Very worst service ever We came at 12 and gave order the order was already ready and they served the readymade order it was tasteless and was not fresh at all And as soon as it was 12:10 while we were eating he came and ask for payment and told us to finish quickly as they were closing while the time was 12:30 so which was very rude behavior

The management is not good. We’re eating and manager came to us, He told us first you pay then eat. This was a wrost experience of the service.

Very nice desserts. We ordered 4 different items off the menu and all of them tasted amazing. The menu seems to have changed since our last visit and I was glad to see some Tiramisu options. I had the Tiramisu milkshake which was amazing. Other desserts included American waffle, rose lemonade and the mango bubble creme milkshake. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I absolutely love visiting Heavenly Desserts whenever we’re in the mood for a sweet treat. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and we’re consistently greeted with such friendly service. Rashad, in particular, always takes great care of us, making sure everything is perfect. The woman who creates the desserts is just as wonderful – her passion really shows through in every dish. Whether it’s a casual dine in or just a quick take away, we always leave happy. It’s our go-to spot for a lovely, indulgent experience. Highly recommend!

Here we are back again and as always me and my friends enjoyed the desserts. One of my friend is vegetarian so he was bit unsure about the desserts but they made eggless dessert for him which was very thoughtful and Rashid, such a sweet guy and a gem of a person😊😊 His service is always top notch☺️

Not a very good experience. I double booked on uber eats. I was told I can’t be refunded and to have a good evening😢. I ordered from the Walthamstow branch and picked up my order, only to realise on my way home that I had double booked at Kingsbury as well. The manager I spoke to wasn’t even empathetic and told me they can’t help and for me to have a goodnight. That was just sad.

Heavenly Desserts Kingsbury never fails to please. A very comfortable nicely decorated dessert parlour, with friendly staff who are always happy to go that extra mile. Rashed was the star today! Dhyana & Moiz made the most delicious Caramel Monkey Bread... highly recommended!

I really really would recommend coming here for the average individual. It is cheap and cheerful. Service was fantastic and we were asked how the food was after, with the atmosphere being relatively Mello with low music being played, and also their open kitchen not being heard as much as you would expect with prepping of our desserts occurring right behind our table. Food was 9/10 but for its price it’s 10/10. People were kind, approachable, and always answered any queries we had. A business that deserves its success for sure. Would definitely recommend

We asked for water twice and they never served water and this is not the first time this happened. I see people bringing their own water bottle from past experience I guess I have to do the same.

We had to wait 45 minutes for ice cream scoops and a cappuccino. There was one staff member who was managing everything- the orders, food preparation, table cleaning etc. She was rushed and incredibly stressed trying to manage this all. This is not the first time I’ve been in a very understaffed heavenly desserts… The poor staff member my heart goes out to her.

it was my first time visiting heavenly desserts in kingsbury road and i really enjoyed it. we got the chocolate and praline torte with mochi and caramel “shot” which had the perfect amount of sweetness and added crunch from the hazelnuts. double milk chocolate with vanilla ice cream was a great pick too, warm and gooey inside and a nice crisp on top. for drinks i got iced cafe latte and my friend got the mango + rose lassi. i would get the mango rose lassi next time! so good. overall, the staff were kind, friendly, and attentive - the setting was cute, and atmosphere was relaxing. i’d deffo visit again and recommend!!! :))

So impressed with this place and their vegan and gluten-free dessert options. They were so busy when we went. Staff are really pleasant and service was quick and efficient. Tables and seating a bit dirty.

Visited this place for the first time with a friend, and I was surprised by their offerings. We didn't know they served such amazing desserts! The vibe was lively and there was so much on the menu to choose from. I tried a vanilla, pistachio, and rose milk cake on the recommendation of Mariam, our fantastic server for the day. My friend opted for the waffles, named "I'll Have What She's Having”. The milk cake wasn’t overly sweet, allowing the real flavors to come through, and the waffle was the fluffiest I’ve ever had. They offer a 10% NHS discount, which was a pleasant bonus. Plus, the place is open until till late at night (Saturday it’s open till 12:30 AM!). If you’re in the area or just passing by, definitely give this place a shot. You might find yourself pleasantly surprised as I was!

This is a stunningly decorated dessert place located a short walk from Kingsbury Underground station (Jubilee line). The staff are friendly and there is a a great amount of options on the menu including mocktails, I'll definitely be going back.

Heavenly Desserts is heaven!! I could have the the brownie explosion and strawberry Mango passionfruit every day! 😋 😋

When we went, it wasn't too busy, which was nice. The place looked great and had comfy seats. The food was really tasty too. But, if you're bringing a baby in a stroller, it might be tricky. There are some steps right at the front door because the restaurant is a bit lower than the street.

My friend and I ordered banoffee crepe with s’mores and I got 2 pieces of marshmallows on there. The cookie dough consists of two small cookies melted together. The fudge cake is too small. The vanilla ice cream was bland. It costs too much for the portion sizes when Haute Dolci does the same prices with better quality desserts and they put on an adequate amount of toppings unlike the two depressing marshmallows from this place. Incredibly disappointing. I put a comparison to Haute Dolci (pink box) which tasted better.

Although they were out of pistachio sauce when we ordered the pistachio waffle we had been looking forward to, the staff recommended an alternative option that we ended up enjoying. While I believe it's important for them to ensure they have enough stock to meet all preferences, overall, it was a positive experience. The customer service was truly exceptional. I would suggest to the manager to consider planning ahead to avoid running out of popular items.
