Ordered food at 8:30pm waited and waited and watched them change the time until they cancelled our order at 11pm!

Ordered at 8:30pm, by 9 o’clock they gave us a delivery time of 9:50pm, the food turned up at 11:15 stone cold and half the order was missing! And because they had shut before our food arrived we couldn’t even call to complain

This was 3rd time when I ordered the food from Hello Burger and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Absolutely delicious food and the milkshakes are amazing… Especially I highly recommend smashed burger’s. Really awesome food.. you need to try it!

Amazingly tasty burgers, the fresh meat shines through and the fries with a nice hint of seasoning added to the flavour. Great friendly service and the food is so filling. If you want a decent burger look no further. Highly recommend.

we visited here and had cheese burgers and fries, the burgers tasted really great. fresh ,not fatty, really good quality and cooked spot on . the fries also were really good with a really nice seasoning on them...they have a decent menu of different burgers and sides all which looked very tasty, definitely worth a visit !!

First time ordering tonight, spoke with a nice guy over the phone before ordering who was very kind and assured me I will enjoy the food and that if I didn't I would get my money back and wow he was right! All the food is fresh and they don't use processed and nasty ingredients, after taking my first bite into my double chicken burger, the freshness of the chicken, bun, sauce and lettuce all together hit me straight away, as someone who has tried lots of burger joints/restaurants in the town (Yumas, Burger Boi, 7Bones, Smoke Pit to name a few) I can for sure say I can tell the difference in Hello Burger with the ingredients used, I can't say yet how the beef burgers are but I can imagine they are just as good as the chicken burgers, when I next have a beef burger I will be ordering from here again that's for sure, I would put this place perhaps on the same level as Five Guys or maybe just a tiny bit below it, again that is only based on the chicken burger, will have to see next time for how the beef burger tastes from here, for other people who want to order from this restaurant I would advise to order directly with the restaurant over the phone, you will get it much cheaper and avoid those expensive service fees and delivery fees from Uber Eats, Deliveroo and JustEat, they accept card too over the phone.

I heard about this hello burger opening in Bridge Street & everyone was talking about how great they are. So i decided to order a takeout for delivery, a vegetable deluxe buger meal, fries & diet coke / strawberry milkshake. It took about 50 mins to reach me ( tis a Saturday night ) I didn't have any expectations, but i thought through others' reviews. It may be alright. Let me delve into my vegetable deluxe burger. It looked really nice in its tinfoil wrapper. But as soon as i took a few bites, i was immediately put off by the grease oil that was dripping from it. For £6.95 , i expect this from a burger van or a cheap kebab place. Not a new opened burger place raving they sell the best burgers. I couldn't eat any more of my vegetable deluxe burger. Even wiping the burger, more grease came off. I just had to throw it away & the vile taste of grease upon grease you couldn't taste the vegetable burger itself. I've had veggie burgers at others burger places and never had this problem. It's left a sour taste in my mouth. As for the fries, lukewarm, crammed together, nout special. The only good thing was the strawberry milkshake. I dont think i will be ordering from here again £18 wasted on a meal i couldn't eat. It's not worth the hype. Please do better, or make sure your veggie burgers come out with quality control & not leaving dripping & tasting of oil / grease fat. Food was delicious. Had the Hello Burger Double, Meaty fries and a milkshake - so good! Portion size is very generous. Service was great - owner is very passionate. My colleague had some vegetarian food which was also very good 👍

It was a new a pleasant adventure into a world of home made burgers: smells so tempting, tastes so homie and we were welcomed as at a goodold friend's kitchen! Milkshake was fulfilling too! Brillian service, individual approach. Defo recommend and will come back again!

Went here last week to try out for the first time and it's a great place for food. Staff are very friendly and helpful on deciding what to order, the fried chicken wrap is probably my favourite so far but there might be something else that's better on the menu for me to try. Milkshakes are delicious is well. It's a great place will be returning more often.

Amazing staff and food. Very well priced burgers. I had a quadruple cheese burger, the patty was fantastic and very generous, perfectly cooked, juicy and soft, added to that a perfectly melted cheese and a lovely combination of grilled onion and salad. The fries were also done spot on with a lovely crisp on the outside. The place is very well decorated making you feel welcome the second you come in. Considering the quality of the food and the cheap price, adding to that a fast service, there is definitely a new gem in town. Would highly recommend.

This new Burger shop in Northampton is great! Burgers are so tasty, i tried the double bacon cheeseburger and the taste is incredible, meat is juicy and perfectly cooked! I had as a first time customer free fries and coke! Super!! I’ll surely be back soon! Thanks for the amazing experience!

New joint. Super clean, great service, food is fresh and hot and did not wait too long for it at all. The taste was amazing. Proper home cooked feel and taste and the portions were generous. Highly recommend it. My fave place.
