Absolute rubbish. Had a flyer through the door. When I tried to make an order was told they didn't cover this area. Stick to Dominies this place is useless

First time ordering from Herbie's, looked a good deal any large pizza for £9.99. When ordering online, it defaulted to small pizzas. So I paid way too much for 2 small pizzas. I clicked on the deal for large so didn’t check. Poor website that I feel tricked me to pay more for so much less. Won’t use it again

Ordered a large Diavolo and Pazza from here. The thin crust is not especially thin and it's definitely not crispy (though to be fair, they do not attempt to describe it as so). Pizza was very average to be honest, I've had better from the supermarket! Nothing offensive just very unremarkable. I also feel Herbies fall behind the competition when it comes to good deals/offers which effectively makes them more expensive than competitors (Tops, Go-Gos, Papa John, Domino, etc.) You could do a lot better than this place.

Very very disappointed with the Bracknell Branch. Order took over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered with 4 phone calls to the branch, food eventually turned up cold!! Will never order from the Bracknell Branch again.

Ordered through just eat! Half the order missing! Contacted them direct they basically said we didn’t order what we ordered! They then sent a portion of wings! Still not completing our order! They then told us they wouldn’t deal with our order & we had to go back through just eat! We are now waiting 5-7 days for a refund!! No customer relation skills at all! Absolute joke of a restaurant

Working from home I treated myself to pizza and garlic bread. The calzone style garlic bread is one of the best out there. But the pizza, very doughy and very little pepperoni and this was meant to be double!

I got a leaflet from them through my letter box which very clearly stated 'Free Delivery straight to your door'. I ordered two medium Pizzas, the bill came to just over £ 30, which I think is outrageously expensive. When checking the receipt more closely, I noticed that I had been charged £ 2.50 delivery charge, nothing was said when I placed the order about any delivery charge. If they do not deliver to my area, then they should not drop leaflets through our letterbox claiming free delivery! I will not fall for this again, luckily there are other Pizza Delivery Services around here!

Just called up herbies informing them that the pizza and garlic bread was dry and cold, they said they would put more garlic next time. No offer of replacement or refund.

Called up to order some food and they answered with can I you call back in 10/15 minutes we are busy. I said can I just order some food and he said no. I replied I’m not trying again il just try another pizza company. He said ok and hung up. As regular customers with herbies I am extremely disappointed with the Rude customer service !

I placed an order with Herbies today For £18.99. The food arrived in a good time and now I’ve eaten it it has been tasty. But all the way through the checkout it never mentioned any charge for delivery. When the driver turned up he tried to charge me £21.49 with the added charge of £2.50 on top of the order. It doesn’t say anywhere through the ordering system online but you’re going to be charged for delivery but that was the £2.50 charge on the email receipt but that’s after I’ve paid for it. I think this is absolutely Outrageous and deceitful. They are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of their customers and take money from them when they shouldn’t be doing so. The shop is 2.2 miles from my house so I don’t see how they can get away with charging for delivery anyway even if they had declared it. I ended up paying £20 in total because that’s all I had on me but I‘m annoyed about being over charged and lied to.

we don't order from anywhere else now for Pizza!! Herbies is the best by far, ALWAYS super quick, super hot and the food is so good. the problems I have had with other pizza companies is unreal. Have had no problems with Herbies, really are fantastic

I love Herbies. The service is generally quick, the food is hot straight to your door and to top it off always delicious! I have yet to have a bad experience with this company and would thoroughly recommend it. It's not necessarily the cheapest pizza takeaway establishment, but it's certainly one of the tastiest!

The food took two hours to arrive despite the order status claiming it had been delivered on time., the member of staff I dealt with on the phone was very unhelpful and the pizza was could when it eventually turned up. Appalling service from start to finish.

pizza was late by 15 minutes and was only luke warm . was a little disappointed

I phoned them at 7.45pm when the meal was due to be delivered by 7.30pm and they confessed that they'd forgotten my order and it arrived by 8pm. No apology or offer for concession on the price which was really disappointing.

After waiting for two hours, with no contact from the restaurant, we cancelled out order.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Called the store and got told it was on its way. After complaining to the manager was given 50% off next order. When the food eventually arrived it was well presented and tasted good however it was only just warm. Shame as I think it would have been a great pizza if it was hot.

Absolutely disgraceful dinner- both mozzarella sticks and the jalapeño poppers weren't cooked- and seemed they they were straight from the freezer! Rang to complain and manager of Bracknell was far from sympathetic and refused to give us a refund. Will not be ordering from here again!!! Don't even want to give the food 1* but have to in order to leave this review.

Shockingly bad. My sides were all soggy and undercooked leaving them inedible. Have been promised a refund on those items but apparently it won't be put through until tomorrow for some unknown reason. The guy on the other end of the phone couldn't have cared any less if you tried. Something happened at this place in the last few months and the quality of the food has dropped dramatically

These guys always give you hot, good quality food. The special recipe garlic bread is even tastier since they moved to their new outlet. The only down side is a particular delivery driver leaves me feeling bad if I don't have the change to tip (since I pay by card)

Good pizza, but a BBQ sauce was ordered and the garlic one was sent. The delivery was later than expected but that could have been due to awkward road works coming into wokingham from Bracknell.

Sadly the first time I have had a bad experience! Pizza arrived 10 minutes late - I found I only had 4 out of the 5 dips I ordered and also I ordered Ice cream that was not included when it was delivered.

The food was very good, but the delivery time was 25 minutes longer than we were told it would be, and so was over an hour in total

We usually order from them and brill but tonight for the worst customer service ever , order was wrong and missing paid items , so called up I was just laughed at and then got him to send the correct order and once again arrived wrong order and missing the paid items
