food was absolutely rubbish. doner meat was like dogmeat, chips were re-heats, chilli sauce was overpowered with curry powder, garlic mayo tasted of mint, no garlic in sight!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! AVOID! Kebab- Donner meat is like cow tongue, thick, FULL of grissle!! And stone cold, 1st Time trying this place, Wouldn’t even eat if it was free! AVOID

Have been working up here, and this has been my goto takeaway. Great selection of kebabs, curries, burgers etc. Was never disappointed. Brilliant service as well. 5 stars 🌟 just isn't enough.

Best customer service takeaway I see ever in Greater Manchester and Stockport big portion lots of food for money customer service. Unbelievable all the time same vibe hardly you see any takeaways with the service. You have guys like you anywhere around Stockport and Manchester. Had originally booked through just eat that apparently had gone down. Spoke to a lovely person over the telephone. Helpful, positive ✨️ and just lovely. The order came and it was delicious! We've just finished the rest of it for lunch, there was that much. Thank you very much 😃

Was there a new chef on tonight? Kebabs were shocking! Full of grease! Only ate some and binned the rest. Very disappointed.

The last 2 times I ordered, the kebabs were cold, not luke warm but cold. Instead of hot sauce, they give you medium sauce mixed with yogurt sauce with no dairy warnings. I won't ever go there again

Heavenly Tandoori is one of the best kebab shops in the whole of Stockport. Very good food very good value. Lovely stuff

Was told food would be delivered within the hour, had to wait 1 hour and 30mins. Called to chase up and was spoken to very unpleasantly. Food was cold on arrival. Won't be ordering again.

We order from here literally every Saturday... recently the meat has been literally cremated, there's items missing and this week they rang us thinking we'd rung them.. Good food most of the time but service could be improved

Tried here on the back of a Facebook recommendation and I have to say, the quality is good but the quantity is huge. Worth it if you fancy a decent tasting fresh kebab

Ordered within the time limit, order taken, money taken out of bank, order then cancelled by Heaviley, then get told refund will take between 3-5 days, NO quick enough to take the money, should be refunded straightaway 🤬

OK, had to change my review. Don't look at this as a curry house. Look at it as a kebab shop. The chicken and lamb naan kebabs are next level.

This place went downhill a few years ago but it's back with a vengeance. Although pricy with large chips extra chilli sauce and delivery 1 50 service charge 50p it came in at 16.90 but best around stockport

Ordered 2 kebabs, 1 mixed and 1 chicken. All meat dry as as sole of foot. Super spicy as well, I like spice but my daughter couldn’t eat hers. Just quite plain and not enjoyable, only ate half of mine as well. Also ordered lamp chops, they ok big portion 4-5. Also really spicy. Feel disappointed spending £35. Wouldn’t buy from here again

Made an order online on a Saturday evening . Delivery was quicker than estimated. The food was amazing Quality ingredients and one of the tastier meals I've had for a long time. Will definitely be a returning customer.

When they are made correctly, they are really nice. However, far too often the order is wrong. Today disappointment was a seekh kebab with no sauces whatsoever. And i specifically asked for all salad and all sauces.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This place is disgusting and not fit for human consumption. Firstly too 2 hours to arrive then items missing,when it did arrive it wasn't edible. Avoid at all costs what a waste of £45 2 weeks later and still waiting on a refund,heavily tandoori and food hub your an absolute disgrace I wouldn't have fed this food to my dog.

Absolutely the best kebab in Stockport in my opinion. I live opposite kurious kebab and that was my go to eatery but, over a few weeks it went downhill really fast. The one minus point is, at one time Heaviley wrapped the food in foil which kept it really hot, they have stopped that now unfortunately.

They sent the wrong food and they charged £16 for a kebab and was given a load of abuse from the staff at the shop and they accused us of wanting free food after we was charged £16 for 1 kebab but you get nowhere with them

I’ve lived in the area of this place for 15 years and I found them average at best. Sadly they have always been rude and never have I felt they were appreciative of my custom. Having not ordered from them for nearly 2 years I thought I’d give them another try, since I didn’t want to get in the car or pay for delivery from somewhere else (my mistake). I visited them, I was the only customer in there but still they took around a minute to even acknowledge me, instead they talked amongst themselves. I eventually ordered a simple kebab which to be fair was made promptly. I’m a very friendly and polite person but never was there any smile or ounce of niceness from the 2 people who served me (one of whom I think is an owner or manager). When my order was ready is was placed on the counter and the guy never even looked at me or said thanks or goodbye. Sadly this second chance I gave them is the final chance. The kebab was not great either. Dear oh dear!

All we wanted last night was a kebab. It was late. We were tired. We were hungry. We'd been driving all day. We just wanted to eat and go to bed. We rang and ordered 2 trays of donner meat that's all we wanted just something small and quick we were told delivery would be £2 as we were a little further away... no problem at all! This was 10pm. Got my confirmation text for my order and put on a film while I waited. 11.20pm came and I realised my food still hadn't arrived. I called them... no answer... I checked online they don't shut till 12pm.. I rang 7 or 8 times and no one answered. I stayed up until 1am watching my film. The food never came! They never sent it!!! Absolutely furious!!!! Disgusting for a company to confirm an order especially on the phone and just couldn't be bothered to send it!! And then to ignore the phones!!!!

Love this place. They do the best kebabs and ALWAYS FRESH. Don’t think we have ever had a bad one. Anybody that leaves a bad review seriously needs their heads testing!! Thanks guys Marc 34 Grenville street

I've been here 5 times over the last couple of weeks as I'm working locally on nights and following a couple of recommendations. This place is great! Watch your food being cooked over coals , a Huge selection of dishes, kebabs, burgers or curries. It won't matter what you order, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back next week!

I ordered some food on here tonight a “full on kebab” (doner, chicken, lamb and sheesh) but I am very disappointed the chicken Kebab was not properly cooked. I did rang the takeaway and told them about it and they offer me a portion of chicken kebab in naan bread for free. I am hoping that my kids did not eat the raw chicken by mistake as I only noticed that the midlle of the chicken is raw when I eat my share. 😥

We will not be going again. We went through recommendation and dropped our usual take away to try somewhere new. The onions were half cooked in the curry , the lamb was chewy and overcooked, the chicken was the same. Asked for garlic nan, received plain. Asked for yogurt mixed raita and poppadoms - missing but charged. The veg curry was made from frozen bag vegetables. Binned 3/4 of the meal. Asked for the meals traditional style - they were all inedible. Far superior take aways around but will not go back to this one.

Is there a hidden agenda here? Why would these people not want to produce good food for decent customers? Baffled by the disgusting attitude and general contempt for anyone who dares order. If you don’t want to be in the food business then get out. Simple. Horrible people, please shut down your shop

I ordered a lamb Karahi and it was absolutely horrible, there was like 3 or 4 chopped lamb pieces and rest was large uncooked onions.. it had no salt or chilli and it was a waste of £6.50..

Would highly recommend this takeaway the salt and pepper donner is amazing the portions are very sufficient one kebab would definitely feed 2 the delivery was quick and it's very good value for money

Great food, below average service. Can take quite a while to be served even when you’re in the shop and they don’t ever acknowledge you as you enter, quite a cold atmosphere. That being said the food is very very good.

We always order the same dishes every time but every time it tastes different. We rang up for our order and were told to collect the food in 20 minutes and we waited more than 30 minutes (15 minutes inside the shop).Staff were not wearing any masks or protection. Overall not impressed!

Food has always been fantastic and never tried a peshwari nann bread like it! Food might take a little longer than some places but I put it down to how busy they are, the food is more than worth the wait!

Nice kebab, but beware if you want your salad and sources separate they will bump up the price, when I asked why this was they said everyone would want this, isn’t that just basic customer service? Ordered food which was cold, didn't taste cooked and was an incomplete order. Rang to complain and wow just wow the amount of abuse and language I just recieved from the supossed manager calling me every name you can imagine was awful. Have on and off used Heavily tandorri over the years never again and will be taking this further. If you value your money and dignity I wouldn't use this company. I won't belittle myself to tell you the names he called me but to treat a woman in this way where her child who the delivery driver had just woken could hear and the phone wasn't even on loud speaker that is how loud he was shouting is awful. No respect at all

COVID-19 has probably made it quite hard for the people who work here because of the small shop size, I feel really sorry for them. Especially as the place would normally be packed. For good reason, as the food is consistently pretty great.

Tried this place as a change from my usual sorry to say will not be returning.chicken tikha Madras was very dry not much sauce the container was only half full of sauce.the chips we're soggy.my wife had chicken kebab with salad only a piece of tomato and a bit of shredded lettuce leaf does not make a salad she had mayonnaise and had to put more of her own on as not enough.oniion bahji starter was poor very dry and pastey.sorry but not for us.
