German Doner Kebab in Kingston upon Hull, City of

The food was lovely all round the inside and the atmosphere was very basic and the ratio of drinks:price are ridiculous I advise to buy a drink from round the corner at a corner shop.

Good staff, quick service and delicious food

Had a lovely Doner and Fries box with melted cheese for lunch! Perfect portion size, came piping hot and delicious. The lovely customer assistant Lamia helped me order when I had a query, she was extremely friendly. Great experience, looking forward to coming back

The food was amazing quality and the portions were extremely large. I ordered the OG box and it was fantastic. Laime provided really good customer service and was extremely friendly and helpful.

First time we went wasn't great. We had items missing from our order which was rectified, however the order wasn't right. We paid extra and got normal mixed meat and asked for ingredients to be removed and the product ordered still contained them.

25 minutes waiting 3 kebap menu £34.00 my mix donner kebap was more like vegan , half with salad onion and red cabbage , the quality is good , but the portions and not by the book , i will not eat here again.

Tried last night got served pretty quickly really…. Paid..7.99 for a tiny box with food just dumped in a pile..was no taste bland …and to top it off ,good job I had supplies of Andrew ..won’t be going there again.. JUNK FOOD ……

Lamia was so nice and took our tray

Came here for dinner as I wanted to try something new. The atmosphere wasn't great and it wasn't as lively as I would have thought. The tables are slightly dirty and grease can be seen on the tables. The service time was incredibly bad, as I had to wait almost 35 minutes just for some fries and chicken döner. When the food eventually came, when the server put the tray down the food fell onto the table as it was almost on the edge of the tray. Luckily the guy "swapped" the food but it was evident he just put more chicken on top and no cheese sauce. The food is okay, but for the quality and serving size you get, I would say it's slightly expensive.

Not been here for long time because of the poor service and the staffs don’t speak English. Came back again just because meeting my friend and we end up stop there and have our dinner. Still poor service. Guy in kitchen use his hands to pick foods. And there is loads of talking then working. Waiting time over 30mins when the restaurant is empty. Not going in this place very long time again.

Only realised when I got back to my hotel that the order was wrong. I ordered online to collect. On my ordered I selected large cheesy fries and receive small plain fries. I ordered a Kebab without tomato and with garlic sauce. I received a Kebab WITH tomato and spicy sauce, good job I just don't like tomato and not allergic to it! Very lazy service, obviously took no notice of my order and just did the default meal, I WILL NOT be returning.

Order for delivery placed order at 18:45 for delivery at 20:15 they updated the deliver to 20:30 ok no issues but it is now 21:45 and still no delivery utterly useless no update nothing. Very poor service over all

Terrible food waited nearly 40 minutes.worst Donner I have ever had. Soggy bread crispy meat.. When I say meat there was hardly any. Definitely be using my local kebab shop in the future.

Service was ok, lovely ladh delibered the food to our table, very smiley and polite. Food was ok, although not alot for the price paid. Toilet facilities absolutely disgusting. Ladies toilets out of use do had to use the men's, there was urine all over the floor, like a puddle of it, being walked back into the seating area, and absolutely stunk. When i told the staff they didn't care. Deffinately not in a rush to return!

Ordered box meals! But got them in a paper bag! Then was told it was extra!

When I order in self service the card rider charge me 2 time. next day I went to the shop asked them for refund my overcharge money even I have shown them my bank statement but the manger PROVIN saying they didn't charge me he was so aggressive and rude, he saying he can't refund me that's not his fault, i used self service thats my fault,

Place was nice, calm and clean, compared to the McDonalds next door that has bouncers, people screaming, dogs barking at each other, this was an oasis. Lamia was really nice and the food was decent!

Lamia was out hostess today, the food was excellent as always. This is the only place in town that truly caters to the Keto diet.

Nice food but it takes ages. If it's not busy expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. No good if you're in a hurry. Quite pricey too.

I’ve been looking forward to trying Og Kebab at GDK for awhile now, and was so glad that I did! The food was so delicious and the service was not upto the mark(Sorry to say). I was waiting 20mintues for my foods. If the Gentle guy(Oliur) was not there, maybe not able to get food.Hope so service will be better as like foods. Thanks...

Great food but really bad customer service from the old lady on front counter , refused service because she didn’t have change for a £20 note then I politely ask for a refund on my spring rolls which I payed by card on the machine because you get discount on certain items and only had so much in my bank account which is why I also wanted to pay cash so I ask for a refunded to which she replied “their are no refunds” walked off snd blanked me After waiting 10 minutes manger preffen finally came out and sorted the issue . She really needs to be trained on how to speak to people politely and not be so rude
