As Diamond members, we stay at many Hilton properties, and this hotel is one we return to often. The staff are consistently friendly, and the location is excellent. A special mention to Hati, Ella and Victoria in the Executive Lounge— they are absolutely lovely they made our experience there even better with their warm and welcoming manner. However, I was disappointed with the condition of our King Deluxe Plus room during this stay. We encountered several maintenance issues: the bathroom door was broken, the sink tap had uneven water pressure (scalding hot water flowed forcefully, while the cold had very little pressure), and the shower gel bottles were empty upon arrival. We had to find a housekeeper to refill them, but to her credit, she responded quickly and took care of it immediately. The food in the Executive Lounge was very nice, but I was let down to see that the water dispenser offering ice-cold still and sparkling water has been removed. It's now replaced with pre-filled bottles, and unfortunately, the sparkling water was flat and the still water was not chilled. That was quite disappointing, as the dispenser was a great touch we always appreciated. Overall a nice pleasant stay, staff very friendly but rooms need checking by maintenance.

I popped in there to have a drink after being quite flustered from a stressful day and just wanted somewhere quite as it's rush hour and Easter break. The barman that greeted me was lovely and had a beautiful curly mohawk and a tash, I popped my things down and ran to the toilet as he advised it was table service. After returning to my things and the table still no menu, someone who looked like a manager was scanning the room looking for things to do but totally missed me and was ready and quick to serve a white couple who had walked in. I had decided why give my money to somewhere that don't see me so I thank the bartender for his kindness and walked out. Then the manager saw me

3 days stay. Initial room change because the bathroom floor was dirty. In theory an upgrade but basically just one armchair extra , access to an "executive" lounge where nobody was and more street noise. 3 days without shower gel despite request. Towels not all replaced occasionnaly. One shower seal issue and was fixed. Friendly staff, lots of sms and emails, but problem with the basics. No compensation proposal, just promises for next time. Many nice words but no concrete results for the client.

Very poor service. Or it should be said “no service” after checking in. I went back hotel to take luggages after checking out and asked for a seat taking few minutes rest, and the Ruca Bar manager asked me to pay for a drink or I can’t get a seat and treated me very impolite. After checking with reception, they said it’s definitely allowed to have a rest in the sofa area. I feel un-respected and uncomfortable in that moment. Even though that Ms. Tharshika checked with the Bar manager, I didn’t get any response and any apology from this impolite man. Anyway, I don’t get any professional and normal respect from Hilton London Tower Bridge team.

The most horrific experience staying here as a newly wed couple! This was our 2nd stay in this location. Our 1st experience was great so we decided to come back again in 2025! For the 2nd time, we rented out an EXECUTIVE SUITE which was a hefty price. Management was terrible and dismissive, we stayed due to the location being convenient. Jan.24th, someone tried to break into our room! Literally banged on our door and tried to break in..in the middle of the night! After police were involved we got NO ACCOMMODATIONS nor any explanations from management. When I demanded an answer and asked about what was caught on security camera, the management again was dismissive and rude. Most days after the incident, the staff avoided us. Housekeeping did not keep up, our bedsheets and pillowcases were often NOT changed and looked dirty. Every night we slept i coughed like crazy because the room felt congested and most likely vents were dirty. This was a horrific experience, not sure what the staff will do to take responsibility. But will NEVER return here again in vacation! I will not recommend this kind of horror for anyone!

Hosted us for a work conference recently for a few days. The room and service were very good. The location is super central south of the river and there is lots of good food and drink near by. The breakfast is good but the dinner is ok. Overall we enjoyed it and would look at it as an option again.

"While I appreciate this review acknowledges the Hilton London Tower Bridge's other provisions, I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience. As a loyal customer with countless stays, referrals, and visits to your lounge and restaurant, I expected better treatment. On January 10th, around 4:30 PM, I settled into the lounge for what I anticipated would be a relaxing evening. I had a pending call and politely declined an initial drinks offer owing to this call. However, despite this, I was interrupted *three more times* during my 30-minute call with increasingly insistent requests to order. The final straw was a "reserved" sign placed on my table, making it abundantly clear I wasn't welcome. To add insult to injury, a staff member I recognised justified this aggressive approach as hotel policy. This blatant disregard for my comfort and previous loyalty is unacceptable. The consequence? I've cancelled my membership and taken steps to redirect both my own future stays and those of my clients elsewhere. Let's illustrate the potential financial impact of this with a simple calculation: * **Cost:** £7.00 (the price of the drink I was repeatedly pressured to buy) * **Benefit (avoided loss):** £75,000 (a conservative estimate of my business value over the next 6 months) This results in a **negative BCR of -10,714.29**. For every £7.00 you *didn't* earn due to this poor service, you've potentially lost £75,000 in future revenue. Hilton Operations Management, I urge you to consider the long-term costs of customer dissatisfaction, even when stemming from seemingly minor incidents. Factors like Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), the cost of acquiring new customers, and the damaging impact of negative word-of-mouth should be carefully weighed against short-term gains. I'm happy to provide further details re this incident and recalculate these figures to reflect the true extent of your loss."

POOR EXPERIENCE TWORUBA BAR- BAR MANAGER I’ve visited TwoRuba Bar at the Hilton London Tower Bridge several times before, but my recent experience was absolutely APPALLING which left me feeling disrespected & unwelcome. From the moment I arrived, the bar manager singled me out, demanding I sit in a specific seat, even though there were plenty of available, non-reserved spots. Every time I moved or went to the toilet, he seemed determined to assert his authority over me for no reason. Meanwhile, other guests, including couples, were free to sit wherever they liked without any issue. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being targeted because I was alone, female, not white, looked young—something I believe he used to justify treating me differently. His behaviour escalated to the point where he threatened to call the police & security, which was not only unnecessary but clearly an attempt to intimidate me. I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order, but no one bothered, adding to the poor treatment I received. This individual’s rude, controlling, and unprofessional behaviour completely ruined my experience. It’s unacceptable for a bar manager to intimidate a guest, especially with such a hostile & discriminatory attitude. I would expect far better from a venue associated with the Hilton brand, and I strongly urge management to address this behaviour to ensure no one else is treated this way.

Belle at the front desk refused to take my reservation when I arrived at the hotel that night. After a nine-hour flight and being stranded in London due to a missed connection, I was already exhausted. I had to use my phone to book the reservation on the spot, but first, I had to find a charging station to power my phone—all of this in the middle of a freezing night. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the London Bridge station, but never again. While the hotel room was decent for a layover, the hassle simply wasn't worth it.

After weeks of debate. And a reporting to the BBB I've decided to add a review to this process. Beware of poor business practices by Hilton management team. Had an upcoming stay but had to cancel. A "deposit" was charged 24hrs after cancelling. Cancellation was 60 days prior to stay. Was told that it's the hotels discretion when to charge a deposit and cancellation fee. So the hotel team DECIDED to charge me after I cancelled. I work in the industry. We take deposits when the guest books. Seems like they forgot to do this then charged after I cancelled. A fee is usually charged and upheld for a room that loses revenue. Not a room you will most definitely sell again. NEVER STAY HERE if this is how management show "hospitality" when you cancel 2 months before the stay then I'm sure they do not have your best interests at heart. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Will push all my clients to avoid Hilton especially this property when in London. Sad after many loyal years they valued a quick buck over being hospitality professionals.

We arrived on July 25th. It was our anniversary and had arrived in after an overnight flight from toronto canada. We were greeted very warmly from Michael. They had upgraded our room for our anniversary. Our room was ready and he explained all about the hotel. He was so warm and welcoming explaining our the city. We then spoke to the concierge and he got us tickets for the london tour bus which we took and enjoyed ourselves for the next 2 hours. They gave us suggestions for dinner for the night. We needed directions for the cruise ship the next morning which they helped with. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

This hotel was excellent as little as a year ago, but unfortunately cost savings, and high turnover of staff/constant new trainees and its lost its touch. They advertise AC - forget it, it’s centrally controlled and the rooms are like saunas. Great concierge? Negative, they force your luggage handle, snap a £200+ bag and damage is not their responsibility apparently… as for the manager? Short sighted and terrible customer service. Took pleasure in cancelling 7 future stays at this hotel because I don’t wish to deal with the poor service here again. Cheaper hotels close by that let you control your own AC and don’t rip you off! If you stayed here over a year ago, I wouldn’t recommended a return. The difference is night and day, quite a remarkable decline really.

Daughter stayed here for work. Superb location right next to London Bridge Station and near the river. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and also in the hotel but expect everywhere to be busy. Despite its location very quiet room, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fantastic view of the Shard at night. Very comfy bed! Price as you'd expect for a central London location but worth it for the extra bit of luxury. Hilton lives up to its name, classy.

🚇 Queens Road Peckham 🍺 £4.50 Fosters The Lord Nelson is located halfway down the Old Kent Road on the border between Bermondsey and Peckham. There are not many stations close by, I got the Overground to Queens Road Peckham, it’s a twenty minute walk to get here. This pub dates from the early 19th century and is Grade II listed. It is now only one of two pubs left on the Old Kent Road, this once great drinking thoroughfare used to have 39 pubs. The interior of this pub is just magnificent, so much so that CAMRA have said it is an interior of outstanding national historic importance. The servery is located on the right hand side of the main bar and has a stunning detailed structure above. Another impressive feature of this pub are the spectacular Victorian gilded mirrors, one of which captures Lord Nelson at the battle of Cape Vincent in 1797. There is plenty of seating throughout including stools around the bar. There are two pool tables, a dartboard and a couple of fruit machines and not forgetting a proper pub carpet. The beer selection is pretty straightforward and offers a line up of familiar keg favourites. I decided on a Fosters, my pint was great, price point was reasonable at less than a fiver. There is no food served here at present. I arrived around 2.30pm on a showery Saturday afternoon in August. The pub was fairly quiet with half dozen local punters in attendance. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed with a local pub feel. I got chatting to the manager who was lovely, she was telling me all about the pub’s recent challenges and the Irish Landlady who has run this pub for nearly 30 years. She also mentioned the Monopoly pub crawlers who visit from time to time. If there was ever a pub that personifies a London Boozer, then this pub is definitely it. The building and decor are a thing of beauty, unlike any other London pub I’ve visited. I would wholeheartedly recommend you visit The Lord Nelson, a glorious London Pub. ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 24.08.24 More London Pub info @londonpubmap 🍻

I was there for lunch yesterday. Since I was on the terrace, they told me to order with my smartphone via QR code. I opened the menu which does not describe the dishes you order. We ordered olives, French fries and two beetroot burgers. Since it is not specified in the menu, being written "hamburger", we thought it was beef stuffed with beets... instead it was an unpleasant beetroot patty. Without complaining, believing that the mistake could still be ours, we called the waiter and asked if there were any meat burgers: he told us that the only meat burger available was chicken. So we ordered two chicken burgers... and they brought us two sandwiches with fried chicken breast. I am a foreigner and I apologize, but even the English dictionary explains that "hamburger" is minced meat, preferably beef! To top it off, while they were bringing us chicken sandwiches, a local gentleman was telling all the customers sitting on the terrace to leave because a demonstration was about to start at the Shakespeare Theatre. We spent £100 and didn't eat. Shame on you! If you don't put descriptions on the menu, the dishes should correspond to the meaning of their name!
