Ebenezer Morleys is a nice cosy bar in the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, there is a good variety of beers lagers and cider but sadly no hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The beers on offer are incredibly cheap £2.30p for a pound of John Smith's bitter. No wonder the place is packed out at 1130 a.m. there are TVs showing various sporting events and a nice covered outside seating area at the front.

We'd 24th April. Major football match on. Only Clare on the bar. Excellent worker dealt with everything thrown at her. Because of Clare I will call again. Great little boozer

Loved it!! Only one friendly female bar staff and she handled herself very well considering it was getting busy. Plenty of tvs, seats and have an outside seating area. Knew what I wanted when I went up for seconds. Great cheap prices too! Pop and and you won't be disappointed! I will be coming back when I'm in town for sure. Well done

I've never had the food so I can't comment but the lady who runs the place is great she even fought the big bosses for her customers & made sure they didn't put the prices up on certain drinks even though it would of benefited her too- see that's someone who cares more about her loyal customers & her reputation rather than just making money! All in all it's a really nice place with lovely people & a lovely atmosphere it's really clean & tidy they have every drink u could want & do little games & things oh & they also have TVs on with news & stuff on all the time so yeah 👍🏼 it's basically everything u could want in a bar 🍻

A large pub with plenty of space. Also great to watch sport on the many large TV screens, along with drinks at good prices. What more could you ask?

Kids walking in and out yet we went to walk in just after 7 to be told not allowed in very poor

This is the best pub in the City Centre. Rememberance Day. My Partner Calder Rivers sang all war songs and all time favourites to the vetrans. This is the 7th year at this pub.The pub was packed.What a day FANTASTIC

A great old fashioned traditional English pub, that I need to make more use of with it being a ‘local’ for me. Very homely layout with spacious seating areas. Can be standing room only at times but a very friendly atmosphere and cheap beer compared to other areas of Hull. Very popular with middle aged to elderly but all welcome. Highly recommend a visit if you have never been in. TV’s dotted all over for various sport watching, which is always a crowd pleaser. 🙂

Nice chilled atmosphere and got served straight away unlike wetherspoons and just as cheap.. didn't have any food..

A pub I have walked past many times when in Hull but never gone in as it looked a bit rough with all the smokers outside during the day, but thought will give it a go and was really surprised how nice this pub is inside. Plenty of tvs to watch sport on, good beer and service. Will definitely be going in again when next time in Hull.

I didn't ear here so I can't comment on food. In fact I don't think they do food. The service was excellent. And staff are really friendly and up for a laugh. Regulars are a friendly bunch and made me feel welcome. I'd gone in to meet a few colleagues from work. Had a good time.. Will definitely be going back. One of the best things is No children allowed. I have nothing against kids but sometimes you want peace.... Maybe it's old fashioned but I'm no young one myself!

Was a really nice clean place, enjoyed it.

Had a great night but that's because my team won. The service was very good but the BT sports had loads of interference which spoilt the viewing.

Best city centre pub I have been in for many years. Good team behind the bar with clean, well upholstered sitting areas. Was able to watch footie with a reasonable price pint or two!

I do like this place.Staff are fantastic and don't stand for any trouble.staff are very friendly and helpful and the staff and landlords really look after there older and vunable customers

It's a nice place with friendly staff and people, it's always got a good happy vibe , the toilets are downstairs, (which trust me is an issue in some other places) & are always fresh and clean 👍🏻 another good thing is that they're open early & they have a large selection of spirits as I drink pink gin so in some places well there's 1 if you're lucky but in here there's a few pink ones & there's loads of other types & they make them in fancy glasses with fruit & ice etc - basically I love it 😊 I'd deffo recommend it 100% xXx

Friendly staff it's an excellent place to socialise. Everyone will talk to you and drinks are a very good value for money. I personally enjoy it in here an laugh an joke with most people in here.

What is there not to like about the Ebenezer? A good selection of beers, lagers and ciders and prices better than the Spoon's pub over the road. My point of Kronenburg cost me £3 which is good by any standard. Lots of TV screens showing different sports and music you can listen to without being bombed out. Very efficient staff who serve the many customers and no food or kids making it a pleasure to visit so I must give full Mark's, 10/10

This is our favourite pub in Hull when we visit. On this occasion, we had reservations at a certain restaurant but blew it off because on a Tuesday in this pub, they have a full-on afternoon of entertainment. Bingo, meat raffles, Play Your Cards Right then karaoke. The host was cracking and the barstaff are always wonderful. The place is clean and the patrons friendly. The outside seating area although undercover, gets the sun so you can sit there and watch the world go by. Very nice people, nice drinks and a nice place.....

Toilets were terrible stunk to high heaven

Went yest got served by very unhelpful .abrupt girl looked like she didnt want to be there .i asked if she had certain gin NO she pointed to backwall and said theres the gins we do i couldnt see what they were so askd her to tell me reluctantly she did .i certainly wont be going again

Ebenezer Morley is a lively city centre pub. Quite often busy, especially when there is a Rugby or Football match on, you will normally find a seat but not always The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price are cheap for a city centre pub. They do not serve food

Really nice bar, with very friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, and live sports, only down side is, some of the clientele can be loud and abrasive at times after too much alcohol, but you get that sort of behaviour wherever you go, and that doesn't reflect on the quality of the bar and staff, all in a pretty good place for a few drinks
