Got to be the worse costa in Hull. Caramel lattes!! Ordered 2 with cream. £9.60. Hardly any Caramel and the tiniest blob of cream. Remember you pay for the extras. Very busy, so don't care how it's made. Won't be coming back..

the service was rude, when I wanted to exchange my drink because he said I ordered it wrong, she said I should take it because they wouldn't exchange it for me

i would like to say that this was an amazing experience at this costa. big thanks to josie behind the counter.i would highly recommend this costa because the atmosphere was brilliant the staff was very kind(josie). the drink that i got was very glummy . big thanks to mel she was very nice .

Kingswood costa very disappointed. Staff more interested in other staff than acknowledging customers. Seemed very noisy. Will definitely stick to costa at hedon Road near lidls where staff are fabulous

It's reasonably priced, with plenty of flavours and drink types to choose from. Staff are friendly and polite, and they keep the shop cleaned regularly :)

Consistently good coffee and general hustle bustle coffee shop atmosphere. The downside was it was around 7 degrees outside and the air conditioning kept coming on. It got quite chilly so drank up and left (maybe why it's on?) Edit: visited 9/4/24 and 1.45pm a barista came up and said 'we are closed now we are short staffed' I'd missed the sign as I'd gone to the till a different way she said we told you at the till (they didn't or I would not still be sat there). I feel for the staff, Costa never seem to employ enough staff to cope with demand.

We’ve ordered only two double expresso, today, however, barista were extremely well trained. He warmed the cups before making a coffee (unusual in coffee shops), he asked me I like some glass of water along with my espresso. He should be rewarded with pay raise.

Have to say, the staff inside 'Next' on Kingswood are absolutely fantastic. Always greet you with a smile and can always remember what drink I want before I even ask. Fantastic customer service. If only all people were this friendly. Great work, keep it up.

All in all a nice place the drinks are always good food is limited if you have allergies. Very little gluten free food for example.

I go there a lot. Sometimes everything is great: service, coffee etc. Sometimes they make small mistakes with my order but overall it's ok.

This used to be my favourite Costa of all. Always clean friendly and fast. Last two months have been a disaster. Since the new costa opened in Next across the road and took all the best staff, its hopless ive tried and tried. To stay loyal but I've had to switch. Every EVERY. order is wrong. The staff are scruffy and clueless. Definitely not up to Costa normal standards... do yourselves a favour and go to the new Costa in Next. You wont be disappointed.

Just another example of a Costa with toilets that are well below an acceptable standard. One toilet had an out of order hand dryer but had no notice on the door to that effect, nor any other available method to dry your hands. The other toilet had no hand-wash. That amounts to zero cross-contamination control and zero infection control. Totally unacceptable. I, therefore, leave it to other readers of this review to make their own opinions about the quality and safety of the food and coffee being served up by the staff in this establishment.

Had a nice hot chocolate but did feel slightly ripped off at the silly prices.

Wife asked for her hot chocolate extra hot it came colder than mine. Cakes were stale.

Coffee was good. The toast I had was prepared just how I like it.

friendly staff, had a yummy croissant and blueberry bubble drink. unfortunately whole place is let down by having a really loud continuous fan noise coming from the ceiling, it reminded me of being on a ferry. despite it being not too full, i had to really focus on hearing what my friend was saying.

Waited for 10 minutes. only one person in front of me. Staff to busy doing online orders!!!! Surely serve the customers in store first. Walked out without a drink. Second time this has happened!!!!

Love Costa, regular visitors, unfortunately on this occasion the order wasn't quite right, however after a brief conversation with a staff member it was quickly rectified!

Am comandat bubble frappe dar nu primesc paiul potrivit pentru bule. Pur și simplu bulele din băutură se blochează în in pai. I wouldn't recommend to anyone this place! It's not adequate for the bubbles. They don't offer the right straw for the bubbles

Food is just too overpriced for me but coffee is priced competitively

The lady that took our order was helpful... But we popped in earlier in the week and another branch and they both had run out of cream which i find disappointing. Also prices for the same coffe changes from store to store?

It's a popular and busy place, but the staff are organised, and work very hard and always strive to give good customer service.

Much better since the update but Costa why do you only have 1, YES 1 HIGHCHAIR for the whole shop! It's the same for the 1 inside next across the road! Very poor on the families.

This Costa is pretty good. The staff are friendly and the decor makes it really relaxing. I find it's best to visit in a morning as it's usually less packed.

Huge queue going to the door. 1 lady was working her head off while another woman with stuck up dyed hairs arranged cake. The lady who was working asked her for help and the woman with the hair refused to and carried on arranging cake

Used to be my go to place. Sadly today a member of staff decided they would mess around pulling faces rather than try reduce the huge queue. When challenged after 10 minutes of waiting to be served, I didn’t expect to be met with a scoff and the attitude. Kim with the green hair could do with some customer service training. Shame as the male staff member was lovely.

Not been here in a while and it's still as nice as I remember. Place is clean and the staff are friendly.

I have been coming to this location for a few months now and the service here is excellent. I’m usually here on a Thursday morning and I’ve noticed the exemplary customer service skills of the staff behind the counter. Friendly, pleasant, and super efficient - just how customer service should be! Costa should be proud of these well trained employees! 5 stars is not enough - it’s 10 stars for me! Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff and enjoyed my coffee and toast table sat was was wobbling a bit but all in all it was clean and busy considering it was shut the week prior with no notice why.

I went to costa today at 1pm. I expected a bit of a wait as it was lunch time but we waited such a long time due to the two lads being so disorganised. In between serving another employee came behind the counter and randomly swept but didn’t offer any help , instead all three chatted. No apology for the wait was given and no friendly greeting which is usual for Costa. During the wait I took in how dirty it was behind the counter and on the tables. I asked for gingerbread latte but they actually forgot to put coffee in , so was hot ginger milk. We didn’t say. Really disappointing from a usually fabulous name.

Covid entry exit system was not good - could not really social distance.

As we were shopping in Kingswood Next we included a visit to their Costa Coffee. We were served straight away and given a choice of table (we chose two comfy armchairs at a low table). We had a medium latte and a medium cappuccino, plus a tuna melt sandwich each. Everything was delicious as usual... I recommend this branch of Costa Coffee.

Fast service, drinks were lovely and had a teacake for breakfast.
