A great hotel, with clean, large rooms. You can't hear the aircraft noise. Location to the airport is great, but there isn't much else around it. The food is very good and the service is outstanding. Awful. Booked a family room, to find a rollaway bed next to the double bed. That's not the real issue though. The bed only had a manky old blanket on top - not even a sheet to separate it when sleeping. The 'mattress' was stained, as was the replacement sheet we asked for. Room service provided a winter strength duvet within minutes of asking, which was OK, but a BLANKET? In waht is supposed to be a 4 star Hilton, in 2024? Really poor.

The Hilton Heathrow is a hassle free Hotel ,It is well-maintained and provides excellent service . The Hilton Heathrow says it all and it’s Name, close location To Heathrow with they added attraction of no noise . The biggest plus with the Hilton is there personnel. There is a smile and eye contact from all staff which is sadly missing in most hotels. When you Check-in there is a genuine friendly feeling as I said with a smile. You’re not just being processed you are being welcomed and made to feel at home. Cons: The lighting system is different not wrong just different from the state's operation.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in the standard room with a queen bed. Following our delayed flight from Greece to London which caused us to miss our connection to Vancouver we were given hotel and vouchers for the overnight stay. Standard business type hotel decor was fine, with sufficient storage in the room. Upon further review this is where things go wrong. There was a very noticeable blood stain on the top middle part of the bedsheet, which housekeeping overlooked/ didn’t care to change. The bed was also extremely thin and hard, one night here and my back and neck were completely broken (after having slept at 4 consecutive hotels 2 weeks earlier with absolutely no problems). As we were not intending to stay in London we only had USB cables to charge our devices, none of the outlets worked. It was overheard at the front desk that it would be 10 pounds for an adapter. How very convenient. We planned to leave early the next day so we forwent this. The drain in the shower/tub did not work so there was no way to get rid of the accumulating water. We informed front desk and they would have to send a maintenance person - this was already 9:30 PM at night so who knows how long that would take. We had to use a spoon leverage the drain open. Front desk was courteous (as they should be) but could only provide very basic information regarding how to get to and from the airport. We asked for a bit more information about an Oyster pass and getting into the city but they were unwilling/ not able to advise any further. The only way in and out of the hotel is through the H5H bus operated by a 3rd party company representing Heathrow airport. This costs £6.80 each way and comes every 30 minutes. This seems fine but in practice it’s very limiting and time consuming because passengers are hauling bags and asking drivers for basic information but they have next to no capability to answer questions. When I say basic, I mean timetable and whether or not day passes for the London Underground or Oyster is accepted. There’s not even printed time tables at the hotel to help folks without internet connection. The dinner buffet was okay, with some curry/salad/ carb options but the quality was on the poor/ mid end and I wouldn’t pay money for that. Their plated a la carte dishes from their restaurant looked better but I can’t speak for the quality. Perhaps other rooms were better, but there’s no reason to pay for and choose this hotel over the other airport hotels in the area, unless you really need to stay close to terminal 5 and have no other options.

Right now at this very moment, there is a wedding going on at 10:57 pm. We can hear everything and have to catch an early flight tomorrow. We’ve asked the front desk to have them turn it down… nothing. Beds are hard as a rock, terrible service in the restaurant. It took almost 20 minutes just to get olives. Also, the fire alarms went off multiple times during the day and it just went off now… DO NOT COME HERE!

Had to book an overnight stay near Heathrow after BA cancelled our original flight and moved us to a 6am flight. I wanted a hotel closer to T5, but this was the closest option they could offer. We decided to take the “Hotel Hoppa” bus which departs from stop 17 at T5. It was relatively fast; we arrived at the hotel in just 10mins. I’d say it’s pretty convenient. The bus fee is £6.8 one-way or £13 return per adult or £13 one-way or £24 return for a family of up to 2 adults and 3 children under 15. Now onto the hotel… when we arrived there was a queue and only one receptionist at the desk. It took a few minutes for other staff to come and assist. We had booked a family room but got told they didn’t have any available so they put us in 2 connecting rooms which turned out to be better in the end as more space. We then went for dinner. The service was incredibly slow. It took us almost 2h to go through dinner. They forgot dished and then gave me the wrong bill at the end which more than double than what we had ordered. When I was about to pay, I entered my room details and signed so it could be charged to my room. However as soon as I reached my room the waiter called me and said I need to come down to pay by card! Why??? Unlike the service, they were really quick to chase me for payment. What really did it for me is that in the space of less than 12h spent at the hotel in total, we had not 1 but 2 fire alarms. One of which woke us up at 11pm. It was so loud that the kids got scared and started crying. Thanks for ruining our night. Whilst the rooms were decent, the service was a real let down.

We stayed at the Hilton London Heathrow for convenience, as we had an early flight the next day. After checking in, we went to our room only to be greeted by a strong smoky smell. We turned on the air conditioning, hoping it would clear the air, but it turned on and off randomly, which was quite annoying. Additionally, the lift was awkward to use and didn’t work well. The hotel’s redeeming feature was the rooftop bar, which was nice but very expensive. However, the balcony view of the runway was a highlight. Given the price of the room, I would not stay here again.

Quite disappointed really. Overall it was above average. The staff were great - friendly, helpful and professional. The room was a good size, and the bed comfy. However, feather/down pillows are not for us ethically. When we asked for replacements, it took over an hour, and they only managed to find a single non-feather pillow. A basic Premier Inn hotel offers a 'pillow menu', how can a Hilton hotel be so far behind Premier Inn? We slept very poorly, and again, Premier Inn would have given a refund, no questions asked. We weren't even asked how we had slept on checkout. In the bathroom, the pop out 'plug' in the bath wasn't connected so couldn't be opened. This would mean showering standing in inches of water that wouldn't drain. I had to prise the plug out with a teaspoon, so that we could have our showers. The shower head wouldn't stay in position, and kept turning around to spray the wall. Everything else was good, from the baggage pickup/check-in to the taxi service arrangement.

This is by far the worst Hilton (Doubletree, etc.) that I have ever stayed at. My coworker and I went to the Executive Lounge, as she is a member, and there were barely any snacks and there was trash everywhere. They only had water and lemonade. The room service for dinner was awful- probably the worst veggie burger I have ever had. Was hard and like cardboard (the broccoli and tomato salad saved the meal, the fries were cold). I left the room service tray outside my door as instructed and it was still there in the morning when I left my room. My room was not initially stocked with a grooming kit but it was on the second day. I was here for a conference and 2/3 elevators were down. I went to take the stairs and an employee led me to a staircase that brought me outside and I did not know where I was. So I went back inside and exited the mezzanine level only to find myself standing in the kitchen and trying to exit. There were very little vegan options available and none of the food was marked with dietary restrictions so it was a gamble. My coworker found a hair in her food. I literally felt like I was in a food desert. My room was cleaned, which was nice, but someone knocked on my door to ask me if it had been cleaned yet (they didn’t keep a record?) This whole experience was just bizarre and a huge letdown, as I am a Hilton honors member. The only saving grace was the Starbucks in the hotel (which also had a poor selection of food). Everyone who worked here was not helpful or friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We chose this hotel because they said that they have a shuttle bus service to Terminal 5. This was misleading as there is a shuttle bus, but it is a separate firm, Hotel Hoppa bus and runs every 30 minutes. The staff did not appear to have much information on the service. The room was comfortable and quiet. However, too few front of house staff led to queues at check-in.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff and location are great, really friendly and helpful, and super close to Terminal 5. The rooms are nice, but the beds are absolutely awful. My wife and I were unable to sleep due to how hard they are. Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable (which I've done before). When we spoke with management, they said all the rooms have the same mattress so no luck in transferring to a different room. The best they could do would be to send up some more blankets.

The hotel was good and the service was okay but because of the location, this is not the best choice hotel near the airport. I stayed on the 22nd.April and am waiting for the shuttle, but it wasn't coming on time .. waiting 50 minutes and trying to talk with hotel reception, but they said it supposed to come, and they couldn't really know about it, and said get the Uber... well.. that's not helpful at all :/ But hotel spa facilities are okay . .. so if you have a car and no need to worry about the parking and don't mind spending extra money for your stay, it's okay choice. Also, there was a business area with printer and desks so if you are a business traveller it's okay choice.

The service at this hotel has deteriorated significantly and tonight is an example of it. I stay here nearly every week and recently the service has taken a noticeable decline. This evening I have gone to check in to be told that the property was full with no rooms available. The receptionist, who kindly corrected me when asked for patience apparently I hadn't been waiting 10 minutes only a mere 5 minutes, went to check with her manager who was also unable to help other than to check dirty unsuitable rooms. Two gentlemen approached the desk to check in and low and behold apparently the property was not full and there were rooms available. I'm interested to understand how there appeared to be rooms available for them and not me. After challenging this, miraculously a room was found almost instantly. I am so disappointed in my experience as mentioned I regularly stay and recommend to my colleagues.

The quality of the hotel has significantly deteriorated. I used to enjoy staying here, but during my recent visit, I encountered numerous issues. The staff were extremely rude, and the reception failed to answer calls after multiple attempts. Additionally, two out of three elevators were out of service, and the cleanliness of the hotel was comparable to a train station. Management needs to take responsibility and address these customer complaints effectively. The restaurant manager, Kamal, exhibited a level of rudeness that was unacceptable for the service industry. I recommend avoiding this hotel.

So this hotel is pretty dated. It is clean and nice but the decor is out of the 70's or even 60's in the rooms and lobby. The location is close to Heathrow, has a shuttle that goes to T5 but cost £6.80 each way. About same.price as an Uber. I stayed 5 days for work but each morning and night there was a really long line at the front desk of people checking in. This hotel is I think is geared to transit fliers. Nothing wrong with the hotel but it is like walking into a 1970 movie set of a Austin Powers movie. If you stay here plan to eat in the onsite restaurants as there is nothing in walking distance of the hotel to eat at but a Subway. I will say the hotel is right in the flight path of the airport, planes fly right over the hotel very low but I could not hear one plane the whole time I was there. High quality insolation and noise reduction. Maybe that is why they still have 70's decor, all that funny furniture and such absorbs all the plane noises! Enjoy your stay! I did.

To start with I am a Hilton Gold member and thought this was a great option to stay the night before for our mid-morning check-in flight rather than having a really early start and drive prior to our flight. Well I think I was wrong - even sleeping in the rental car would have been better than the supposed "executive twin" room we booked and the comfort or rather lack of comfort that we experienced. The bed is without doubt the most uncomfortable in I have experienced in over 22 years of business and personal travel. The bed was like a rock slab and the pillows had no filling/support, the combination was awful. Neither my wife or I were able to get any form of decent night's sleep, if any at all. On check out and raising the issue it was treated like it wasn't something that was important, in spite of mentioning how bad the experience was. I was so concerned about the continued pain in my neck that a week after our stay the pain in my neck was so bad (and not getting better) I felt I had to seek medical advice as the pain was not improving and I was prescribed medication to help. I have NEVER had to do this after countless hotel stays. Long story short - if the basic beds are OK, do not upgrade, but on future visits I won't be finding out as I will be staying elsewhere!

We've stayed here a few times and it's always been good, however this trip was awful. We arrived at 4pm and the check in was packed. There was a large wedding on, and I think we arrived at the same time as a lot of the guests. When we finally got our room allocation, we were thoroughly underwhelmed. There was a cot shoved at the side of the bed (we were 2 adults) the wallpaper was hanging off the wall and the under desk lighting was all hanging down. The shower gel container was completely empty in the bathroom. We had pre paid for dinner, however nowhere did it say that it would be from a small set menu. There was 1 vegetarian choice throughout each course... Now the worst part of the stay....The fire alarm went off 4 times throughout the night. Not great when we had to be up at 4:30am for an early flight. The reception desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I questioned them about the fire alarm I was told that someone had been smoking in the car park and there was nothing that could be done. Why do they even have smoke detection in the car park!? No offer of a refund, in fact that lady on Reception just walked away when I asked. I understand that the fire alarm going off is not the reception desk staff's fault, however a little empathy and understanding wouldn't hurt! I spent a four night stay at this hotel whilst on a business trip. The room was very nice and the bathroom was modern and very clean. I did find it strange that the basic room is a twin, but apart from this, the room had a desk, small table and chairs and a nice big television which was perfect for my needs. Sadly there was no access to HDMI ports on the television so I was unable to connect my laptop to the larger screen. I guess this would also hinder people with TV sticks and games consoles etc. The bed mattress was very firm. In fact, the firmest mattress I have ever come across. I likened it more to a punch bag rather than something to sleep on but if firm mattresses are your thing, then this is the hotel for you. I did ask at reception if there were any other rooms with a softer bed but I was told that they are all the same. However, they did offer to line it with a duvet to soften it up. It makes me think I wasn't the first person to mention this. The room service arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the hotel staff throughout were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant seems to have long delays on food around 7.30pm so maybe best to avoid that time. The food was of a very good quality both at dinner and breakfast. I found the breakfast staff particularly cheery and eager to help. There is a gym but sadly two of the three treadmills were broken. I would suggest getting there around 6am as it can get very busy. There were plenty of towels and drinking water available and the gym was kept in good order and very clean. Where do I begin. Check in is at 3pm. We arrive at 14:50pm, sit down and wait till 15:10pm approach the desk for check in. We were told our room wasn't ready and asked to wait an extra 15 mins. We sat and waited for 40 minutes in total allowing extra time so not to pressure house keeping. At this point no one had approached us with an explanation or apology of why our rooms were not ready. After waiting for over an hour, I asked my daughter ( who had booked this as a mother's day get away) to ask if it's ready? She returned and said they're getting the keys sorted. Shortly afterwards a male worker approaches us asking to come to the reception. We approach reception and they hand over our room keys with no explanation or apology. I made them aware of my disappointment in their service and on my arrival of being ignored during the whole process. Needless to say the staff at this place need training on customer service. To cut a VERY long story short, don't bother booking or paying for the executive lounge unless you want canapés of sliced cucumber and tuna. The drinks on hand is a coffee machine, cans of coke, lemonade and soda water. Nothing else. The 'happy hour' is a stand alone and help yourself with mixers of a bottle of vodka, rum and gin to use with coke, lemonade and soda water. No staff available to serve you. You don't see staff at the executive lounge. They'll come, lay the canape open, uncovered and left there for hours discolouring as a result. I was left totally speechless, needless to say I won't be returning!!!

Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5 was a nice stay for my one night there. My room was not available for an early check-in and they allowed me to use the shower in the executive lounge. Although it’s right near the airport, I didn’t hear any planes from my room. Friendly staff. If you are wanting to get around the city, this airport hotel is about an hour from West End.

On check in the receptionist was on her personal mobile phone and didn't notice we were there. At dinner, the restaurant staff unknowingly made up for this by not only acknowledging my birthday, but acknowledging it by bringing a dessert to the room since we didn't stay in the restaurant after our mains. Exec lounge was unbearably hot and the restaurant was really cold. The lighting in restaurant isn't great and was flickering so we needed to move seats twice. Room itself was beautiful, the hotel was clean and the food & beverage staff are excellent. The shuttle that comes right outside is approx £7 each, it is not free. So a taxi would have equated to the same as the shuttle, and we ran for it and then the luggage was thrown around everywhere within the bars. I suggest taking a taxi if you're not traveling solo.

Overall, a good experience. Rooms were clean but the bath was slightly ‘blocked’ so even having a shower meant the bath was filling up. The beds dipped in the middle (for some reason) and I thought it was just the beds in my room but speaking with colleagues, they too found the same in their rooms. Lunch was average and breakfast was also average.

The desk service included some rather risky communication. Meant in good humour so I was fine but could be a little unnerving for some. The rooms were far too small for a Hilton and having two single beds seems to be substandard.

Had a great one night stay. Easy ride from T5 on the Hoppa H5H. Right to the door. Hotel advised to take. Got a free upgrade. Including breakfast and lounge access. Nice room - a little wear and tear on the office chair. Clean. Comfortable. Fast service. Took a long hot bath. Had a great stay. .

We had an excellent one night stay, prior to catching an early morning flight from Terminal 5. Hotel was very conveniently located and of good quality. The staff were helfpful polite and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Seeta, Zain, Johnsil and Abbas. The restaurant food and service were both very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Heathrow and the Hilton name. It is the worst Hilton I have ever seen. The room was visibly dirty and had many broken elements including the shower. There weren't any other options for food so I ate at the hotel restaurant. The burger was disgusting and overpriced. In the morning I took the shuttle which was £6.80 for a 5 minute drive. The whole experience was terrible and felt like being gouged at every corner.

Wie Immer ist das Hilton, groß, sauber und schick. Warum nur 1 Aufzug auf? Man muss lange warten. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr englisch.

Too little toppings for the amount charged, ordered first time and certainly last one. Barely any topping as seen in the picture, charged me £1 for spinach which is a puzzle to find.
