Hayes Spice in Hillingdon

I’ve been to this place last night and I had chat, chicken 65, chicken kadai which had hair in it and when the staff changed it to another curry till then the naan was cold! The 65 was the worst part as it was clearly seen it was not fresh I felt like it was kept for days as the smell says it all !! The moment I had the food till now my stomach is not well I’ve been suffering with this rotten food! My biggest mistake and never gonna come back! Now I know even reviews can be paid never go by seeing reviews! My health has suffered alot with this food! I hope the owner gets back! I’ve wasted my money that’s 2nd thing but first is my health which got affected!

Authentic Pakistani tastes - really enjoyed poori chana , kulcha and hulwa freshly made while we sat there . We also took home the naan and chapli kebab which were juicy and tender.

Let me start this by saying I’m from Texas. I love grilled food. I was just walking by, a man came out and asked me what I liked lol. I said chicken, and he said he had CHICKEN. I came in, and sure enough, the man had a beautiful selection of chicken. He loaded my plate with 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks and another plate of delicious sauces. My total for this was £6, or $8. Very good value. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the chicken; by far some of the best food I’ve had being in London. The sauces were a great complement. I enjoyed it so much, especially compared to the other food I’ve had here, I asked for the man’s name: Muhammad Anwar. He makes wonderful food. If I were a local, this would be a regular spot for me.

Shit service and cold food with no customer service at all and no one can speak English don’t know how take orders:

my food was running late woman said would u like ur food cold and I said yes. but food came 45mins late she had enough time to heat it up

The worst thing was the Oreo milkshake which tested very chemically. I got a different type of curry to what I ordered, which was nothing like the curry I’d ordered. I ordered 1 peshwari naan and 1 butter naan and received two of the same type of naans (butter nanns)

11 April 2023, 20th Ramadan. Came for Sehri with friends & had a great experience. All dishes were amazing but their Kheer made our day. Love their taste & service. Top of that their prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommended ♥️🙌

I read a review saying it was like home cooked food. Chicken is normally diced, this one was off the bone. Presentation was awful although the taste was a decent 7/10... Food doesn't look like a restaurant standard

i order food from hayes spice at 12.00 midnight i order papdi chat and chicken tikka booti quantity and quality was way too bad than i expected papadi was so soggy look like 2 days old and chicken was not cooked properly pls if u charge that much give better food

Nice place with authentic taste of Pakistani food. Accommodating staff members. Specially Dipeka and Nadeem both were very helpful. It has become one of our regular place for take away food. This time we decided to dine and kids loved the Lamb chops. We ended up placing 3 portions. The chops were tender and juicy. Very reasonable price as well.

Very bad service, It was listed as 2 am close. We went into the restaurant at 1.10 am , and the staffs were just insisting us to do take away. We repeatedly asking for eat-in made the staffs uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without ordering anything. If you are not providing the service then please change the timings.

The food here isn’t fresh, with excessive masala likely covering up reheated dishes. Once I got home, my body quickly reacted. Definitely not a place for a healthy meal. Avoid it!

Delivered on time,food packed OK however something was leaking. Vegetable rice was not nice and had only couple of peas and that's it I don't know if you can call this vegetable dish ? Chicken Jalfarezi eatable could be better bit too much oil. Chicken was wrapped in flour as propobly was getting old and they tried save it so they fried it in deep oil something like kfc and was chewy and dry. Had better. Peshawari naan was burned, very thin like 2 pancakes. Butter chicken was good I enjoyed it.

This place is weird as hell. The food is ok (not amazing, but not awful either, very mid), but they keep demanding payment that has been made. The service was awful though: I bought a mix grill and biriyani and paid on the spot. Staff were friendly enough when I ordered. I was told to come back after 15 mins, so I went for a walk and came back but food wasnt done. No prob, I bought a chai from them while waiting (the chai was bad , not spiced enough). When the food was done, they gave me the mix grill and three naans. I asked about it, and they argues and shouted at me that I asked for three naans instead of a biriyani (which is hard to get mistaken in any accent..). The guy (owner I think) said fine, we'll change it. Then they asked me to pay for the difference between the naan and the biriyani. I was shocked and said I already paid, and the owner shouted at me in front of the other customers saying I paid for the naan not the biriyani. I had to pull up my bank account to show proof (thank God I paid by card and not cash..). Then I left it at that, and was leaving the shop, but was stopped by the worker asking me to pay for my chai. Which I had paid for when i ordered!!!! Will never be back honestly. Felt so weirded out by the vibes, was treated like a thief the whole time. Not sure if they're running a scam, or are weird or are just incompetent.

Awful taste on food, smells like was cooked and kept long time ago and to serve it was microwaved. Not fresh at all, odd taste when tried a bite. Not gonna order ever again from this place.

One of the best restaurant in hayes everything is amazing the only thing they need to work on is chutney. Chutney has no taste they need to make it bit better.

The restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming, food was delicious and high quality but inexpensive. I recommend trying their chicken biryani.

I ordered via Uber Eats which did for some reason not give me a possibility to review. Chicken Korma.?? With chilies and bone in without notifying it.?? Almost chocked in a Chicken piece. Absolutely disappointed.

Came all the way from Leicester with my friends, really enjoyed the experience. Food was 13/10- ordered the biryani and the chicken curry and it was to DIE for. staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall lovely experience cant wait to come back!!!

Tried their chicken tikka roll and the vegetable mixed pakora. Both were tasty and awesome. ⁸ Deepika was fantastic gave me a service with a happy smiling face, loved her service even though it was130 in the morning.

One of the best Pakistani food take aways I have come across in London. Charsi karahi is the best if they actually give you that. A few times girls gave achari chicken in place of charsi, but anyways food is on point. Prices are fine. Staff is amazing, specially night staff members including the girls and tandoor guy Usman. Would recommend this place without a doubt

Prices only shown for a few items The ones not on the billboard are over charged We paid 7 pounds for an omelette paratha and when we checked on uber eats the price for an omelette paratha plus teas was 6.25 The service is not great as well

Food is delicious and the price is reasonable. But every time, they add too much oil on food.

Awful experience. Food was cold and hardly any meat in the plate. Waiters were in the background laughing when I asked if they could replace the plate which had bones in it. I would never go here again. Extremely disappointed 😞

i ordered veg curry in which i don't usually do as from different takeaways as it too dry or not enough veg...this one from Hayes Spice is the best, loads of curry sauce and diffent veggys and very tasty.

Authentic taste and v reasonable prices.

The taste food and service was good and spices was just right, the resturant was clean. Also there was there was washrooms facility again it was clean. I would go back again, the only suggestion is the food needs to be well cooked as i found the kebabs was under cooked for mix grill. The price for mix grill was good compare to other resturants.

Came here on both Christmas Eve and Christmas. Staff were super friendly, he recommended #1,2 and briyani. All food were delicious and the price was affordable. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is incredibly clean and staff is cooperative and provides excellent services, such a positive environment to eat in.
