Felt peckish after the castle visit. Popped into Helen’s and enjoyed a delicious haggis and steak pie, stuffed full. My husband enjoyed a traditional Scottish pie + a bit of mine to taste it! Highly recommended. Also iced latte was also delicious. Definitely will go back.

Had an iced latte and 2 ice creams for the kids. Reasonably priced and all tasted good! The pies and cakes looked delicious but did not try them. Service was amazing!

Excelente comida casera tradicional "de verdad". Buenísimos los pasteles con haggis, muchas variantes y económicos. El café también estaba muy bueno. Y la atención espectacular.

Just bought two breakfast rolls ( bacon and sausage) and the filling had been MICROWAVED!! It was disgusting the sausage was white and the bacon looked uncooked, also there was that much butter on the roll it fell to bits when we opened it. Needless to say they went in the bin, very expensive rubbish!!

Me and my mum went in and the Lassie behind counter with glasses and ginger hair was rude stood crossed arms while taking order like she wasn’t interested. Muttered under her breath to talk and when we were told things had run out she didn’t try tell us what was there instead she stood still crossed armed and stared through us. She missed our all salad on roll and when we said we asked for all salad she look at us like we had 3 heads and when she had to sort the salad it was an effort. I will not be back, it’s a shame as it used to be so good.

Had the best steak pie I've ever had, steak was tender and succulent. Gravy delicious. If you visit Falkland don't miss the chance to try a pie for yourself. There were many filling options I would have loved to have tried them all.

My husband and I recently visited Falkland Scotland and visited Helen’s Bakery. My husband got the vegan meat pie and a cup of coffee with oat milk which were terrific. They also had some gluten free items which was a plus. Helen and her husband Alastair were extremely generous to us by helping us find transportation around the area, which included a hike up the West Lomond Hill on a rainy day. We are truly thankful!

I bought lunch for a picnic here. Fresh salad packed in a cardboard box with a small wooden spoon. It was a generous portion and delicious with a crusty roll and an empire biscuit. Friendly helpful staff and good value for money. Thank you.

Helen bakes all the cakes and pies herself, plenty of vegetarian choice. I can highly recommend the Macaroni pie, absolutely delicious (even cold), we went back to buy more for our lunch the next day

After viewing the palace and gardens we opted to get a couple of fresh pies from the bakery rather than sit out at one of the cafes because of the damp weather. My wife had a Haggis, neeps'n'tatties pie and I went for a macaroni cheese pie. We also got a slice of home made carrot cake and an individual trifle as a wee treat. Sitting in the car on a driegh day with a pipping hot pie, great. The pie's were great brought back memories of my old college days before all the local bakeries were replace by a Greggs.

Great food and exceptional value - Michelin starred quality food. Local produce from the large kitchen garden compliments Scottish produce. There are traditional options such as fish and chips / burgers and steak - however I presume this is for the American clientele who stay here. Definitely worthwhile trying the fine dining dishes.

Went for breakfast only to find they're closed! I hope to return one day and give a five star review.
