion.

Food was an absolute mess,hardly no meat,coleslaw dumped on it,no tomatoes,barely no onions,cucumber or lettuce,soggy pitta.Did not ask for coleslaw at all.Quality 0 was appalling,service 0 miserable man.Absolute joke!!Had to put 1 star as won't let me submit .To top it of was Stine cold

We have been in High Wycombe for a short visit to our relatives. As we walked past the kebab shop, we thought let's go and have something to eat in there. And that was the best decision we make during our stay. Very, very delicious food, good prices, and nicesed people behind the counter. Very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this restaurant !!! All the food they serve is made fresh every day. My wife loved the chicken skewer, and my son and I had a kebab and that was mega too. We definitely will be back !!!! Greetings from Germany!

If you want a kebab which is covered in chunks of beef dripping then this is the place for you. If you don't like being given salad after asking for it then you will love this place

The nerve to charge £11 for a half chick and deliver it undercooked and disgusting. These guys are zero for their customers. It’s all about taking your money

Ordered a large donner kebab online via JustEat. Arrived ontime, well cooked, right order etc. However, what I received was not large at all. There's probably more meat in a McDonalds hamburger. I'll stick to wandering down to the van at the end of my road.

We ordered this evening and our order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant who was going to send a new order and take back the old one. An hour later no delivery I called again and got told to call just eat to reorder. Not helpful at all. The cold first order has gone in the bin. Won't be using Dennis again.

Nice chicken kebab, but chips were cold

Clearly all the reviews on deliveroo are fake as this food was utter rubbish! Makes no sense to con people out of money vs learning to cook. Will never order again the most basic kebab no effort plain chicken grilled (dry) chucked in a pitta with shredded lettuce heres the proof. First and last order!

Order arrived one salad box was missing and chicken kebab was covered I something spicy. I contacted the store and was greeted by a very rude person on the other end of the phone. I have used this shop for years and never had a problem so am very disappointed that this has happened

Rancid takeaway. Used to be good few years back but now it has freshies whos English is 3/10 at best. Ignore your dietary instructions. Fling any old rubbish into a box and give it to you. I was given pink chicken. When I complained…. They said ‘ OKi sorry boss, next time 2 free wings… like ??? I could have got food poisoning and your offering me 2 wings worth £1. I would highly recommend people avoid this place. These takeaways have raised the rates but food quality reminds dog food standard. Just not worth it anymore. Better and cheaper to cook at home or just go restaurant. Not these inbetween rip off merchants

Good food but no sauce and there was no mayo or sauce in the pitta or with he chips. Normally we get a Turkish chilli sauce, mayo and ketchup when we ordered previously

My son likes to treat me to a chicken shish , the food is always lovely and you get loads of salad with your meal , staff are always friendly, not a fancy place but always clean , good value for money

Completely disappointed. Didn't receive my drink, my extra cheese, and the salad box. On top that deceiving delivery, the rest of what they managed to bring was all wet, and upside-down , as if it was dropped and picked up. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, unhygienic, heartless. Consumer service via telephone from the restaurant staff is ZERO, NUL. WAARDLOOZE.

Excellent food as always, salad cold and donner hot! Delivery took a while, but I think that’s just because it was a Saturday night. We keep coming back to Dennis’s 👍🏻

As a regular customer This is LAST TIME I’m ordering from here. Seems to me they’ve started using very low quality chicken, - it was all black inside near the bone? And undercooked. Chips tasted stale. The delivery driver also needs to be taught some manners. I’ve asked 10+ times atleast please leave the order outside the door. But he ignores it each time and gives attitude if questioned. Based on all the above. Not ordering again anymore.

The griller person was most genteel and cordially professional ( a rarity in independent restaurant) and cooked the kofte and served it perfectly. The perperi wrap meal. Perfect chips but wish slightly but more. The wrap was great. Wrap was cold though. I'll ask for it warmed next time. Bin was overfull. Only one they need an extra bin and empty this one. Toilet. Smelly but clean just about. Let's the rest down these 2 things. Pleasure to eat in and relaxing in nice table and comfortable bench. I felt like in the Mediterranean in Turkey. Total it recommend this place. No paper menu so with took photo of the menu to help you. I want to try their menu one by one!

I found some hair on my salad , God knows if it was pubian or someone in there is curly. In their description they are rated “food higiene 5/5” I have no ideea who gives this rating and who should check this corner shops as I’m so f….cked up with this sh1t. Stop ordering from dirty shops.

I have been coming here for 32 years and their food is great 95% of the time the chips are fresh and the meat always is… I have to bag them to give out enough tomato but the salad is always fresh and if you duck the pitta it’s a low calorie feast thanks guys

Absolutely disgraceful experience in this appauling dine in place. Zero people skills from the staff serving and they are cheaters. Give extremely small portions when i asked for large size and argued with me trying to convince me that they gave me large. They dont deserve a penny for that food really. When you ask for salad and sauce seperate DONT SMOTHER THE KEBAB WITH CHILLI SAUCE!!! There is a reason notes are put on dietary requirements! 5 year olds don't enjoy a donner kebab swimming in hot chilli sauce. Please read instructions in future!!!!

We order regularly here but it is hit and miss. Our recent order, we felt the meat quality and quantity was awful. They cover everything in salad to hide the fact there was barely any meat in the large kebabs we had ordered. This order was a rip off!

I order here once a month and I don’t usually complain. But tonight I got my order and the chips tasted like they were old and reheated, the doner meat was rubbery and the pitta was hard. Not sure if different staff tonight or I’ve just been lucky before but this has put me right off them. Given a 2 rating as it has been ok previously.

The chicken shish kebab with rice and salad filled a whole. It’s pretty big standard stuff but it tasted pretty reasonable. For £7 I would return again if I were e er in the area I suppose but would probably try somewhere else first.

Got the order wrong. Called, they won’t help. Say you gotta call just eat. You can’t call these clowns, they hide behind automated options. So you’re left with no dinner, no guarantee of a refund and a hungry family.

Very small portion even though paid for large No option to add sauce so had to have without favourite burger sauce No options for salad so was covered in unwanted salad and could taste cucumber even though its highly disliked
