Really tasty kebabs! The meat is always fresh and well-seasoned, and the bread is warm and crispy. I love the mix of sauces and the fresh salad—it all comes together really well. The Doner Box is a great option if you don’t want bread. The place is clean and modern, and service is usually fast. It’s a bit more expensive than a regular kebab shop, but the quality is worth it.

This place is good. There is never many people dining so it’s quiet. Food it good but a little pricy. The only downside is the area I guess, there’s always someone who comes in and causes problems. We’ve had drunk men, men on drugs, young teenage boys causing a row, however the workers there always solve it and are very brave.

They stopped bringing the orders to the tables. A pity. Foods great like but yeah pls start bringing the orders to tables again, at least if it isn’t busy because you know nobody likes waiting for orders standing around.

Unfortunately we couldn't eat there as customer service was non-existing. When it was available it was very rude so we left.

We had a great experience at the restaurant! The food was really tasty, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to the Fatima, who took our order and told us about a new deal they’re offering. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Absolute vile place, I’ve eaten all over the world and this is honestly the worst food I’ve ever eaten!! the kebab looked like it had been chewed and spat into the box, was literally mush. If you eat from here regularly or eat from here at all in fact, your 100% a scruff…

Very disappointed. Not been here for long time because of the poor experience. Expensive! my kebab was filled with salad and cabbage there was hardly any meat. Avoid. Won't be going there again.

A very bad experience, let me tell you why. The girl in front was very rude, she got my order wrong, I said I didn't want onions and tomatoes, instead she put what she wanted when I ordered today. She has an aggressive tone with people and I told her why she was doing this and she kept yelling and wouldn't let me say what I wanted to order. Plus she gave me all 3 orders wrong.

Oliur was very brilliant and he helped me very much. I love Oliur.

Really nice food, good music and everywhere that I saw was clean, only scored down on the atmosphere because myself and my partner were the only pair in there, so the atmosphere couldn't really have stood a chance. Would definitely go back though

I was not impressed. I ordered the large doner box and I couldn't get enough. Not much meat and it didn't look like the pictures. The meat and chips were on the bottom of the box and the salad on top. I had to turn the box over.

The food is great! Unfortunately they massively prioritise Just Eat/Deliveroo etc. orders, so if you go in store to sit in or take away you will be waiting over half an hour for your food, it is a joke. And when you order online, the food gets cold quickly, the bread soggy, considering how expensive it is quite disappointing.

Great good and great service, definitely recommend when needing a quick fix on good. Gym box good for people in Keto too when in a pinch, our server Belal was a great help

Not good service and communication was poor I had kebab with salad and chips in a box there was more salad in the box than anything else and only 3 pieces of kebab meat and 7 chips very small portions and the meal was cold I was very very disoppointed with the meal never going for a kebab there again ☹️🙁🫤

The food was very good but the service lady was difficult to understand and she seemed to not fully grasp the menu. She couldn't serve properly as well as I was unable to successfully get the normal receipt. The place seemed deserted. I would say the location was to blame a little as the whole city centre was a bit empty. It was morning, about 11 so that may be a reason too. I am saying that as I have a comparison to Peterborough services and Nottingham where it was much more busy.

Here the donner krunch burger very yummy and must try. The cheesy sauce with the Dorito and the meat within the burger give the mouth watery taste.

I love the OV plant- based Kebab with the spicy signature sauce within it.

The rice bowl with chicken and garlic sauce was very tasty and I felt my homely authentic taste in my taste buds. Please tey them when out there.

The box fires with chicken was very yummy and must try dish with salads on top of them. Especially the signature sauces that comes with the box is a unique taste of them.

Had a great experience here thanks to the staff who attended to us. Wasn't sure what to get when we first got here but Lamia was really cheerful to run us through. Had the Doner Box (Doner wrap, springroll, and fries) and it was lovely. Loved the mix of vegs with meats in my wrap. Would definitely be returning to try another menu.

The food was beautiful. Unfortunately the service was less than impressive. We ordered using the app which offered table service. The very rude lady “serving” was calling numbers out but we couldn’t hear as the in store music was too loud. Eventually we heard our table number and was refused the table service we were offered online. The lady abruptly informed me they don’t do it anymore. She then ignored me when I mentioned it was on the app. Otherwise the food was fantastic.

As as a regular blood doner, I was excited at the prospect of trying out somewhere new that gives you more than a tiny pack of biscuits in exchange for a pint of blood. I have given blood forty eight times and every time somebody has stabbed me in the arm and thrown a tiny pack of shorbread at me. But not so at the German Doner Kebab in Hull. Instead, I was not relieved of a pint of blood but eleven Pounds Sterling. This made it for a more expensive trip out than my previous ventures to give blood, but the quality of the food was very, very good. Food service took a little while longer than expected and I misread 'curry fries' as 'curly fries' which consequently proved to be a disappointing then surprisingly enjoyable experience. Did I enjoy the food? I did. It was tasty and a good balance of meat and wrap & vegetables. Would I go here again? Yes. But I might look for cheaper options. Do I need to improve my reading ability so I don't mix up Doner & Donor? Yes. But I don't think that is German Doner Kebab's fault.

Poor experience. Seemed understaffed, with no person in the restaurant floor to do general tidying, or ask the teenagers sat in the booths to stop vaping. The bins were full so I had to squash my rubbish in. Not the best really My food, a wrap, was overly filled with the cabbage and onion, even though I ordered extra meat. I should have stuck with the chips and meat box that I usually enjoy. The donuts were cold and tasted stale. I have never had an issue with them before. At £15 per person, it really should be better.

Really decent food. Quick and convenient lunch whilst out with the family. Not too expensive either.

If you're looking for a quick bite that's cooked fresh, is filling and comes with great service, definitely stop in. It's our go to fast food lunch spot when we're in Hull.

OG kebab meal is as usual good taste & proper quantity. Tried rice bowl with doner meat. Felt something new. Quantity is much more than other items. Worth of visiting 👌🏻

Staff are ignorant. Inshop order terminals are extremely poor and don't give receipts. Staff just pretend not to understand. Order took over 25mins to prepare and it wasn't even busy. Avoid this place

I had a bad experience at German Doner Kebab in Hull when ordering takeaway. I placed an order through the app, the money was deducted, but the app showed no orders, and the staff couldn't find it in their system. I waited 20 minutes for the manager, but they couldn't help and told me to email customer support, which I did, but no one responded. I was essentially scammed out of my money. After this, I decided to order at the counter, but the price was much higher than expected. I initially ordered for £16, but at the counter, I had to pay £22 for the same order. I specifically asked for a takeaway, but my order was delayed while they looked for the customer, even though I was standing right by the counter. When they finally brought my order, I reminded them that it was supposed to be takeaway. Everything was fine before, but after this incident, I strongly do not recommend this place.

Third time I've been here since it opened. Food is as expected, could be better, could be worse, chip portion is smaller than a child's fries at McDonald's.. Waiting time is shockick, staff told me to go find a table card off a dirty uncleaned table, service time was horrendous, piss take to call it fast food. Wish I'd gone to a local takeaway.

Hi all i bought 2 meat döner was like wood and I couldn't eat and that time I pay 2 döner and 2 drink 20 pound to be honest don't go there and West your money.

The hospital and softly speaking staff called Ratri was very professional in her job behind her the counter. I also witnessed the extra mile she goes to help vulnerable customers,too.

Had a lovely Doner and Fries box with melted cheese for lunch! Perfect portion size, came piping hot and delicious. The lovely customer assistant Lamia helped me order when I had a query, she was extremely friendly. Great experience, looking forward to coming back

First time we went wasn't great. We had items missing from our order which was rectified, however the order wasn't right. We paid extra and got normal mixed meat and asked for ingredients to be removed and the product ordered still contained them.

The food was amazing quality and the portions were extremely large. I ordered the OG box and it was fantastic. Laime provided really good customer service and was extremely friendly and helpful.

25 minutes waiting 3 kebap menu £34.00 my mix donner kebap was more like vegan , half with salad onion and red cabbage , the quality is good , but the portions and not by the book , i will not eat here again.

Not been here for long time because of the poor service and the staffs don’t speak English. Came back again just because meeting my friend and we end up stop there and have our dinner. Still poor service. Guy in kitchen use his hands to pick foods. And there is loads of talking then working. Waiting time over 30mins when the restaurant is empty. Not going in this place very long time again.
