Great Indian food for a good price. Friendly staff. Quite clean.

A very rude staff they literally they making jokes of us and instead of taking order they laugh in front of us. About food is very pathetic ,tasteless no quality with zero standards. Not recommended dont waste your money.

Ordered Hakka noodles and they were off. Only found this out when I got home and heated them. They are selling out of date food.

Very very tasty pure vegetarian Gujarati/South Indian flavors with excellent sweets to finish off. The staff are really nice and friendly.

Nima's always hits the spot every time I go. I am vegetarian, and the pure vegetarian menu they have is very diverse, so I can get anything from a thali to Indo-Chinese. If you are in the area, then this is a must visit. Just know that the seating is very limited, so you might have to take your food to go.

Absolutely rubbish.. ordered indo Chinese.. It was the worst I ever had in the UK. What a joke. They are allowed to even sell the food with a label chinese. Manchurian were like orange curry. Noodles and rice were dripping with oil like crazy. Except panner Chilly, nothing was edible. Stay away..

Excellent service, food is as close to home-cooked vegetarian food as possible. Would recommend the curries if you’re after something tasty and quick. Love the savoury dishes and sweets, their homemade food is preferable to the ready made.

Just had masala dhosa, and it's had not taste to it, it was like dipped in oil, sambar was yukky, and it's over price, mithai might be okay but over all I would never go here again, They need to go taste the food in India.

10 pieces of Punjabi samosa. The filling was slimy and old. Samosas were reheated and passed off as just-fried. Will not visit again.

Chilli chips were crunchy and tasted as if they were old. Chilli paneer too watery.

First time buyer deceived by the look of dhokla, came fresh so wanted to try but they tasted nothing like dhokla. Sweets as well, very average.

There are 2 tables behind where one can eat inhouse. We had a simple lunch here. Thali has 2 subzi and 1 daal, one can select form what is there. Then we had 2 theplas for the kids. As we went quite early it was empty and staff was chatty with us. Then we had a chocolate burfi which had an actual layer of chocolate, in India it is just barfi with chocolate color.

Average food..My wife had bought thali..while she was eating thali...she was told to getup in middle of eating thali as the shop owner relative had come...and shop owner relative needed chair to sit...really very rude behaviour with average food..please look for better option nearby

A rude staff to welcome, If you order less quantity of sweets you can see the face change on the staff faces. Food almost looks different but all tastes the same, curries especially . I ordered for meal delivery once, I thought to have it later but the dal was starting to stink after 1-2 hours, very bad experience and unexpected.

I have never experienced such a pathetic food ever in the UK. I am not frequently give bad review but this one star is only because there is no zero option. We tried all mix pakoras savouries and any of them has no taste . Too oily , tasteless , dried , stale. A beginner can cook much better than the food we paid n tried . I literally had stomachache after just tasting a single bit of each. I don’t know how they got 4.1 star review ( I have doubt ) . Chutney was literally a water with pinch of spice. Dal kachori stuffing was stinking don’t know what they used. Batata wada has no salt and so dry. Khaman was too dry and tasteless never ever had an experience this taste .

It's a lovely takeaway place with a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. They have some lovely authentic Indian food, but my advice would be to stay away from the "indo Chinese" choices, as so far I've found them all to be rather basic and lacking. Especially compared to the Indian options which I could not recommended enough. The prices are decent, but with "to good to go" app you cna snatch yourself a superb lunch or dinner at a fraction of the price. If you're looking for authentic Indian food, you found it right here. They also have a wide range of sweets, but as I don't have a sweet tooth I cannot say much about them.

Nice service and very helpful staff

Expired food , I collected too good to go bag from nimas and 2 items were expired they were smelling so bad . And wheb I tested they were 101% unedible. Same goes with aloo sabji, will never ever think to go to nima's again

I have an app on my phone “Too good to go” which tells me when retailers have food which is about to be thrown away am be seen it at a lower price. I had to work on a Sunday and reserved a meal from here to pick up for lunch time. When I arrived there were a few locals buying food and when it was my turn the lady behind the counter went off to fill up some containers with food that was likely to be wasted. I came away with a very full bag. When I opened the bag at work, I was surprised at the quantity, I am not sure what I was given but it was very tasty and very spicy. If I get the chance again, I will definitely come back for some authentic food.

Authentic North Indian food in Coventry, very good quality stuff!

I couldn’t get to order the food there because of the ignorance the moment we entered the shop, shopkeeper purposely ignored us and kept walking inside.

The curries we ordered went stale immediately the next day inspite storing them in fridge. Poor food quality and no value for money.

Food is ok but the owner needs to learn customers are always tight bright rusmalai took it home and opened gone off called up instead 5he owner didn't believe us even tho brought pre packaged and sealed i would buy your indian sweets somwhere else where they know how to service the people by British law consumer rights ✅ avoid this place like the plague

Best vegetarian food in Coventry bar none

Brilliant samosas, spring rolls, dahl, and tikka paneer. Very tasty and NOT too oily like some other outlets. Perfect hotness spice wise for me too. Will go again.

I purchased a lucky bag from the app so I was in for a surprise when I got the food home. The bag was full of different vegetable dishes, naan bread, pakoras , stuffed pepper & even some deserts it was all delicious 2 adults & a child enjoyed it. Highly recommend

Came here because someone recommended me this shop. The owner was not welcoming and sounded rude . We placed our order and she then packs it and when we asked for some chutney , she said that doesnt come with your oder . Now in the past my friends have always told me about the chutney and the snacks combo and i was looking forward for that . She refused and said NO you cant have it ! I felt offended by that attitude. How will such people make progress in their business when they hurt their customers sentiments for what a few extra pennies . I pity such people because they don’t realise that customers blessings are everything. Hope those extra pennies you saved help build you a mansion madam ! A small hearted owner with a petty mind . Give this place a BIG miss guys , they lack empathy and only want to profit and fill their bank accounts . For them customer service and satisfaction means nothing. I pray that they will realise someday the hurt they caused to someone in Need ! A customer who walks out of your store with a tear in their eye is not a good sign . I will leave it at that ……

Poor service and unhelful staff members. I agreed for a change in my order and was delivered with 500g of Methi Vadhas instead of Daal Vadha. These were salty with uncooked centre, I had to throw them because they were unedible. I called the restauratant twice to get a refund, but was never given a solution. One of the staff member kept diverting me to ask for a refund from the foodhub (which neither has a customer service number/email or an option to get refunded via their app). I tried explaining this to the restaurant again, and was given a false assurance that the owner (Neema) will get back to me which never happened.

I have ordered through just eat and the items I ordered were not available. They just delivered their left overs and when I asked the staff about this, she was arrogant and not responding to my questions. Poor customer service.

Very rude staff which leads to poor customer service. Don't waste your time and money buying anything from this place. The spring rolls and samosas are all frozen, so why get them?!! The sweet are all stale, neither look or taste good. I'm sure there are other better places than this in Coventry!! If not, it's worth going to other cities like Leicester.

A great place for light snacks, Indian picnic and street food as well as some more substantial dishes. All vegetarian. One of very few places that is open early and delivers city wide, for which I am very grateful. It means I can get lunch from here too. I am also glad to see Nimas on the Too Good To Go app. I usually get delivery but sometimes collect from the shop. Five star hygiene rating as well.

I brought Hakka noodles and Veg Manchurian. OMG the worst dish i ever have . I cook better than this. Didnt expect this to be so worst in taste. i usually buy Dosa which used to be good. not going to buy Hakka noodles and Veg manchurian again in my life here.

We used to good to go and got absolutely loads of delicious, spicy food for next to nothing cost. I especially liked the pakora thrown in. Huge selection is the shop, visited by locals young and old.

Oh my goodness, my partner and I gave just finished the last mouthfuls of a beautiful takeout! Using the "too good to go" app we got 2x meals for £11. Very organised upon order I was in and out within 5 minutes. The lady and gentleman very polite. The food though... wow! I am English and my gf Polish so maybe couldn't tell you some of the dishes but between the bombay potatoes, lentil Dahl, chickpea and vegetable dishes we are sooooo satisfied we just HAD to write this review. Incredible food with authentic ingredients and beautiful spice we still have some left for tomorrow but we will be back!!! Brilliant!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I got some food from Nimas from too good to go. The food was delicious and plentiful. Fantastic value! Also love that the restaurant is all-vegetarian!

Usually it was good, but today got paneer and daal makhni, it was lacking taste and also increased rate. Not very happy.

One word " expensive " being a vegetarian I do like most of their food items, except samosas. Limited to choose from other Indian vegetarian shops, once in a while enjoy. 😀🙏🤗

Great food, the right spice level and best of all, great service by the senior ladies there. Feels like home away from home!!

Ordered in, 2 mains, one side one desert, to arrive 13:10 Food arrives as 1 main which is really a side, the side and desert as expected, and the main substituted for a cheaper item, and a desert! All this with the food arriving an hour early, while I'm teaching via video, so the food is cold before I can touch it. In summary, though the food is OK, there's no way to tell what you will receive or when you will get it.

It is delightful little shop serving yummy Gujarati food. I have tried masala dosa from hot section and it was one of the best i had in UK. I also had take away of sweet boondi - amazing taste and texture, dal kachori - can't be more perfect and dalwada-nice balance of spices in this dumplings. Ladies at counter were really helpful as well. Deducting 1 star as they dont update their timings often on google. Today in Dushrea travelled a distance to get fafda and jalebi. But it was finished as they opened shop at 9am.

Food is tasteless , expensive, and staff is not very friendly, unless you know them personally.

The food was terrible I had one of there mixed grill kebabs and at £14 plus it was awful I threw most of it in the bin .first the nann was over done so it was really dry and then the meat especially the chicken was over cooked it looked burnt and again just dried meat .chicken is supposed to be tender not burnt and dry. Will not be going here ever again as it was the worst kebab I have ever had.

Comfort vegetarian food! This might not be the most glamorous food out there but the simplicity and deliciousness is what makes it very good. I know I am biased being Indian but I feel Indian cuisine is the most balanced and tasty when it comes to vegetarian food and this is Indian vegetarian food done right. Plus the price is cheap for the amount of food you get. Just don't plan on eating at the restaurant as there is not a lot of table space.

I have to visit this place when in coventry. Dhuskha bhen is brilliant. Food is alway fresh. From takeaway thali to your appetizers. Not forgetting the Mithia's.

Not enough staff - waiting ages for customers to be served. Wanted a little snack. Ordered pani puri - food was tasteless- also found a hair on the food - food was changed - Poor food quality control - food seen lying around with no protection in boxes. I could see that they got 5/5 for hygiene rating - obviously this needs revising what we could see as a family this was more around 2/5. The place was dirty. general Customer service was poor. We won’t be returning !

Its ok - probably the only Gujarati sweets and savoury shop in Coventry. The food is alright but usually go to buy the mithai (Indian sweets) which are by Royal Sweets. The food could be better but again beggers can't be choosers when you need something!

Small but good eatery specially for the Gujarati people. One can find variety of snacks and sweets from Gujarat, meals and Gujarati style south India sambhar and Dosa. Samosas are also good. Staff is amicable. The dine in is possible but very small so might have to wait for some time.

We ordered food and snacks from here for a Diwali party. As always it was absolute delicious and authentic. The service is great except that they are usually quite busy. All food sold here is vegetarian and some of it is vegan-friendly too.

Chaat are ok but can't feel real spice of India. Most of it comes with curd and sweet taste. Loved the masala tea :)
