I have been here multiple time and 90% of the time I get the wrong order for instance the most recent time I ordered bbq wings but instead received hot wings which isn’t too bad at first glance but it’s the principal but to make things worse the wing were pink and undercooked I also asked for a burger with no salad just ketchup only to find no only did it have salad it had mayonnaise

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. must try.

Been going to hickory chickory for years, always enjoyed their fresh food however today there must be all new staff, they was manic, all over the place, guessing meal prices, waited over 30 minutes for my food even though the gentleman said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Kids sat on tables and eating off them! When I received my meal my chicken wings were raw and like rubber, I’m absolutely disgusted it’s never been so terrible it’s put me off that much I don’t think I will ever return if ran by these incompetence

The shop was freezing , the only thing colder in that shop was the Kebab meat which I reckon had been sitting there for the last 3 days !! Absolute NO NO ! Avoid disappointment by NOT going there !!!

Greatest fries and chips it doesn’t even make sense much better than McDonald’s fries trust me

Havent got a clue. Ordered on phone for pick up. '10 minutes' Got there after around 15, have just left after around 25 waiting inside. Rude inattentive staff. Has gone massively downhill since has new people in there. Dont deserve 1 star

Could do with a non smoking sign as there was teenagers vaping in the doorway

This has happened twice now got chicken strips and they stunk and were gone off and taste like cat food

this week I bought a family buket the meat was dark brown I missed nights and the wings were extremely spicy I honestly had an unpleasant smell I was totally disappointed, the worst thing is that no one takes action with them

Chicken was cold and i eat as i left shop.

Got to say good people and food arrives on time once you order in the shop. Just a little slight improvement on the hygiene like the tables but overall it will be worth it.

Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly, always give you the best food. I'm a big fan of their cheeseburger and fries 🍟. My whole fam loves their food. Its always fresh !! I'm now recognized as a regular and they always put in a free treat!

Would be 5 stars if only the staff were more friendly. No issues with the food, but when the staff don't say a word or even bother looking at me when I'm ordering it does bring it down a bit.

I've been in and out here for years now and I've never had an negative experience they are kind helpful staff and the food for the price is amazing to put it flat sure if you order it may come colder due to the time it takes to get to places but in store the food is always hot. The staff have always been surprisingly patience I've seen staff put up with appalling people giving harsh and rude comments about this place it is a great place to go if you crave good chicken and chips for an unbeatable price. 😁👌

Visually clean from the premises to the food. Better yet the fat is free from build up of goodness knows what & definitely instills confidence in a fussy eater like my good self🍗 The taste of the chips and chicken is equally crisp and clean🍟. The staff are always busy but astute. This is one of 2 local takeaways that I'd recommend. (Other is in Jubilee Crescent near Lloyds Pharmacy) The kids menus are affordable as well as generous. I confess to having a penchant for the chicken fillet strips with chips and a drink from the kids menu as it is plenty for myself. Well done 👍

This was the worst restaurant i had a displeasure to order from. The food arrived cold 2 hours after the estimated time of delivery. On top of that the staff was unfelpful and unpleasant. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The Food Was Nice and good customer service. There was a woman about 3 days ago trying to scam a staff that she payed but I saw her that she didn't payed and trying to get food for free. This type of people should have a life. Even though the staff gave 5 pounds for free when she didn't payed and asked for change. What type of person is she?

They must be hard up to keep your change and make out you didn't leave 12 pound on the counter and needed 5 pound change even when other customers agreed with my son.. Keep it but now you have lost all of my family's and friends as a customer hope it was worth it.this happened today 21/11/19

Given frozen food, and wasn't replaced as said and I quote "it's not our problem" DO NOT GO.

The food was fine, quick delivery, price was okay...... Not a bad restaurant.
