We rode our bikes from Llanelli along the old railway line cycle path to Tumble. What a lovely surprise to find that the small village of Tumble has such an excellent cafe. We sat at an outside table in the sunshine, found the owner to be very helpful and are happy to recommend others to visit.

Food was well presented and priced but let down by the use of instant coffee. Disappointingly no toileting facilities.

Whilst cycling on route 47 Pembrey - Llanelli - Tumble we knew via Google maps that this cafe was in Tumble approx 100 yards from the top of the route when it arrives in the town. Well worth a visit I would say with a friendly lady who not only serves up the various delights on offer but kept our bikes safe in her garden 👌👏 Coffee, snacks and local chat was terrific and we will return when in the area again. Recommended even if not cycling as there is on street parking opposite.

Sharon’s ploughman’s platters are truly scrumptious. They do not only look delicious they are extremely delicious. Can’t thank Sharon enough for the amount and the presentation that she puts into them xx Diolch xxx

We recently booked and visited this establishment for a Sunday roast / 93rd birthday party, (not me by the way!) as we were staying locally for the weekend. Well what can I say!!, as soon as I arrived, the outside looked like someone’s house in this tiny, yet beautiful village, however once over the threshold it became apparent how large and beautiful the inside of this pub was, even Doctor Who would’ve been impressed with this tardis! I and another family member were greeted by a warm and friendly faced landlady, and she was a lady! Asked where we were from and made us feel incredibly welcome, then she let herself down by undercharging us for our pints £4.50 each!! At home in Wiltshire I pay £6.50 for the very same pint. We were shown to our own large table (11 people), set on our own. This restaurant was impeccable. The food was perfect with some difficult family members dietary requirements, even the chef came to the table which turned out to be the landlord, what a nice guy he was too. This place was so good, I felt only obliged to buy the landlord and landlady a drink to say thank you for looking after us. After giving the 93-year-old the bumps to celebrate, we left happy and fulfilled. Thank you guys!

Not been here before, what a lovely venue. Food was delicious, well presented and served by a lovely friendly server. It is rare I leave food but I could not of eaten another bite. The lovely gentle piano music in the background was so nice and relaxing. We eill definately be returning here.

Just back from a lovely Sunday Lunch at The Pemberton Arms, there was even a menu for the dog, although as he has no money of his own he was out of luck! Louisa was very polite and helpful, will definitely call again.
