This is a very busy large hotel, checking in at peak time (peak time can be longer than normal and when larger group are traveling together), takes time. The service was good at reception. The staff are polite and helpful. There was always a long wait for the lift and stairwell not easy to find. Could do with better seperation of vegetarian food on the breakfast bar, people cross contaminated with utensils. Ordering something wasn't timely, but like I said the hotel is busy. Difficult to get any breakfast before 0600, if you have an early getaway The rooms were fine albeit with a somewhat dated feel. The bathroom was fine, although water was slow to drain away in the shower. There is a parking charge of £15, first hour is free, please check as it changes

I regularly use the Hilton Garden Inn’s conference facilities for work and have always had a great experience. Bianca and her team are second to none with their hospitality and service. Anything you need they will be able to provide, alongside a great sense of humour! It’s been a pleasure.

We stayed here for a quick night before our morning flight- didn't experience anything beside the room itself and help at the front desk, but our time was great. The employees we spoke to at the desk were incredibly helpful and kind even when a ton of people were checking in, and the room felt very clean and safe! The shower shampoo/conditioner/etc were also really nice to have as everything we had was packed up and we didn't want to pull anything out for a quick shower, though our lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty. If we ever need a hotel by Heathrow again, we will definitely stay here. People planning on taking the Hop bus: they do NOT accept cash in any form, so have your card or phone ready! It parks right in front of the hotel doors. The bus was on time also- make sure you have plenty of time to get to the airport! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Mediocre experience, simply shocking for a 4 star, we realized that we were sleeping on the protective sheets of the mattress which were stained. The temperature of the rooms is stifling and no access to fresh air, I am unhappy with the service, we booked for 2 and the entire stay we only had 1 towel, why then? The sheets were stained, we slept very badly and the hotel was noisy.

I stayed for work reasons at the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport. The hotel is very welcoming, clean and I can say that it lacks nothing. I must emphasize the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, and in particular of Karlet who makes the breakfast even better with her smile and her attentions, and Mayank who in addition to kindness gives a smile with his sympathy making sure that everything is fine. I thank for the assistance, kindness and courtesy. Valerio Poggio

Great gym facilities. We chose those hotel due to its location, it was super easy to get to taking the free subway , then a very short 7 minute walk from the subway station. The second reason we chose this was due to the nice upgraded gym. All modern technogym equipment and a peloton bike. However the peloton bike had issues connecting to the WiFi however if you needed to use it the front desk staff would have been happy to help. I loved that they had a Skillmill and technogym weights. The only downside is the gym has ZERO wipes to wipe down the equipment. They had the wipe dispensers but both in evening and the next day they were completely empty. It would be nice to have wipes to be able to completely sanitize the work area. Rooms are small but recently upgraded, we had a comfortable night sleep, it’s a tight squeeze in the double / twin room with suitcases but you make it work. The shower pressure was dreary but the clean bathroom made it feel good. Overall a great hotel, easy to access from LHR and with a great gym, I would stay here again. I just hope they add some sanitizing wipes in the future :)

The location is perfect to have quick access to the airport but far from the city center, 5 min walk from the underground metro, Picadelly line will take to London center. I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hatton Cross for three nights, and everything was going well, except on checkout day. I asked the reception for the best option to get to Terminal 3, but the receptionist, named Albern, said to walk to the underground and take the train to Heathrow. I walked for 10 minutes, and the train took me to Hounslow. Then I took a taxi to Heathrow, and I nearly missed my flight. I later found out there was a taxi service inside the hotel, and the reception never mentioned it. Rami

First, don't make the mistake I did- this is the OTHER Hilton Garden Inn. Not the one at the airport at terminals 2/3. This one is much further to get to- take the underground to Hatton Cross (there's no lifts at this station I could see so you'll have to carry your luggage up some stairs), and then it's about a 10 minute walk. I mistakingly booked this Garden Inn thinking it was the one at terminal 3, which is much easier to get to. Regardless, I was happy with this hotel. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked good. It was very quiet even with the planes landing immediately next to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The digital key worked perfectly. Gym is very well equipped. I took a trip to Windsor and the bus picks up from a stop right around the corner. Easy connection to the train. One extra bonus- if you're interested in plane spotting, this is a fantastic place to watch large planes like A380s and 747s coming in to land. Depending on what runway they're using, the approach path is at a diagonal to the hotel so you can see them perfectly from a long way out, and they fly right next to the hotel making for beautiful pictures.

Average Hampton inn by US standards. Plus - cheap and easy transport from LHR, 5 min walk from underground station. Took me 25 minutes door to checkin line at T3. Soundproofing is good unless they are taking off right above the hotel which does happen depending on the winds. In that case you will hear the planes but only if you are a very light sleeper. Breakfast was good. (Superior to anything in the us) at Hampton inn. Ac works and is not super noisy. Gym is decent. I don’t know how any hotel like this gets 4 stars but do not expect standard of US 4 star hotels (aka your typical Hilton or Marriott). Minuses - there is absolutely nothing in the area. You have to take a tube to get anything. As I mentioned plane noise can be an issue. The rooms are rather unremarkable. Overall if good price, worth checking out. The main reason I stayed here is it’s location so close to T3 on tube that runs every few minutes. Beats hoppa any day

I recently stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsible. Neha at the front desk warmly welcomed me and provided a thorough briefing about the hotel’s facilities and services. She also gave me valuable information about transportation around Heathrow and to central London, as well as recommendations for essential apps for food delivery and navigating the UK, which really made my initial days much easier. The breakfast was excellent, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. The hotel’s location is unparalleled, with train and bus stations just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This hotel truly offers a worthwhile stay.

The workers were really sweet. They gave me the best views of the planes and it was an overall great experience. It’s super busy so that was kinda weird for me (I’ve been to a lot of hotels but never has it been crowded) but nothing crazy. Would totally go again if I have an unexpected situation at Heathrow again. Kinda far from terminal. If u have a singular suitcase and ur coming from the airport, might as well use the tube but the station doesn’t have elevators(lifts innit) and from there it’s a few minutes walk to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel does offer a driving service which is similar to Uber. Also price was hella affordable and you definitely got the quality you paid for and some.

Old hotel. The only reason we stayed here was so that we could get to the airport quicker in the morning however it turns out we have to pay 6.80 GPB per person for the shuttle bus. We were party of 3 adults so it would have cost us over 20 GBP and the bus takes 32 mins!! so we ended up taking the Uber from the hotel and paid 25.90 GBP. Not exactly an "airport hotel" Room was sad, old and gross. No food after 9:30pm which is quite inconvenient when you arrive late (as most guests would when you are staying airport hotels) Service was ok, nothing special or great - just what you would expect at Hilton hotels.

On my flight leaving London. Had to leave a review for our last night stay at London. The room is very quiet and clean. The windows have 3 layers of glasses. We cannot hear any noise from outside. The staff are very nice and friendly. They hosted complementary drinks and massages on the night that we stayed, which was a nice surprise. They also have bars and a small outdoor garden (with table tennis, fools ball table ) to hang out. Those make the stay more than a sleepover for the next morning flight, but another fun evening before leaving London.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and had a very disappointing experience with their lost and found service. After checking out, I realized I had left my pair of white tennis shoes and iPhone charger. I promptly called the hotel, and the first representative I spoke with confirmed that they had found my belongings. However, when I called back a few days later to arrange for their return, a different staff member informed me that they had no record of my items being found. This contradiction was incredibly frustrating. It seems either someone at the hotel kept my items, or there's a severe lack of communication and organization within their staff. This kind of poor service is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to offer a high standard of customer care. I am truly disappointed with the way this situation was handled and will not be staying at Hilton Garden Inn again. I would advise other travelers to be cautious and ensure they don't leave anything behind, as you may not get it back.

Hello Hilton garden inn Me and my family went on a trip to London for 3-4 days and the days were going great. However, there was one thing that was not quite good at all at the hotel. This is what happened: on one of the days, we have just came back from Chinatown and got lots of delicious pastries and cakes, we kept it in the fridge provided by the hotel so we can keep it fresh for any time we want to eat them, but this is where the problem evolves. The next day, the fridge wasn’t even that cold at all still since the first day we checked. And thanks to the broken fridge, all of our pastries were all wasted and spoiled due to that awful fridge. So what is the point of buying pastries then, it’s a waste of our money ESPECIALLY THE FACT WE ARE NOT RICH PEOPLE, AND THE FACT THAT WE HAVE JUST WASTED OUR MONEY ON THIS MAKES THE SITUATION BETTER. Please renew your fridges, they are not working well and our food is all spoiled thanks to it with our precious money wasted at the same time!!!

Recently stayed here with the family for two nights during a layover in London, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very comfortable, featuring a king-size bed with very comfortable pillows. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The free WiFi was reliable, and the soundproofing was excellent—despite being next to the airport, we didn't hear any aircraft noise. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a highlight, offering a great choice of options, including a made-to-order omelette station and a waffle maker for do-it-yourself waffles. The location is incredibly convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to Hatton Cross tube station, making it easy to get to Heathrow airport or Central London. We used the hotel hoppa bus which was very convenient as it drops you off and picks you up at the hotel. Give yourself 30 min to get to the airport as it does several stops at other hotels as well. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. There is a handy self-service mini shop near reception where you can purchase snacks and hot and cold drinks. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Would definitely stay here again. Soundproofing was spectacular! Double layer of window glass with an air gap and sound absorbing material on inside of gap. We were on 7th floor with a direct view of planes landing right before our eyes and could hear nothing! Coffee and tea was only fair - not good quality. Hotel store selling snacks and necessities does not take cash unfortunately. Restaurant prices very high though food was good quality. Pint not poured up to line :( Someone had turned on alarm clock which woke me up - I forgot to check before drifting off to sleep. I would stay here again, though. Overall, for an airport hotel this place is fine, it does the job… Fairly pricey considering its location and general averageness, but what can you expect from a hotel right next to Heathrow T2? The location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable enough! The hair dryer in our room was broken which was a bit annoying, and though there were several vegan options at dinner, the vegan breakfast options were seriously lacking- considering I paid a full breakfast price, that really annoyed me. Staff were friendly and kind though, I guess I can just wrap this all up by saying this place is super super average, nothing special, but what more can be expected from an airport hotel?! The expectations are always low.

Like many others, we were recommended to book the Hilton Gardens Hotel and somewhere along the line, booking on the Hilton's own website, managed to book the one at the perimeter rather than by the terminal. The hotel was ok but the room initially had a strong chemical odour of cleaning agents. The bar area had loud music as did the restaurant initially which was unpleasant (techno is not suitable for dining!). Transfer to the terminal was by the filthiest bus I've been on since the days of smoking on the top deck - visible layers of grime, and the bus rattled like a rattly thing. It took about 30 minutes to go round the houses to the terminal 2 (as in after literally 15 minutes "There's our hotel."). Been in worse, but won't be back.

Start with the positives - the reception staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel was generally clean. The negatives were that the room was really noisy - insulation to the outside was great - you could barely notice the planes outside - but between the rooms was terrible - I could hear a conversation next door word for word. Plus the bathroom fan carried in for about an hour after the light was turned off. The bed was hard, like rock hard, I like a hard bed but this was ridiculously hard, like leave compression marks on your body hard. Also I ate in the restaurant, but wish I hadn’t, the ceaser salad was insipid and the home made croutons are not worth shouting about
