As always the food was hot and tasty. Always a pleasure to order from Hin Garden.

Amazing people and amazing food. They’re very kind and generous, we have been ordering them a lot recently and today they made and minor mistake but they offered a replacement and it was great.

Sadly a poor experience tonight ,food tasted completely different to our usual order, as if if came from elsewhere. On the whole it was “ok” but only just

Well what I can say, I mean beautiful fresh hot steaming hot delicious even called and asked for recommendations boy I was not disappointed at all my new favourite place.

Great not what my usual does but very nice the only problem I had was the soggy chips because there put into a plastic container they wasn’t very nice but every thing else was nice

Ordered my usual beef in black bean sauce not the same as it was miles to hot

WOULD YOU LIKE TO EAT CAT INFUSED BEEF CHOW MEIN THAT WILL GUARANTEE YOU FOOD POISONING??? WELL, COME TO HIN GARDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, on Thursday, I had the misfortune to enter this smelly establishment, which should have been a warning shot to what is so come. But I was too hungry and tired. I ate this tasteless what is meant to be Beef Chow Mein and twelve hours later. It was all coming from both ends, I felt like death. All thanks to Hin Garden!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not usually a huge fan of Chinese but I really enjoyed this one, it was tasty and didn't leave me feeling disgusting afterwards. The crispy duck was actually crispy :) A bit disappointed that the delivery was an hour since it's only up the road, but it is Friday night so it's to be expected I guess. Will defo be returning in future

Bad service! Order was never delivered. However, it was marked as delivered and payment taken. I was told that they attempted to contact me… no missed calls and flat buzzer was not rung. Restaurant refused to redeliver as they were ‘too busy’. Exceptionally disappointing service.

They have many well-deserved reviews of quality. But my order was literally fibs. Spare ribs (12) sounds like a portion..it's a small box of one inch long pieces. My shrimp and pork spring roll had only much cheaper chicken! NOT one bit of what it said it should have. Dodgy descriptions made me feel deceived.

Delicious. Piping hot. Beef curry to die for. Best BBQ sauce I’ve been able to find. Moving out the area in a few weeks and going to miss this place!!

Not the best Chinese food being honest, very greasy and overcooked chicken and the rice was binned

I order this at 7.40pm and it arrived at 9.35pm. This sort of wait for a takeaway is unacceptable, more so because it’s located round the corner. I would not have ordered this if I knew how late it would arrive and can’t now enjoy it.

Food first delivery was great, this one food was cold and soggy and sadly not the quality of previous and very very long wait for delivery

I’ve eaten here for 3 years. My only negative review was my last meal they just didn’t get it right with the prawns had to throw away half a dish of food because I couldn’t I mix it. Now just eat want photo evidence.

Never ordered from here before and won't be ordering again. The chicken ball batter was really burned around the edges and as for the chips they must of been cooked and cooked again till burnt. Awful.

This is one of the best Chinese me and my husband have got in Watford. We order from here once a week and won’t go anywhere else.

Chips were powdery, everything salty but lacked flavour, barely any meat in Singapore vermicelli, chicken balls bland with no taste, curry sauce very oily. Very expensive for portion size and quality

The ho fun did not even have flavour including missing salt

This is my go to Chinese takeaway shop when I need some home comfort (yes, I am Chinese lol). Had an issue with one of the items of food ordered tonight, so called the shop and spoke with the shop owner who went out of her way to put things right for us. No one is perfect but seeing how they dealt with the problem this evening has given me the reassurance I need to order from this place again. Thank you.

I don't leave reviews but this is the worst food I have ever eaten. The whole order had been refried, the chips were disgusting and the sweet and sour chicken had no chicken in it just refried batter. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really great tasting food. We were all pleased and pleasantly surprised with our food delivery.

The chips are some time ok, sometimes absolutely disgusting (refried, reheated, stale, hard and dry) honesty horrible. Spring rolls are cooked from frozen which is nuts for a Chinese. Apart from that food is generally really tasty. Just a shame they occasionally cut corners and let themselves down.

First time ordering from here, and will definitely be back. Good tasty food, good size portions and delivered on time.

Ordered a few times always great also really appreciate the restaurant calling and checking on dietary stuff ordered a pork based sauce but no red meat, really great touch not a lot of places would check on that. Highly recommend

Still on the look out for a fantastic Chinese in the area, but this was pretty solid. Only real issue was the odd square bits of satay chicken!

Had the Chicken Noodle Soup and for £3.30 it was a pure bargain. Super fresh and extremely flavourful, generous amount of chicken too . 10/10 I highly recommend it.

The beef ho fan and salt & pepper squid were particularly good. Beef in black bean sauce was a little salty for me but still very tasty. I didn’t like the egg fried rice. I placed the order expecting the food by 8:10pm, but got an update to say the expected delivery time was delayed to 8:25 - 8:50. The food arrived at 8:10. So all good. Their prices are pretty reasonable too. I will definitely order from this place again!

Missing food and very cold chicken balls and sauce

The lateness was not the restaurant fault, let me start with that. I wasn’t disappointed with my order. The food was hot, the spring roll was delicious as was the crispy duck. Throughly enjoyed the meal.

The chicken chow mein and chicken Szechuan was far too salty and was almost inedible. However prawn crackers were given for free which was nice but with an order that was almost £30 one would expect this from a Chinese restaurant

Did not receive order! This restaurants manner is disgusting. I called to see where my items were & on the app they had not even been made out that my delivery was on its way because I checked multiple times. Then, when I called asking them to send my order they told my to 'come & get it myself' from the restaurant, but also complaining about the fact the restaurant was now closed & my order couldn't be delivered.. How could they be closed if they were willing for me to come and collect the order? I paid for delivery aswell. I will not be using this restaurant again and I highly recommend that people avoid it at all costs. Management were extremely rude on the phone with my complaint, even though I was friendly. Someone actually shouted in the background of my phone call (bearing in mind they had one just picked up the phone) "come here and get it yourself". So rude. Avoiding this place like the plague now.

Favourite Chinese. The meal boxes are great! Roast pork in BBQ sauce is amazing. Curry sauce tasty but very spicy. Always fresh and piping hot, not that greasy metallic taste you can get with Chinese takeaways. Delicious.

The chow mein, curry sauce and king prawn balls were amazing, chicken satay tasted nice but was little cubes like tofu rather than chicken breast pieces.. will definitely order again!

Hin Garden is a joke. They cancelled my order as I used a vouchers. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR SITE IF THEY DON'T ACCEPT YOUR VOUCHERS. Had to reorder and pay full price. Such a joke. The only way they will take notice is if you rid them off your site!

Beware never order from this restaurants ever again as they delivered somebody else's order to me the they rang me up and accuse me of stealing the prawn crackers that are free then they picked up the order and delivered it to somebody else's house once it had been in my possession disgusting they need environmental health called in

The initial time was 1hr:20 (Friday night) arrived 20 mins before

Food came on time and was delicious! Lovely pieces of chicken breast (in spicy garlic), not the ropey bits some restaurants use. I would have preferred more chilli in the chilli beef, but that's a me thing - I'm sure I could ask for extra chilli next time. Would definitely recommend!

Had my food delivered to a hotel which was no fuss at all. Driver was on time and very helpful and friendly. Food itself was very tasty, delivered piping hot and the portions were a really good size. I honestly couldn't fault anything on this experience and I would definitely order again.
