I would highly recommend this place. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We were served by Mandeep who was so attentive and welcoming. We will definitely visiting again.

Went here after a dinner with family at TGI Friday's. Waited 20 minutes to be served, no one came so went and ordered from counter. Some items we were after wasn't available. £25 for 2 cookie doughs and 2 scoops of sorbet. The server was too interested in serving people she knew. Food was okay, very over priced. Would not come back here again. Really poor service. If you are familiar or friends with the staff then go here but felt really under appreciated and very poor service.

This was fantastic! Ordered the milk cake, first time trying but was really delicious. My friend got the cookie dough which she loved. The mango & rose lassi and iced rose chocolate drinks was so refreshing. Would definitely recommend!😋

This review isn't scored on the food alone. We have taken everything into consideration and unfortunately for us, there were far more negatives than positives. Firstly three things we wanted were not available (two drinks and one sweet), what we did get though was absolutely delicious. There seemed to be a lot of staff about but service was slow and laboured. We couldn't fault the desserts taste wise, they really were all delicious but for the price bracket they were all far too expensive. The desserts we ordered were all very small, considering most we're nearly £10 each the value for money just wasn't there. The same goes for the drinks. It felt like they were factory made too, we thought that it was a stand alone restaurant but realised once visiting that is was part of a chain. Before leaving the restaurant I decided to use the toilets. There was one male and one female toilet for the whole restaurant. On entering there was toilet paper all mushed up on the wet floor. I ended up cleaning this up by myself as I didn't want it on my clothes. There was also a stray glove. The toilet seat was broken and skidded off when I used it, because of this when I stood up I then saw that the toilet and all over the rim was covered in sick. Can't explain how this made me feel. I now realise I should have mentioned this to staff but none seemed free when we left so we just left feeling more than just a bit disgusted. It was such a shame as the restaurant itself had a luxe, high end feel to it. The desserts were really nice albeit a bit pricey and that was the only reason for giving the restaurant any marks out of five. We had really been looking forward to our visit and it had been for a special occasion. I really hate having to give any business bad feedback as things are difficult enough right now but felt so strongly about our visit that I had to leave feedback.

Staff all round were lovely! Would we go back? Yes :)

Food and the service was fantastic definitely will be back

We were left for over an hour after they took our order. We had the chase them up as we were due to go to a concert and only had 10 mins to eat our food before having to leave. Very, very slow service.

New menu since last visit, not as good a selection. Waitress was not aware of some of the items on menu. Drinks order mixed up twice. What we had was good, as usual.

As ever we loved this place. We needed to ask for the lunchtime menu, which we knew of. Otherwise it could be a lot more expensive. Would have been nice if it had been offered as a choice. Asked about the rice and was told it was flavoured, what they didn’t say was it was very spicy. So much so I had to leave almost all of it. The rest of the food was exceptional! Service as ever was amazing and friendly! Service was a little slower today than usual, but still not very long.

The staff are very attentive, in fact maybe too attentive, we were asked by several different waiters if we had ordered drinks, one waiter should be allocated to each area of tables. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding.

All staff were very attentive and Alumna, our waitress was fantastic, helping with menu choices and greeting us warmly. The food was delicious and portions just on the generous side, we’ll definitely be back soon

Love this place however the last few times we’ve been the temperature has been really cold 🥶 We have been sitting with our jackets over our shoulders and notice others sitting with there jackets on.

The food was amazing. We got the Chicken Poori, Prawn Poori & Omelette & South Indian garlic chicken. Service was quick and staff very friendly. Will be back again.

Table Service was awful but food was good. No wine chillers and waited ages for our order to be taken and then fir the food to be brought.

We booked a table for 7:30, arrived right on time and was told our table was not ready, there were plenty of tables empty but we were asked to go to the bar, we sat in the bar for 20 mins and had to ask a waiter why we hadn’t been seated yet, he proceeded to take us to a table but said someone else would take our drinks order, we sat for another 20 mins and had to stop someone to actually take our order, by this point we ordered the drinks and food at the same time, our starters came before our drinks and 2 of my friends asked for a patia and were both given a chasni, one asked for lamb and the other chicken but they were both given chicken, we asked for 2 nans but only received one so did not want to complain but were charged for 2 until we asked for it to be removed from the bill, also there were 3 of us but we only received 2 rice until we asked for the 3rd one as well, the food in general was lovely but the service couldn’t have been any poorer if they tried, we near enough served ourselves

Very very poor service . Almost felt like we were an inconvenience despite spending £250. Disappointing way to spend my 30th birthday to say the least.

We dined here on Sat night we had a reservation but getting seated was chaotic and service levels were mixed. The drinks service very slow. The starters were very good and the mains were good but the rice was a little cold When settling the bill drinks had been incorrectly applied to the bill but this was sorted quickly. I would try it again perhaps when it’s a little less busy

Food was excellent service was a bit slow considering it was very quiet although the waiters were very nice The restaurant was very cold it was a cold night but the air coming out of the air con units was freezing.

Booked for a meal here before heading to the sse hydro and food and restaurant was stunning, service was superb, staff very friendly and polite. Will deffo be back !!

The service was poor we didn’t receive all our starters at the same time, then the main course came out as we were still on our starters. The drinks service is very slow we were sitting for ages without a drink, yet we had food.

Service was so bad waited a half hour before the waiter approached our table, we then waited a further half hour before receiving drinks... starter was nice, we got asked twice if something was our main meal it wasn't and waiters around an hour for our main meal... we ten had to ask again for our nan bread! both tables at either side also complained multiple times. Service was honestly so bad!

My first time at the resteraunt and it was first class from the starters to the main the service was first class the waiter was excellent at his job unfortunately my self or my wife never got his name I have told all my work mates how great the food was so they may well come and try for themself s I no I and my wife will certainly be back in the near future once again 10/10

Have been many times, this visit was a groupon deal but there was no skimping in taste or portion sizes. The cocktail bar has delicious cocktails and is ideal for ore dinner drinks and after dinner drinks. My group of friends have already arranged to return

We have been to this restaurant for the last 3years when we have been in glasgow for new year,great food ,great service would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who loves this type of food.

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:55 for an 8pm booking and were greeting by a rather rude manager, who advised us that the restaurant closed at 8. I advised I had booked for 8. He then replied, well last orders will be taken at 8, it’s up to you. Most discourteous and rude!

Love this restaurant and, yet again, the food didn’t disappoint! Excellent, tasty and healthy Indian cuisine, served by great staff in a very pleasant atmosphere!!

Needed a restaurant in the West End for a pre-show meal. Reviews of Bukharah were excellent so we booked it online, via OPENTABLE. Meal was incredible, service just as good. We started with Amritsari Fish Pakora, with Lagan Ki Boti (lamb) and Saag Paneer as mains. Loved the entire meal!

First visit but enough to go back after a lovely curry you can relax and grab a drink in the cocktail which is large and sufficient if you had a group of friends.

The food was excellent but the service was lamentable , for a 19.30 booking we were 5 minutes early and it was 19.55 before they took a drinks order. It was a busy night and there were 2 big tables , but that's not really an excuse ! They were good enough to take a couple of drinks off the bill and then burned the goodwill by asking why we didn't leave a tip.

The table my party were sat at was very isolated from the main area of the restaurant and i felt this was because I booked through Open table and had the 20% off offer

The food was really nice and although the staff were nice, the service was poor. Our drinks were served at different times, our meals came out at different times, it took forever to actually place our order and request further drinks, and it was a long time being served and in between courses. It’s a shame

We had a lovely meal on Sunday, food was excellent and service felt very personal. Our waiter was very good at knowing what we had ordered.

Would definitely recommend this place for good authentic Indian cuisine, good service, friendly staff, asked to have adequate time between starter and main which was granted without question, even checked with us first if we were ready to have our mains prepared :) happy customer 😃

The meal was delicious, my only issue was I waited 45 minutes for my cocktail and asked 3 waiters where it was before I got it... We had planned on having a few drinks but because we had to be somewhere for 7.30pm I only had time for that 1

Couldn’t have been happier with our meal at Bukhara. Had heard good reviews from friends and family. The food, service and surroundings were great. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Food was delicious. Drinks were very slow being served we had eat nibbles and Starters before we receieved them. The same with Nan bread. We had to remind 2 waiters we had it and nearly all our Korma was finished before it came.

Food was lovely but the service was a bit chaotic. The waiters appeared to not know who was doing what and were sometimes wandering about aimlessly. We had problems trying to catch their attention for service. Nicely decorated restaurant but the sofa style seats were not very comfortable and had too many cushions on them!

The food was very good but the service was awful. We were there 40 minutes before our drink and food order was taken. We waited a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Thankfully we had made an early booking for our theatre visit or we would have been short on time. The 5pm offer included a 20% discount on food from the a la carte menu, this wasn't given at bill point and had to be requested and a new bill issued. There were plenty of staff but no one seemed to know what area they were working in. People who arrived after us had their order taken before we did. Very disappointed in service. Food was lovely.

Visited on 25/9 on a Groupon voucher. Was only offered a Pre Theatre menu which was not in accordance with the voucher. Questioned this with server but to no avail. Very disappointed with this and service. Food was excellent as usual. Will now think twice about returning.

Me and my wife went out for our anniversary and the food was amazing and the people working in the restaurant where more than happy to help .we always go to the Bukharah for our special occasions as it is our special place and we have never been letdown so we will always be back there. One of my favourite restaurants and it always will be. The food is always high standard and is good value for your money. The staff are friendly although it does take a while to get your drink (may I add that’s not the restaurant’s fault it’s the bar staff at the Bilberry are very slow). The cocktails are worth the wait tho!

Starter was good but main was a disappointment as meat wasnt cooked properly and chicken was hard and really spicy waste of money and naan was really oily.

I went for my anniversary dinner with my husband. It was a busy night being a Saturday but found the staff to be less than interested in serving us. We waited over 25 minutes for someone to take our order and then the drinks server forgot about us most of the night. The overall experience was poor and wouldn't go back. Made a special night out start on a bad footing. Very disappointed.

I have eaten here quite a few times and have always highly recommended it to others, however i was here for a family meal on Saturday and felt that the food and service was not upto the usual standards. I had the Monkfish as a main which i have had a few times before and absolutley loved, but this time it had so much pickle in it i could harldy taste any other flavours, i ended up leaving most of it. My Father ordered the king prawn jaipuri one of his favourites as well and it was not as good as previous , usually the chillies are chopped finely on top of the dish and has such a lovely flavour but it was not like this on Saturday , its these little touches why we always come back but on Saturday the meal was just average. We also waited 20minutes for drinks after asking 2 times for them. I hope we just came on a bad night as i really do rate this restaurant. Indian food is my favourite and its so nice when you find somewhere you can keep gping back to.

The food took an hour from when we ordered to arrive.

Although the food was excellent we had booked a table at 5.45 as we had to be at the Hydro for 8pm planned walking to Hydro after meal we waited on our main course eventually arrived at 7.10 we had to rush meal no time for sweet or coffee had to take Taxi to hydro to get there for 8. The staff apologised for our wait, but no reason given the restaurant was less than half full.

Floor not clean. Table could have been cleaned between dishes as underside of dishes left mess on table. Waiters uniforms very messy. Looked like never washed in weeks. Music was loud in bar area and this filtered through to dinning area. We got table by window thankfully because very dark elsewhere. Food was tasty. Service non existent really. Unlikely to return

I’m a retuning diner as have been there on several occasions. It’s always our first choice. This was a birthday dinner for my hubby and managed to get an amazing deal on Groupon. Staff are friendly and helpful, we are never rushed. The food is Devine and Bilberry cocktail lounge situated alongside the restaurant do delicious cocktails.

service was excellent waiter even gave me a loan if his glasses to see the menu as I forgot mine much appreciated. Food was excellent South Indian Garlic Chicken was10/10 my wife had Sirloin Steak which was aldo 10/10.Only thing I may add would be a possible optoion for a smaller portion as Steak was so large with and with all the trimmings my wife left a lot on her plate, which could intimate did not enjoy her meal which was not the case.Only small thing was my wifes long vodka not very good barman needs too cut back on the bitters

The food was delicious and the restaurant itself is lovely. However the service was not brilliant. We waited over 10 minutes before the menu was brought to us and same for ordering drinks, it then took quite a long time for the order to then be taken. 1 dish had to be changed due to not having ingredients (this was told to us 40 Mins after ordering) and also wine was unavailable. Obviously these things can happen which is understandable, but added to the subpar service it took a notch off the evening. Would definitely go back as food is delicious.

we went for my sister's birthday and we have been before. the food is meant to be healthier than other Indian restraunts and was very tasty especially the bukarrah nan breaf. the staff were very pleasant and made good conversation and then left us to the meal. everyone was polite and welcoming. thank you.

Had been meaning to try for a while and wasn’t disappointed. Had a few drinks beforehand then went through for food. Very good and staff were great!

The service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. We were seated with menus for half an hour before we even had so much as a drink. Had to ask someone to take our order or we wound still be sitting there just now!! This was a family birthday celebration and it was spoilt because of the service which was a shame. We had to try and attract someone’s attention throughout the night. Portions are small too so beware.

Fantastic food and service! Made for a wonderful evening! Only slight disappointment was that there was no Lamb Tandoori as i was so looking forward to it but the other food on offer more than made up for it. Just means i will have to return for the lamb another time
