My husband and I regularly stay at this hotel. The location is excellent with good transport links into the City. This visit was a one night stay , we were checked in by Mayank, who was attentive to our needs, polite and friendly. We were given a room on the seventh floor with amazing views of the runaway. Rooms are clean comfortable this follows throughout the hotel down to the bar and restaurant areas too. Thank you again for yet another lovely stay at your Hilton Garden Inn.

For a hotel at the airport it's not exactly in a convenient location. £20 can ride from T5, the lights on the bathroom don't work and there was no hand soap to wash your hands with.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. It is a 5 minute walk from Hatton Cross tube station. Uber is really expensive around Heathtow. So it's better to take the tube which you can get from all of the Heathrow terminals to Hatton Cross. For the tube (London underground) you just use your credit card to get into the first station and use the same card to leave the last station. No need to buy tickets.

I stay in this hotel a lot with work, and I'm always comfortable! I dind the rooms a bit clattered, with furniture, but at least there's always a decent shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Abegail. She is kind, patient and understanding and communicates clearly and respectfully. At the moment there's only one microwave in the reception area, so if you bring your own meal with you, be ready to queue, sometimes as long as half hour before you can cook it. Other then that the bar food is pretty decent, so you won't go hungry.

Had a really comfortable and welcoming stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn - Hatton Cross, Londond - it is approx 20 mins max from T2&T3 airport - I appreciated the walk from the airport, it refreshed my lovely legs. Note it’s not the one inside the airport…. The bed was lovely and comedy slept wonderfully. Two note-worthy members of the team: 1-Pinky, made fresh omlettes. 2- Michelle dedicated to making stay very pleasant. I feel refreshed and ready for this new days adventures. Thank you AMB X 🥰

Great hotel - we always stay here when we travel because the price is always competitive, the hotel is clean, the food is great, the staff are helpful - plus its so close to the airport you don't have to worry about traffic in the morning when you need to get to your car park. Most recent visit was Sunday 24th February 2025, where all the above still held true and I must give a special mention to Roydon on the front desk whose service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

A good value hotel close to Heathrow. All the staff are very helpful and have great service. Had an issue with a leaking kettle but all was sorted. There is a hopper bus that can take you to the terminals at a cost of £6.50. Or within a three minute walk, you can get the underground which costs around £1.00. There is only one stop so, you can get lost and will only take around three minutes on the tube. So, location seems out of the way but actually it’s very good.

Came in stressed (driving around Heathrow is hard for an American) at the end of a busy trip. Our reservation details were a little wonky (my fault) but the front desk made the check-in as smooth as duck soup and resolved all the potential issues before they arose. My tired family of 4 slept easy knowing we were being taken care of hospitably and we would fly out well rested in the morning. Well done! :)

Room was clean and well presented. Food quality and service in the restaurant was exceptional. The disappointment comes from the empty mini bar, and worst tea and coffee we have seen for years. All hotel staff, especially housekeeping, were exceptional! The front desk gave our daughter a teddy bear on arrival, and our housekeeper, Ana, took great care of our room, and made our daughter a doll rolled out of hand towels with a bow on top. An humbling experience. 1. Do not confuse this with the Garden Inn that’s connected to Terminal Two / Three. Naming was similar between the two and almost felt deliberate for causing confusion. 2. Long, paid, shuttle bus for international departures to Terminal 2 / 3 - expect 30 min. Minimum. Costs either £6,50, or drag your luggage for 7 min to the closest tube station on uneven pavement, and pray the Piccadilly line arrives on time. 3. Staff attitude is a mixed bag of indifference to detached. “5% of missing the shuttle bus”by unnamed staff member. An humbling experience to an otherwise memorable London trip.

We were there 4 days ago. We were in shock how nice all the workers are here. First, when we checked in at the front desk Mayank (or Mayark) helped us. He was so helpful and kind. Here in US we are starting to see less and less of those qualities. At breakfast, this other lady helped us, her name was Karlat. I specifically asked for their names because I considered that being nice with other people cost nothing. However, as it is something being lost in the customer service business is important to highlight it when kindness and amiability is present.

We were on an adventure this trip. The airline lost our luggage so our first night was washing our clothes. Thank goodness there was a facili ty in the hotel. This is a very busy crew hotel. They were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and in good condition. The hotel is about .5 miles to the bus and tube station so easy access to London, which is about 40 minutes away. Weather was cold and rainy so the walk was not nice. It's by busy roads so a little unpleasant. In good weather it would be better. We stayed here on two different nights, day we flew in and night before we flew out of Heathrow. Our first stay we had a super clean room with an updated bathroom. The second night we stayed here our bathroom was very outdated and was a let down compared to our first stay. The location is really close to the picadilly underground line so we were able to go into London proper with ease. Not much around the hotel, but the hotel has everything you need (laundry, gym, restaurant which was actually pretty good, great breakfast, and a good checkout time). It was easy getting to and from the airport as well. Would recommend for those with early flights or those getting in late and want to get settled in soon after arrival. This is not the hotel from which you can walk to terminal 2. Why on earth do you have 2 hotels named exactly the same Hilton? We specifically searched for a hotel within a walking distance to terminal 2 and it was the single reason we booked Hilton Garden Inn. When we arrived, the lady at reception quite rudely informed us that we are in the wrong place and there is another hotel named exactly the same. She did not offer a shuttle, did not offer to check if she could change the booking. Super annoying and frustrating. Is there not enough names?? How do visitors from overseas suppose to know that Hilton has two hotels with the same name next to Heathrow airport. Very frustrating to have to travel for an extra half an hour with suitcases, find the right underground lane, walk to the station and from the station to the hotel in the dark. Tourist trap that's for sure, so disappointing. You lost a customer for life, not booking another stay at any Hilton ever. Just cannot understand who in their right mind thought that naming two different hotels the same name is a great idea 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent, and they accommodated a very early check-in for a nominal fee. While the rooms were a bit small, especially with our luggage and strollers, this might be typical for the UK. The hotel's proximity to the underground station (just a 5-minute walk) made getting around very convenient. Additionally, Uber Eats had a wide variety of food options available, particularly Indian cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Kids enjoyed watching the flights parked nearby.

The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located next to the Heathrow Airport. The place is closest to the Hatton Cross Station on the Piccadilly line, so you can take a straight train to Leicester Square for Central London, where you can find some of your tourist stops. It is a decent hotel, although typical to European hotels the rooms are, what they call cosy, but they are clean. The bathrooms have hot shower, bathtub and the tissues are well-stocked, but they still refuse to adopt the bidet setup 😡😡. They have a complimentary continental buffet breakfast till ten, the menu is standard, the sandwich assembly, cereal, fruits, various beverages, and btw diy waffles🙈🤷♀️ .

Just a warning for future travelers to save you from the MEGA hassle we had staying here, and we travel a lot. I’m not sure how this place calls itself an “airport hotel”. First major thing to note regarding this hotel and taking “their” shuttle to the airport… The airport shuttle only picks up every 1/2 hour and it’s £13 per person! It should be included in the room price. Our bus was PACKED ~ about 25 people got on with us at 5:30am! The worst part is it took the driver 40minutes !!! ~yes 40 minutes ~ to drive us less than a mile to the terminal at Heathrow. This is because the bus makes about 20 other stops (yes, 20 extra stops!) before they actually get to the terminal…including going to a local bus stop to pick up people from mass transit…. SO Make sure you allow a lot of extra time! We should have used the taxi driver milling about the lobby who asked us if we needed a ride. We regret not taking him up on his offer. Everyone on the bus was shocked and annoyed at how long it took to get to the airport when we are right ‘there’! The hotel needs a much better option to shuttle its customers to the terminal. And the bus was full! Trying to even make a stop after picking us all up was ludicrous. The hotel should make this very clear on their website!!! An airport hotel should be in the business to make the travel to the airport easy for its guests…this hotel does not…that’s not considerate or kind. The rooms are acceptable, beds are comfy, and it’s quiet. They forgot to put any towels in our room, and they took forever to deliver some. The rooms are chilly though. they have snack offerings downstairs but we got food when we stopped for gas before the car rental return. We did not do anything in the lobby but a fair amount of people were milling about. Second grip - access to rental car return and access to any other services once your drop your car off! we thought it would be smart to check in to the hotel, drop our luggage off and then return our rental car to National. Thinking this would save us a huge amount of time the next morning. Wrong. We should have just stayed out at our other accommodations for holiday and driven in early, directly to the rental car, and then straight to Heathrow via their shuttle to the terminals. we thought booking the hotel would give us time to recuperate before our next travel day. Wrong! It ended up being almost 2 hours of a journey and it was only a few miles away. There is no transportation from the rental car to the airport hotel! Be warned there is no easy way to get back from the rental car drops even though it’s 8 minute drive away. It took us over 1.5 hours (!) of waiting at the rental car office after we had dropped our car off to get a taxi to even come and pick us up. The car companies will continue to cancel your ride since you are not going far. The people next to us dropping their rental car ended up riding with us because they had gotten stranded and their Uber kept cancelling. Be warned when choosing your airport hotel. This was not an easy experience and we are seasoned travellers. It all felt like they were keeping it as a naughty secret from the guests. Wish we had stayed within the airport terminal. We almost missed our INTL flight due to this insanity. Safe travels everyone!

The employees we spoke to at the desk were incredibly helpful and kind even when a ton of people were checking in, and the room felt very clean and safe! The shower shampoo/conditioner/etc were also really nice to have as everything we had was packed up and we didn't want to pull anything out for a quick shower, though our lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty. If we ever need a hotel by Heathrow again, we will definitely stay here. People planning on taking the Hop bus: they do NOT accept cash in any form, so have your card or phone ready! Great gym facilities. We chose those hotel due to its location, it was super easy to get to taking the free subway , then a very short 7 minute walk from the subway station. The second reason we chose this was due to the nice upgraded gym. All modern technogym equipment and a peloton bike. However the peloton bike had issues connecting to the WiFi however if you needed to use it the front desk staff would have been happy to help. I loved that they had a Skillmill and technogym weights. The only downside is the gym has ZERO wipes to wipe down the equipment. They had the wipe dispensers but both in evening and the next day they were completely empty. It would be nice to have wipes to be able to completely sanitize the work area. Rooms are small but recently upgraded, we had a comfortable night sleep, it’s a tight squeeze in the double / twin room with suitcases but you make it work. The shower pressure was dreary but the clean bathroom made it feel good. Overall a great hotel, easy to access from LHR and with a great gym, I would stay here again. I just hope they add some sanitizing wipes in the future :)

First, don't make the mistake I did- this is the OTHER Hilton Garden Inn. Not the one at the airport at terminals 2/3. This one is much further to get to- take the underground to Hatton Cross (there's no lifts at this station I could see so you'll have to carry your luggage up some stairs), and then it's about a 10 minute walk. I mistakingly booked this Garden Inn thinking it was the one at terminal 3, which is much easier to get to. Regardless, I was happy with this hotel. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked good. It was very quiet even with the planes landing immediately next to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The digital key worked perfectly. Gym is very well equipped. I took a trip to Windsor and the bus picks up from a stop right around the corner. Easy connection to the train. One extra bonus- if you're interested in plane spotting, this is a fantastic place to watch large planes like A380s and 747s coming in to land. Depending on what runway they're using, the approach path is at a diagonal to the hotel so you can see them perfectly from a long way out, and they fly right next to the hotel making for beautiful pictures.

Average at best, rooms just ok and the food and drinks at the bar very over priced.

Average Hampton inn by US standards. Plus - cheap and easy transport from LHR, 5 min walk from underground station. Took me 25 minutes door to checkin line at T3. Soundproofing is good unless they are taking off right above the hotel which does happen depending on the winds. In that case you will hear the planes but only if you are a very light sleeper. Breakfast was good. (Superior to anything in the us) at Hampton inn. Ac works and is not super noisy. Gym is decent. I don’t know how any hotel like this gets 4 stars but do not expect standard of US 4 star hotels (aka your typical Hilton or Marriott). Minuses - there is absolutely nothing in the area. You have to take a tube to get anything. As I mentioned plane noise can be an issue. The rooms are rather unremarkable. Overall if good price, worth checking out. The main reason I stayed here is it’s location so close to T3 on tube that runs every few minutes. Beats hoppa any day

I had such a great experience here! The staff and location was amazing. Shoutout to the receptionist, Neha, who was an amazing person to talk to and we had so much laughs while settling our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsible. Neha at the front desk warmly welcomed me and provided a thorough briefing about the hotel’s facilities and services. She also gave me valuable information about transportation around Heathrow and to central London, as well as recommendations for essential apps for food delivery and navigating the UK, which really made my initial days much easier. The breakfast was excellent, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. The hotel’s location is unparalleled, with train and bus stations just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This hotel truly offers a worthwhile stay.

The first stay after our landing on our 10 days holidays in London. We were from Dubai, 150 family friends. The location was just across airport, could go by walk, but we went by bus! The bus and the metro stations were less than 10 minutes on foot!

The hotel Seems to be getting busier and busier. The star of reception has to be Albern, who is always smart, polite and checks me In quickly but nicely. His a true credit to your team.

Don't go here! Total time in the restaurant was over 2 hours and waited 45 minuets for the bill. For the price you pay its a very standard hotel. If you encounter any issues they don't go to any extra effort to remedy this for you. If you're going to pay extra for luxury I'd highly reccomend you look elsewhere

This is a good budget hotel. Jack's bar was good for a cocktail. Rooms are efficiënt. Shower/Tub arrangement is very very small. Perhaps the worst ergonomics for a shower ever.

A nice stay nearby the Heathrow airport. The front desk staff checked us in is friendly, efficiency and informative. The room is clean with all necessary facilities. Comfortable linen and bed. The window is triple glazing which provides a totally quiet room even though the airport is close-by. The lounge area is spacious, beautiful with several seating areas including an outdoor garden, a mini self service store. The bus stop and train station both within walking distance. Shuttle bus service is available to and from the airport.

The workers were really sweet. They gave me the best views of the planes and it was an overall great experience. It’s super busy so that was kinda weird for me (I’ve been to a lot of hotels but never has it been crowded) but nothing crazy. Would totally go again if I have an unexpected situation at Heathrow again. Kinda far from terminal. If u have a singular suitcase and ur coming from the airport, might as well use the tube but the station doesn’t have elevators(lifts innit) and from there it’s a few minutes walk to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel does offer a driving service which is similar to Uber. Also price was hella affordable and you definitely got the quality you paid for and some.

Old hotel. The only reason we stayed here was so that we could get to the airport quicker in the morning however it turns out we have to pay 6.80 GPB per person for the shuttle bus. We were party of 3 adults so it would have cost us over 20 GBP and the bus takes 32 mins!! so we ended up taking the Uber from the hotel and paid 25.90 GBP. Not exactly an "airport hotel" Room was sad, old and gross. No food after 9:30pm which is quite inconvenient when you arrive late (as most guests would when you are staying airport hotels) Service was ok, nothing special or great - just what you would expect at Hilton hotels.

On my flight leaving London. Had to leave a review for our last night stay at London. The room is very quiet and clean. The windows have 3 layers of glasses. We cannot hear any noise from outside. The staff are very nice and friendly. They hosted complementary drinks and massages on the night that we stayed, which was a nice surprise. They also have bars and a small outdoor garden (with table tennis, fools ball table ) to hang out. Those make the stay more than a sleepover for the next morning flight, but another fun evening before leaving London.

Lovely hotel, some of the staff are great. It’s a good place if you’re looking for a place to overnight while at Heathrow. Definitely better than sleeping in the airport

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and had a very disappointing experience with their lost and found service. After checking out, I realized I had left my pair of white tennis shoes and iPhone charger. I promptly called the hotel, and the first representative I spoke with confirmed that they had found my belongings. However, when I called back a few days later to arrange for their return, a different staff member informed me that they had no record of my items being found. This contradiction was incredibly frustrating. It seems either someone at the hotel kept my items, or there's a severe lack of communication and organization within their staff. This kind of poor service is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to offer a high standard of customer care. I am truly disappointed with the way this situation was handled and will not be staying at Hilton Garden Inn again. I would advise other travelers to be cautious and ensure they don't leave anything behind, as you may not get it back.

Hello Hilton garden inn Me and my family went on a trip to London for 3-4 days and the days were going great. However, there was one thing that was not quite good at all at the hotel. This is what happened: on one of the days, we have just came back from Chinatown and got lots of delicious pastries and cakes, we kept it in the fridge provided by the hotel so we can keep it fresh for any time we want to eat them, but this is where the problem evolves. The next day, the fridge wasn’t even that cold at all still since the first day we checked. And thanks to the broken fridge, all of our pastries were all wasted and spoiled due to that awful fridge. So what is the point of buying pastries then, it’s a waste of our money ESPECIALLY THE FACT WE ARE NOT RICH PEOPLE, AND THE FACT THAT WE HAVE JUST WASTED OUR MONEY ON THIS MAKES THE SITUATION BETTER. Please renew your fridges, they are not working well and our food is all spoiled thanks to it with our precious money wasted at the same time!!!

How can a first class lounge in British Airways only have an average of 4.0 on google? By having the level of service I received today… wasn’t even allowed in, despite me showing that my last flight just hadn’t been updated and I had enough points. The words “no discretion” were used despite this being a delay in the BA app. I was literally told if the bar hasn’t been updated on your screen, you can’t come in, even if you prove it - a “computer says no” answer and no offer of help or apology that the app hasn’t updated. I was even ushered to move away and go elsewhere, so I started reading the reviews of the lounge and they weren’t great either, no surprise… BA and their staff letting themselves and the airline down again.
