Ordered for the first time. Was advised it would be a wait of 75 mins but when it arrived was hot and plentiful. Only negative is it doesn't seem to accept card payments. Well worth a try

Used the app to order -we ordered at 6pm . After 1 hour 15 mins I chased the shop as to where my order It was delivered after a 1 hour 40 minute wait! Not a good start. Food arrived cold - spring rolls / duck rolls totally bland , black pepper chicken as well as being cold tasted nothing more like chicken with gravy. Even after a quick heat up in the microwave it tasted no better!! - we also had chicken chow mien - - Bland cold tasteless - absolute rubbish food . I rarely leave food but 90% of this crap went straight in the bin - this was our first and last order from this place. My stomach is not thanking me for eating the bit i tried.

Tried after a week or so after they had opened, they now deliver and you can also order online and book a delivery slot. Our order was 20 minutes later than the booked time, all the food was hot so maybe it is ambitious of them to have specific time slots. We all enjoyed most of the food but found the special fried rice ran out of content quickly. Overall good so would have given 3.5 stars if I could have.

Absolutely disgusting serves food from days before don’t no the meaning of fresh chips brown and reheated when asked for fresh ones got told not to come back again no customer service skills just tolled to go away and not return sont waste your money I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

A family takeaway but, for me, an average takeaway. The lemon chicken was too bitter for my taste and the sweet & sour sauce was too gloopy / syrupy.

Starters: Crispy combination: Wonton - 6/10 - The batter was light and crispy, but the filling undermimed the crisp flavour of its outer. Spare ribs - 7/10 - The flavour of the meat exceeded expectations, yet not as 'drop off the bone' as usual. Spring rolls - 7/10 - The mix of mince and onions is a great combination, really pleased with the outcome. Prawn toast - 8/10 - Fried to perfection, the seasame seeds went well with the prawn to create a brilliant taste. Chicken wings - 10/10 - In my time i have had many a chicken wings, and these may be up there in the top 5, perfectly battered, with succulent chicken inside. Mains: Crispy chilli beef - 10/10 - I love a bit of crisp, i love a bit of chilli, and i love a bit of beef, to the genius that created this dish, i thank you, this was melt in the mouth tackle, along with the variety if veg to compliment the exquisite flavour of the beef, this made the perfect meal, if youre having a party in your mouth, make sure this ones invited.

I went here because of 15 excellent reviews. I just don't get it. The sauces were very average and so was the rice. Nothing actually wrong but very average. The spare ribs in honey were deep fat fried so sweet and fatty. The worst thing of all was the processed chicken, why do they use that crap !!. Just put the price up and use real chicken.The chicken broke up into bits, chicken just isn't like that. No taste whatsoever in the chicken either. The people were lovely and the place was clean. But cos of most things being fatty I felt sick for hours. Sorry I won't be returning and I'll be reluctant to believe excellent reviews unless there's more than 50.

Cannot praise this place highly enough - spicy chilly chicken and fried rice, portion ample enough for two and boy was it tasty! Highly recommended.

Just been here for tea as we fancied trying somewhere different. We weren't disappointed. The food is very tasty. It's reasonably priced and efficient service. Would recommend. They don't deliver but do take telephone orders.

Cannot beat this Chinese for quality, value or portion size. Portion of spicy chilli chicken, chips and fried rice and it serves two for supper and provides tea for the following day all for under £7!

Lost a lot of faith with most of the Chinese take aways in the area. It seems that they seem to be lacking in taste and quality. However now that we have found the Heung Sing that faith may just have been restored. We ordered 2x chicken chow mein, sweet and sour pork, fried rice and 2 portions of mini spring rolls. The cost was just a little over 20 quid. For this we got a good quality and a nice tasting meal. Will certainly be visiting Heung Sing again.

Never tried their British menu... so thought would give it a go... pie chips and gravy was the order of the day and it was excellent... every bit as good as their native chinese!

Th wife was feeling sorry for me - working away means I do not get to sample Heung Sing as often as I would like SO she ordered our favourite (sweet chill chicken) and brought it home for me...all I can say is that even when its heated up in a microwave it STILL tastes fantastic.

The chip portions are so large that one person could rarely finish them. The batter on the fish is really light and crispy. Opens seven day so you can always get served. The Chinese range is very extensive and cooked to order. Not had a bad one yet

Sweet chilli chicken, portion of chips and a potion of fried rice... an absolutely fantastic takeaway treat... only leaves one wanting more

had a takeaway from here we had veg spring rolls 7/10 beef spring rolls 9/10 salt and pepper chicken wings 10/10 king do spare ribs nice sauce but tough meat 5/10 chicken curry 8/10 and beef cantonese style 8/10. the food ranged from excellent to average so a bit of a mixed bag but overall an enjoyable takeaway.certainly one of the better ones in darwen.

This is a hidden gem of a take away the food is freshly prepared and is good quality I can highly recommend there chicken satay and spring rolls give it a try

Very good food, reasonable price and they do 6 different types of spring roll. Nom! Open Tuesdays too when most other Chinese takeaways are closed.

The chippy offers a bend of Chinese and English dishes (not tried a full English dish but the chips surely are!)

Great value too... fancied a treat and a portion of chips (huge!) and a giants portion of crispy beef tptal cost of £4.90 and more than enough for two!

But the food makes us for the lacklustre appearance. Not just your ordinary Chinese chippy this one as the food you order has plenty of taste if it's chips and curry sauce, spicy beef or fried rice. Give it a go you will not be disappointed

This place is amazing. The food is so tasty! Only downside is that the beef can be chewy sometimes... Definitely recommend though.

Only recently opened up - but after a couple of meals there it has certainly turned Indian lovers ever so slightly Chinese! They do a good selection of English dishes for those non adventurous out there... but their spiced chilli beef was a mouthwatering concoction :)
