Great Tuesday nights staff lovely and really good food 👌

Used to live round the corner from HL years ago. Visited recently to meet up with some friends. The place has barely changed. Still a decent locals pub with decent beers. Good friendly atmosphere, just like the old days. The place it kept very clean & the staff were very friendly, made one feel welcome. Recommend you make a visit if you’re in the area. We must keep these local pubs alive!

The Highland laddie is a large former hull brewery pub. It used to have a little off-licence shop now part of the pub making the bar very large. There is a separate very smart games room at the back with two pool tables and darts. There's an excellent range of beers lager and cider, and a decent selection of wine. It's a very friendly community pub with very welcoming staff. Dog friendly, there's outside seating and a car park at the back.

Great friendly Northern pub. Excellent staff helpful and quick service. A brilliant Artist (Tracey) was on. Great songs and lots of customers signing along / dancing. Fab atmosphere will definitely be back.

It's a good old fashioned public House the staff and punters were very friendly sometime you go in a local bar and you can feel some of the locals looking at you and it can make you uncomfortable not here tho

Nice pub, child friendly and often has kids in but the staff are lovely. Would be better with a wider selection of beers and IPAs

Had a coffee for a £1. And used toilet after a long walk thank you pleasant surprise.
