Hey, Farina in Liverpool

Bien cocinada comida italiana sencilla, visitamos la hora del almuerzo y las comidas de la noche y ambos eran excelentes, el personal era joven y muy amable, los precios eran muy buenos, bien vale la pena una visita.

La comida era preciosa y a un precio razonable. Es italiano / mediterráneo y había bastantes italianos comiendo allí, lo que siempre es una buena señal. El personal era muy agradable y servicial, sin duda en mi lista de visitas de regreso!

No estábamos seguros de entrar, pero gratamente sorprendidos. El almuerzo especial por £ 10 era un buen tamaño y muy sabroso. Mientras ordenas en el mostrador, la comida llegó muy rápido y el servidor realmente se preocupó. En general una excelente experiencia.

We visited on a Friday evening in March with a group of friends (6 women in their 50/60s) after a recommendation from a friend We were sat in the window by the door which was a bit chilly, but the only table available for 6 people We had a range of small plates to start which were ok but nothing special Main courses were average - one had to go back as it was full of grease, wasn’t replaced and remained on the bill Everyone said they’d not go back so was a bit of a disappointment - due to the recommendation

Tried for a restaurant we had visited before to round the corner and see a long queue outside (midweek) they would not take bookings for less than 6 so we thought we would be fine with a walk-in. As we rounded the corner a friendly local lady told us about this new restaurant. We followed her (she was on her way to work at the theatre round the corner). She even recommended dishes to try. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful & the food was really reasonably priced and lovely. We would definitely recommend & will be returning.

We were here for lunch and I ordered a pinsa margarita with fresh basil. What I got was a pinsa with very ordinary tomato puree and cheese. With 1 leave of basil on top. ONE. I went to talked to the chef about this 'fresh basil', he confirmed that this was the whole meaning of fresh basil: a (not even so fresh) leave on top. He though it was funny and reminded me I was not in Italy. The pinsa was tasteless.

We were welcomed in by a very friendly chap - possibly the owner. Great service with very helpful staff, for example, offering us an even better table and making genuinely helpful suggestions regarding our menu choices. The food was excellent. We really liked the 'feel' of the place too. We will eat here again.
