Delivered late and chips were mushy. Described as fries but were more like oven chips. Food had melted through the tray. It felt like it was all just thrown into a tray. I appreciate that times are difficult in the current pandemic but it was my first time ordering from them and it didn't leave a good impression.

I have stayed in more newly renovated premier inns but this was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Near Hamilton train station (5 min walk) which will get you to James Street station in centre of Liverpool near the waterfront in 5 minutes. Great stay, would come again.
