We ordered a waffle and cookie dough Hands down best dessert in north West and amazing service

looks at this, i was meant to get the first pic but i got this instead 🥱🥱

The decor and service is good. The choice is different from ordinary dessert places. We had a mix of deserts, all but the traditional sundae had nothing but stacked with dry cookies at the bottom with little ice-cream and no whipped cream. However the staff were helpful and put an extra scoop of ice-cream in. So overall the desserts were tasty bar the sundae.

Rashed and neela the service was really good the place looked very neat and tidy I would recommend to here as the deserts looks as good it tastes! The people are very helpful and kind!

My 11 year old reviews: The best part is the food. Never had better desserts in my whole life. The chairs are very comfortable and it looks really nice inside. The service is friendly. Don’t ah e a photo of the food before we ate it - it was gone extra fast.

Excellent customer service and delicious deserts.

The dessert was okay. 6 out of 10. I feel the waitress was a bit rude, I was ordering and she started walking off before I could give her my order and she heard it and said “yes ok” as she was walking away.

I had an amazing experience at Heavenly Desserts! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. I was served by Rashed and Mansour, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Their friendly and attentive service made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Heavenly Desserts for anyone with a sweet tooth – their treats are heavenly, and the service is top-notch! Will definitely be back soon!

Great place to visit with friends and family

I’ve visited a few times, and always had a great experience! The desserts are delicious, the staff are attentive and seating is comfortable. Would always recommend and visit again.

White chocolate ruby and raspberry is worth trying and staff is really very nice and polite Especially Rashid 10/10 for waffles, staff and the service ❤️❤️❤️

As soon as we came in, we were given a space to sit in perfectly accommodating to our group and greeted in a very friendly way by an employee by the name of Neela, who also took our order and recommended us many delicious deserts and foods based on our individual preferences. She also made sure all our food came to us in time and made sure we had a good experience. I would definitely recommend coming back with friends, there’s always a nice atmosphere.

I was excited to visit Heavenly Desserts and try their dessert tapas, but unfortunately, a couple of items I was looking forward to — the pistachio cannoli and cherry blossom & lychee seltzer — were unavailable. I opted for the pomegranate mojito, but it arrived with the syrup settled at the bottom, looking quite different from the menu photo. I also tried the mango, strawberry & passion fruit sundae jar. While it was a generous portion, it felt a bit underwhelming, almost like eating cut fruit straight from a jar. On the upside, my friend really enjoyed her milk cake, and the service was attentive and friendly. The decor was beautiful, and the seating was very comfortable, making for a pleasant atmosphere overall.

First time coming here and last time coming here. Crepe was good, place was clean and not too over crowded, comfortable seats etc. bad points - ice cream wasn’t ice cream - more like soup - we asked for 3 waters and received one big bottle of tap water and it was disgusting, we asked for it to be taken back because we knew right away upon taste. - waiter dropped one of the cups (by accident) but her attitude was disgusting, there was glass all over the table, dessert and us and she didn’t care nor did she apologise… mistakes do happen and it’s fine, but not even a single word came out of her mouth… Place and vibe is good, tables are clean and all but the staff attitude and management needs to change.

Went to this place after having a meal out. We had the San Sebastian cheesecake and Mint tea which was flavoursome and heavenly - not overbearing sweet. The venue was very clean and run efficiently by Mansoor - who took the time to find out if we were new to his business and even made us complimentary Saffron Chai to try out, for next time! Rashid was our host. He was friendly and good at guiding us thru the menu - keep it up!

I had a terrible experience at Heavenly Desserts due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. One of them spoke to us in a condescending manner and told us we had to order a minimum of £20 if we wanted to eat there, which completely ruined the experience. The way we were treated made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent customer service.
