The burgers were perfect, melt down and chilli chicken chipotle were top notch llus the dinamite fries were good too and their shake was too good to go😔👍🏻

Rahul was great and so were the other staff. Served us at such a late time and their attitude seemed every pleasant. The shop itself had a very nice atmosphere to it.

Ridiculous service, after waiting over 30 minutes for food, as they were so busy - they got my order wrong - I then had to wait even longer - also not to forget how pricy they are for 1 burger.

Absolutely shocking service!!! We have paid £50 for 3 burger sets, waited for 1 hour 40min for delivery...recieved all orderes without any chips...when contacted the shop, they hang up on us twice and never offered any resolution...never again!! Uber agreed and refunded the money

I’ve ordered delivery numerous times from here, and it is lush. The meat for the burgers is so soft it melts into your mouth, all the ingredients are fresh and immaculate.

Best brownie in the world! Looks thick and dense yet softer than butter! Like how!? The main food is also amazing 10/10 chicken burger be warned 4oz is a good size normal burger and 8oz is a double. Chips are great! However, I gave 4 stars for the onion rings. Come on guys with such amazing food you can do better onion rings. I went to Italy last year, amazing food everywhere but a beer taverns hand made onion rings were the best thing I had all holiday. Please make amazing onion rings to math the rest of your food and I will happily change to all 5 stars. Coming back for sure.

Best burger restaurant in Watford, has been a staple for both me and my father since it opened. Burgers are incredible, and service is great. Special mention to Aravind for his kind, friendly service and even remembering my order! Much appreciated.

I don’t give reviews usually. But I was thinking recently, if a person new to Watford asked me where can I get the best burgers? BRIM would be the best takeaway burgers. Hands down. Smash burgers are superior to regular burgers. And it’s indeed juicy. Best place to order for a cheeky burger.

Have ordered online and eaten in store, food always hot and fresh each time even when ordering online!! I was committed to another smash burger place in watford until a friend told me to try here and insisted they were better, I was adamant on not admitting defeat however now I've accepted my fate and order from here instead. Definitely worth trying if you like smash burgers as i do!! The brim box and tenders are top recommendations aswell as the classic smash burger!!

Was thrilled when I saw Brim opening in Watford after discovering it in Stratford. Absolutely banging burgers 10/10, great service from Jafa also. Slowly working my way through the entire menu.. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered as a takeaway and I’ll be honest, a set of Burger, fries and a drink definitely not worth 17£, specially 10 quid for a simple cheesburger, which has a standart taste where you can find at any high street takeaway for 5 quid . Patty is is NOT the best I’ve tasted , better prefer McDonalds patty. Burger itself came too wet , but overall it was okay, as any other food takeaways, nothing special or overhyped as they wanted to be. For me is just a big NO, because the price is not justified for quality of the food you recieve.

Really Rubbish service. Food was under cooked . Ordered for collection at6pm and called at 5pm to make sure it gets ready . for 6pm and was made to wate 20 minutes

Was forced to come here by a friend and honestly was really shocked on how good it is . Interesting menu with loads of options and sizes . The beef they use must be specially sourced cause it’s really really good , fresh buns , chips are outstanding and so are the milkshakes (abit too big in my opinion) Service is outstanding , clean premises . I like the staff here too they very friendly and serve with a smile and good attitude . Rare to see !

I'll be honest this place is hyped but for those that have never gone beyond watford this would be very average what I'm really confused about is the owners and their attitude, not really welcoming they were abit arrogant as if this was some face off, mate I've come to try your food, have some humbleness, the staff were great and really helpful the smburgers are basic but the loaded fries are one of the best I have tasted. Their milkshake are excellent and it was clean and service was fast and accomdating. Just the owners need not forget that we customers and making them feel welcome is part of your job Incase you've forgotten don't let a burger joint in Watford get to your head! humbles is beautiful attribute!

We ordered burgers and chips as a takeaway. Unfortunately, it wasn't great. Food was cold, and chips appeared to be double fried in an attempt to reuse an old batch. In a smash burger, I was expecting a smooth juicy bite, but sometimes got bites of fat in the burger. Unfortunately it's a no from me

Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. The seasoning on the patty- the flavor of the sauce and the texture of the chips. It was absolutely delicious! The service by our host in terms of hospitality & engaging conversation.. we loved that it made our afternoon ever so pleasant! Also, I've had their milkshakes before (through deliveroo) & they're easily better than more famous fast food brands in the market. BRIM comes highly recommended - a super addition to the Watford food space!

The burgers here are really good in my opinion. They have lots of flavour and there are lots of options. I really like the Meltdown burger as I am big on cheese. And I haven't even mentioned the fries yet! The dynamite fries are so good that I regularly get it as a treat, not too unhealthy and packed with flavour. Overall great and the owner/employees are nice.

Have ordered from Brim a few times. Great burgers, good quality ingredients. Fresh. Skin on fries lovely. Good price point too and good portions. Staff are great too! Keep it up nice addition to watford! Have docked a point as the dine in is not ideal especially with all the walk ins. Fast delivery and pick up!

Food is here is great!! The app is awful and doesn’t work at all, I couldn’t get past check out screen no matter what I tried it couldn’t let me check out on any device also offers a non existent discount on the app offers discount for creating account of which is emailed to you and then it’s invalid. Bit of shame in that aspect as I do prefer to order directly through the food companies as I want them to get a better cut but unable too Falling short in that aspect and really needs to be rectified asap

Amazing food and amazing service.

I'm a Texan who's lived in England for almost four years now, and I'll be honest: I T don't like the burgers here. The meat is always way too dry and mostly too well-done for my taste. Honest Burger is good, but not, I think, as good as they're hyped up to be. But tonight I ordered from Brim Burger on Uber Eats, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever had in England. The burger was moist, flavorful; the bun was perfect, the house sauce exactly the right amount of peppery and sweet. And the cheesy tater tots are a thing of majesty. Y'all mostly don't know about tater tots, which is a pity. These were as good as any I ever had in a Dallas roadhouse or BBQ joint. The best part is the price is in line with what you'd pay for a similar burger in the US - much more reasonable than the overinflated prices of a lot of London-area gourmet burger joints that aren't half as good. I'm so happy I've discovered these guys. I'll be eating here as much as I can in future.

I've ordered from this place 4 times and the burgers are overall superb!! There's a few things they could improve on however, please stop putting lettuce in the burgers, by the time you go to eat the burger the sad lettuce leaf has cooked in the heat from the burger patties and has wilted and is not enjoyable. Today I had the sweet chilli which was lovely, definitely would be better with fresh onion. We also got the volcanic cheese bites today for the first time, and I was very disappointed. They were very average in taste and we received 5 bites for £4. Horrible value for money. Love the dynamite fries, they're a firm favourite.

It's less "juicy" and more "Most grease burger I can remember", also not sure since when there is so much pepper in burgers. Get fries, they are good at removing the taste of the burgers.

Was dying to try this place ordered throught uber eat and went to collect it. It didn't disappoint service was excellent what I could see place was spotless. We had mixture burgers, hotdog and brim box. Meat was super juicey. Son thought the hotdog was small but tasty. Would I return 100% we also got 10 pounds off offer on uber eats order over 25 pounds which was brilliant in the economy.

It tastes good for Koreans to eat. Please keep this in mind when going to Harry Potter Studio.

I have just had a smoky dog and to be honest it has to be the worst hot dog I have ever had, £7 for a cold dog with the smallest amount of toppings you can imagine I wish I had gone elsewhere and which I had taken a picture of it before putting it in the bin absolutely disgusting

The hype from my friends in Hemel is justified. It’s the real deal. You won’t find a better smash burger. Price/quality wise probably in the best 3 in Watford - and I have tried looooots. Also had skin on fries, potato fries, cheese tots, onion rings - everything spot on. Big portions. A review said the food looks like an American movie- that description is bang on. Will come here frequently for my cheat day.

Burgers were juicy and with fresh meat, chips was absolutely delicious and I was obsessing over those with the caramelised onions and the nacho cheese. My daughter for once finished her food as she enjoyed it very much. Workers were ready to help and very happy to help which is important. Only thing we sat near the door so it was a tad bit cold but that's not on them just the weather. The place it self simple decor but it does that job on point and stylish.

Very friendly ans helpful staff. We both ordered The Meltdown with double and tripple patties with plain and sweet potato fries and the owner threw in two free dips! The burgers were deliciious, the cheesy sauce was excellent. Unfortunately, the fries were a little bit cold. Definitely looking to go again and try some of the other burgers but probably the single pattie version as they were quite big.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened and it was definitely worth the wait! That was The Best chicken burger, fries and hot dog we’ve possibly ever had and honestly I didn’t think a vanilla milkshake could be SOO good! The service was excellent too! We’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!! X

Milkshakes overly sweet, and tons if whipped cream on the top even though this wasn't stated in menu. Potatoe tots had ingredients missing, returned and asked for a refund. Shame as I've had good experience in the Hemel branch.

Absolutely loved the burgers, the best I've had anywhere. My son and I had the 12oz smash burgers with skin on frys. My daughter and wife had the 8oz all were Juicy and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful . Not the cheapest but not the most expensive, worth the price.

Called in for the first time yesterday, it won't be my last visit! Had the Brim Burger and Skin on Fries, both of which were excellent! The meat in the burgers is next level! Shop was spotlessly clean and staff were polite and friendly. Cannot fault them at all.

I’ve tried loads of burger places and well done it was actually one of the nicest burgers I’ve eaten in Watford. Fiery Brimstone was so nice loved it . I ordered one burger and while i was waiting I ordered again the guy at the counter got it done straight away and kept my previous order warm too while my other burger was being made 10/10 service Thanks

The best best best burger I have ever had! It taste just like homemade bbq beef patty. It’s juicy, meaty, flavourful, high quality meat not from frozen stuff. The buns are big! Satisfying meal indeed.

The burger was delicious and the cheesy chips were great too. Very rarely do you have enough cheese to cover the amount of chips you have but not here. Burger was exactly as describes and came so quickly too. I loved it and am looking forward to having another one already.
